The UN continues its mission of Islam and antisemitism, Iran changes the geopolitics of the region: Links 1, Nov. 5, 2017

1. The UN refuses to define terrorism in case it creates a problem for people killing Jews.

2. It seems there is a limit to how far communists within fashion magazines can take things.

(Interesting story about the closure of Teen Vogue and who did the article that killed it)

3. NYT: Saudi Arabia Arrests 11 Princes, Including Billionaire Alwaleed bin Talal

LONDON — Saudi Arabia announced the arrest on Saturday night of the prominent billionaire investor Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, plus at least 10 other princes, four ministers and tens of former ministers.

The announcement of the arrests was made over Al Arabiya, the Saudi-owned satellite network whose broadcasts are officially approved. Prince Alwaleed’s arrest is sure to send shock waves both through the kingdom and the world’s major financial centers.

He controls the investment firm Kingdom Holding and is one of the world’s richest men, owning or having owned major stakes in News Corp, Citigroup, Twitter and many other well-known companies. The prince also controls satellite television networks watched across the Arab world.

6. Libyan Comic Con raided by armed militants for ‘attack on Islam and fascination with foreigners’

(The reasons for the arrests are important and subject to being implemented wherever Islam is in numbers and where it is offered special protection from law such as M103 may become)

The militants told the detainees, according to the anonymous organizer, that they had committed an impressive number of crimes against public morals, which included agnosticism, atheism, masonic ideas, believing in Halloween, distorting the minds of youth and even abandoning Islam altogether.

The SDF militants said they were “rescuing” the youth from Comic Con, an event they called “destructive” and “foreign” to Islam and Libya. “This sort of festival imported from abroad exploits the weakness in their religious faith and their fascination with foreign cultures,” the SDF statement read.

7. Italy prepares to join the growing club of nations that seek to protect their own people, culture and values.

(ANSA) – Catania, November 3 – Forza Italia (FI) leader and ex-premier Silvio Berlusconi said that a pact for a centre-right alliance for next year’s general election has been reached after dining with Northern League leader Matteo Salvini and Brothers of Italy (FdI) head Giorgia Meloni in Catania on Thursday. “We were already in agreement,” Berlusconi said.
“The pact had already been sealed… the foundations have been laid for the path to win the elections”.

8. Four election workers in the US arrested for election rigging for the Democrats which appear to have given the win to a Democrat candidate who was running a write-in campaign!

Allegations of voter fraud, electioneering at polls and voter intimidation were reported to the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office on the day of the March 21 special election — for a seat in the 197th Legislative District — and for days afterwards, the Office of Attorney General release states.

Further investigation revealed that the individuals, at poll 43-7 located at the Esperanza Health Center in North Philadelphia, violated the Pennsylvania Election Code as well as state criminal laws.

Republican Lucinda Little was the only candidate on the ballot — Democrat Emilio Vasquez and Green Party candidate Cheri Honkala ran write-in campaigns. Vasquez won the election.

10. Pope Francis: ‘Heaven and Hell Don’t Exist’

Pope Francis has told Catholics “there is no heaven, hell, or purgatory,” as he continues his mission of to turn his followers away from the traditional Christian teachings.A close personal confidante of Pope Francis, Eugenio Scalfari, wrote in La Repubblica that “Pope Francis has abolished the places where souls were supposed to go after death: hell, purgatory, heaven.

“Pope Francis has also begun taking liberties when it comes to rewriting the words of Sacred Scripture by adding Satanic themes to Bible verses wherever he sees fit.

In the morning homily at Santa Marta on September 4, 2014, for example, the Pope wholly altered the meaning of a verse from the Bible, falsely attributing these Satanic words to Saint Paul: “I boast only of my sins.”

(I do not know the source on that, but it would be a reasonable extrapolation of the Pope’s recent heresies if it is true. If anyone has corroborating links, or even contradictory from good sources, please post to the comments.)

11. Cry havoc: Iran completes land bridge to Syria; all hell starts breaking loose

Americans were startled to learn on Saturday that Lebanon’s Prime Minister Saad al-Hariri had resigned abruptly – addressing his nation from a remote perch in Saudi Arabia – and within a short time, Iran-backed Houthis in Yemen had fired a ballistic missile at King Khalid International Airport near the Saudi capital of Riyadh.

The Saudis intercepted the incoming missile.  They were also busy throughout the day on Saturday rounding up princes and arresting them, in order to consolidate power in the Kingdom.

Lebanon will be left with Hezbollah to decide what comes next there.  Whatever the Saudis’ next move is, it won’t be brokering a follow-on coalition in Lebanon under the now-ended status quo.  Riyadh has effectively checked out of that loop for the time being.

This isn’t some nutty Middle Eastern ritual going on.  The reason it’s all happening now is that a sequence of events is unfolding:  one that’s visible on a map, but that there is virtually no reporting on in the U.S.

I detect a whiff of wealth confiscation with top notes of commandeered media control (i.e., propaganda conduits). What will those wacky gulfies come up with next?

