  1. Hillary Clinton campaign, DNC accused of ‘corrupt’ money scheme in new FEC complaint
    Perry Chiaramonte
By Perry Chiaramonte | Fox News
A new legal complaint filed with the Federal Election Commission alleges that the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee used state chapters as strawmen to circumvent campaign donation limits and laundered the money back to her campaign.

The Committee to Defend the President, a political action committee, filed its complaint with the FEC on Monday with the allegations that the Hillary Victory Fund (HVF) solicited cash from big-name donors, including Calvin Klein and “Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane — money that was allegedly sent through state chapters and back to the DNC before ending up with the Clinton campaign.

Officials with the committee said their filing was spurred by their own analysis of FEC reports, where they said they discovered the HVF either never transferred the money to state chapters and back to the DNC, or did so without the state chapters having actual control.

  2. Linda Sarsour: A “Good Muslim” Can’t Commit Sexual Assault
Sharia trumps women’s rights again for this fake feminist.
    December 19, 2017
    Robert Spencer

The facts at hand presumably speak for themselves, but a trifle more vulgarly, I suspect, than facts even usually do. Asmi Fathelbab, a former employee of the Arab American Association in New York when feminist heroine Linda Sarsour was its executive director, has accused Sarsour of dismissing her claims of sexual assault and harassment, and following through on threats to destroy Fathelbab’s attempts to get a job if she didn’t retract the charges.

Sarsour, says Fathelbab, “oversaw an environment unsafe and abusive to women. Women who put [Sarsour] on a pedestal for women’s rights and empowerment deserve to know how she really treats us.” Fathelbab charges Majed Seif, a Muslim who lived in the building that also housed the Arab American Association’s offices, “would sneak up on me during times when no one was around, he would touch me, you could hear me scream at the top of my lungs. He would pin me against the wall and rub his crotch on me. It was disgusting. I ran the youth program in the building and with that comes bending down and talking to small children. You have no idea what it was like to stand up and feel that behind you. I couldn’t scream because I didn’t want to scare the child in front of me. It left me shaking.”

But Sarsour had no interest in, or patience for, Fathelbab’s allegations. “She called me a liar because ‘Something like this didn’t happen to women who looked like me. How dare I interrupt her TV news interview in the other room with my ‘lies.’…She told me he had the right to sue me for false claims…. She told me I’d never work in NYC ever again for as long as she lived. She’s kept her word. She had me fired from other jobs when she found out where I worked. She has kept me from obtaining any sort of steady employment for almost a decade.”

  3. New National Securty Strategy Focuses On Real Threats To American People
“Climate change” finally removed from list of national security threats.
    December 19, 2017
    Joseph Klein

The Trump administration’s National Security Strategy, released on December 18th, is premised on the belief that America’s economic security is national security. In reordering the skewed priorities of the Obama administration, “climate change” is no longer listed as a national security threat. Instead, the new National Security Strategy document emphasizes the importance of “energy dominance—America’s central position in the global energy system as a leading producer, consumer, and innovator.” The document goes on to state that our nation’s “abundant energy resources—coal, natural gas, petroleum, renewables, and nuclear—stimulates the economy and builds a foundation for future growth.” Climate policies cannot be so extreme that they risk undermining America’s strengths in energy, thus endangering America’s current and future economic security.

“The United States will continue to advance an approach that balances energy security, economic development, and environmental protection,” according to the National Security Strategy document. An anti-fossil fuel agenda not only is injurious to U.S. economic security. It fails to recognize the important role that fossil fuels must play for the foreseeable future, along with alternative forms of energy, in helping the developing world “power their economies and lift their people out of poverty.”

What a refreshing change from the last administration’s obsession with climate change, which former President Barack Obama had made the centerpiece of his national security agenda. “Today, there is no greater threat to our planet than climate change,” Obama declared during one of his weekly video addresses in 2015. At the climate change conference in Paris, which led to the Paris Agreement on Climate Change from which the United States is now withdrawing thanks to President Trump, Obama claimed that climate change is “akin to the problem of terrorism.” In September 2016, Obama signed a Presidential Memorandum on Climate Change and National Security, establishing a policy that the impacts of climate change must be considered in the development of national security-related doctrine, policies, and plans.

    • This one is well worth the time to watch it. He makes two very good points, you win a war by destroying the enemies will to resist, not winning hearts and minds but destroying the will to resist. (OK of in counter guerilla operations you have to win the hearts and minds of the locals who are being oppressed by the guerillas) In Afghanistan we aren’t going to win any hearts and minds so we need to concentrate on breaking their will.

He also makes the point that we are going to have to resist the Islamic Conquest in every nation on earth. We can’t let the Invaders win in any location, they have to be removed from all of the new areas they are invading. To a large extent this is going to be done by special operators, it will be a war of shadows and hopefully most of the Western Media will not discover most of what we are doing. You can’t carry out a guerilla war or a counter guerilla war with special operators when the media is publicizing everything you are doing and in the case of Nam everything you are planning on doing. We are going to have to do this while maintaining a large conventional Army because of the very real possibility that we have to end up liberating one or more European nations and possibly providing ground troops to help Israel or maybe Egypt.

      • Not Israel.
Too small to sustain a ground war. Foreign troops would bump into each other.
        Not Egypt.
Huge population would turn meaner than the junkyard dogs of Afghanistan. Nasser was an aberration; Egypt is fiercely nationalistic. They’d go crazy.

  5. AP, CNN and Bloomberg Fact Checkers Claimed Economy Couldn’t Hit 4%
The media’s fact checkers just got fact checked by reality.

    Daniel Greenfield

The media’s fact checkers just got fact checked by reality.

The New York Federal Reserve on Friday raised its estimate of U.S. gross domestic product growth for the fourth quarter of 2017 closer to 4 percent, based on revisions of prior data that suggested stronger economic activities.

The regional central bank’s “Nowcast” model calculated the economy was expanding at an annualized pace of 3.98 percent in the fourth quarter, quicker than the 3.92 percent rate calculated a week ago.

But the fact checkers and economists told us it couldn’t happen.

  6. Trump Accuser Wanted To Be His Makeup Artist
    December 19, 2017
    Daniel Greenfield

This is how stories fall apart. Badly.

A New York cosmetics executive who publicly alleged Donald Trumpsexually assaulted her in the 1990s repeatedly solicited the future president to become his campaign makeup artist and to pitch her new product line in the months before her story roiled the 2016 race, according to the woman and her contemporaneous emails.

“Hi Donald, you are doing a tremendous job of shaking things up in the United States. I am definitely on Team Trump as so many others are,” Jill Harth wrote the future president in an Oct. 1, 2015, email sent to him through his New York company’s headquarters.

“I can’t watch television without seeing you or hearing your name everywhere! It’s a good thing for sure but PLEASE let me do your makeup for a television interview, a debate, a photo session, anything!” Harth wrote.

In another email seeking to meet Trump personally, Harth offered to be a campaign surrogate willing to tell voters how the future president “helped me with my self-confidence and all positive things about how he is with women.”

Harth’s statement is even more bizarre.

  7. Anti-Trump FBI Agent Wanted to Move Quickly to Bring Down Trump
    December 19, 2017
    Daniel Greenfield

These entangled investigations require a lot of recapping. But by now i assume that most people are familiar with Peter Strzok and his texts. But here’s a brief recap.

Peter Strzok, the lead investigator in the Clinton email scandal, was sending pro-Clinton and anti-Trump messages during his extramarital affair with a woman working for FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe. McCabe’s wife had received a sizable amount of money from a Clinton ally. Strzok was on Mueller’s team until he had to be removed because of his shenanigans. Strzok’s investigation of Trump relied on the Steele dossier that was paid for by Hillary and handfed by at least one current Russian intelligence operative. That was the same dossier that figures in the FBI chose to fund despite its utter lack of credibility and its partisan origins in the Clinton campaign.

“I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office — that there’s no way [Trump] gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk,” FBI counterintelligence official Peter Strzok wrote in a cryptic text message to Lisa Page, an FBI lawyer and his mistress.

“It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40,” Strzok wrote in the text, dated Aug. 15, 2016.

Assuming Andy is Andrew McCabe, which is likely considering that Page worked for him, it suggests that Strzok, Page and McCabe had discussed some sort of plan to take down Trump.

Now here’s the Wall Street Journal’s anonymously sourced explanation.

  8. The UN Probes Poverty – in the U.S.
    Yet another Turtle Bay travesty.
    December 19, 2017
    Bruce Bawer

If you read through a few U.S. State Department reports on living conditions in various countries, and then peruse the charter of United Nations, you’ll see that there’s a hell of a lot of horrible things going on around the world that the UN is supposed to be doing something about. Inconceivable levels of poverty, an almost total absence of human-rights protections, armed forces and police departments and courts that operate without any respect whatsoever for due process and the rule of law, primitive sanitary conditions, deadly infectious diseases that have spread widely and that go almost entirely untreated, whole regions in which everyday life is marked by the most extreme kind of tribal or gang or police violence, outright slavery, slave camps, women whose families treat them as little better than slaves, children whose families sell them into prostitution, and so on: such conditions can be found in scores of undeveloped nations.

How does a responsible UN official begin to address all these crises? Where does he start?

Why, in the United States, of course.

Yes, in every unfree or semi-free country on earth, every place where poverty is the norm and human rights unheard of, the great dream is to emigrate to the U.S. Innumerable Cubans have drowned while trying to make their way on rafts across the Florida Straits from the Castros’ island prison to the land of the free. Citizens of Mexico and points south have died of dehydration in the desert while seeking to cross into Arizona or New Mexico. Almost 46 million of America’s current inhabitants originally came from abroad, putting the U.S. at the top of the list of immigrant destinations; the #2 country on the list is Germany, where around 12 million people are foreign-born. So much of the world’s population is desperate to make it to America that the current president won election largely on the basis of his promise to build a wall on our southern border.