Look for the House of Saud to start cannibalizing itself. There’s just too much money sloshing around and a relatively weak military to protect it (along with the power structure in general). Methinks the Saudis’ deal with the devil Wahabbis is starting to go south. Especially as large fundamentalist groups like ISIS start exhibiting better doctrinal alignment with Wahabbism than their erstwhile hosts in Riyadh.

For those few who might be unaware, the Saudi Royals and their cursory nods to Islam are legendary. Booze, drugs, and catamites abound in various and sundry palaces.

    • Read the J.E. Dyer article about Iran completing the land bridge between Iran and Syria. This places Iran in a real good position to provide support for Hezbollah as they attack Israel and gives Iran 3 fromts to attack Saudi on. The House of Saud is preparing for a big war with either Iran or its surrogates. The Saudi citizen who was Prime Minister of Lebanon resigned after and attempt on his life and the day this happened the Iranian surrogates in Yemen fired a missile at the Saudi Capital. When Iran takes Saudi (if they manage to to this, they will control most of the Middle Eastern oil.

    • The House of Saud is shaking the dust off its feet with the whole Wahhabi-shebang. Whew!

      – – You’re right – seize the media!
      – – You’re right – that wretched military is nothing but a sand-pit to sink money. Never trustworthy, riddled with factions of inbred cousins primed to fight each other. Poorly.

No time for that, not with your worst enemy firing missiles at Riyadh airport!

Houthis? Nothing but stunted cretins. Now it’s Hezbollah that’s engaged in Yemen.

The House of Trump meets The House of Saud. The Art of the Deal

      • Like I said Iran is in position to attack on 3 fronts this has the House of Saud scared. They are arresting the members who are a threat to the throne and those who might side with Iran. They are in a much better position to know the threat level because their survival depends on knowing what their enemies are doing. When they start acting scared you know the threat is real.

        • This is the Middle East. Things don’t look the same. Visit MEMRI: English translations of all media in Arabic.

Saud is acting resolute. He’s playing Strong-Horse.[*] Iran is a tad over-extended at the moment….

MBS [everybody calls the Crown Prince, ‘MBS’, Mohammad Bin Saud] gotta seize the initiative right now. So he’s been a busy boy:
          – • He visited the godless Russian. Putin’s wobbly.

          – • He’s been informed: Despite reports that U.S. military assistance to Lebanon had been discontinued, it hasn’t. We’re still arming the assassins of stray Sunnis.
          Who’s minding the store?

          – • Then he watched the PMF consolidate Iran’s land bridge to the Med. Read the tweet that went something like: Congratulations on your great victory! Love, USA.
The entire ME read the tweet that way.

          – • DOD and DOS are still pulling for the Enemy, that [redacted] Brett McGurk – Iran’s BFF – still there?!

          ……..So…
MBS met three times recently with Jared Kushner. As far as he’s concerned (whether it is or not, Israel’s coy), that’s Mossad.
That’s “Prince Jared” in sycophantic raghead rags.

Also PT-45, in spirit, if little else.
==> PT is Obama-2, 100% on the ground. NOT because of our limited capabilities, but because of keeping the worst of the old team in place, in charge.

          WRONG signals.
          – – I read regional papers. The messaging is more damaging than any single factor on this front. Unbelievable, it’s been a bloody poor show. Catnip to feral muslims.

          ==> Arab-scared doesn’t look like this.
Arab-scared runs the mouth. Then plays the victim. _Then_ it propitiates, huddles toward hudnas.

          • MBS – Mohammad Bin _Salman_.
            – – The “bin _Saud_” is relegated to an earlier era. Blood got thin, bad.

House of Salman: Maybe. It’s good for Israel, so expect the Western pushback. Read the NYSlimes.

All those who fell in love with the Twisted-Ragheads because a Manchurian President – Prince of Lies – seduced them into the devils’ bargain.

This has to happen _outside_ the framework of U.S.-Russia-China. Iran’s 150 billion-USD buy friends everywhere. Except, perhaps, among the myriad tribes displaced by war that’s a game to those outside the region. (v. assorted Kurdish tribes, Bedouin, and more.)

Russia and the U.S. both suck in the Middle East. Will continue to flounder weakly and _duplicitously_.

Israel and MBS are setting a new table, invited the outside powers but they’ve turned queasy.

Predictions of doom and gloom – from the armchair in the West! – aren’t worth spit.

PT-45, G-d bless him, he’s with us – the Good Guys. He’s operating outside the DOS and DOD, too. And he’s a winner.

So, fasten your seat-belts and pray for a secure landing.

      • Another reason for seizing the assets of those arrested is to deposit large sums around the world in case they have to run for their lives.

    • But it’s such a brave thing to do!
He knew he’d have to resign his position after publishing the letter. He’s got to be an awfully strong person. Papal infallibility is fundamental doctrine; he stops just short of crossing the line.

  2. 11/ The Lebanese PM isn’t kidding:

Report says Lebanese PM survived attempt to kill him days before he quit

An assassination attempt on Lebanon’s prime minister Saad Hariri was reportedly thwarted just days before he announced his resignation during a trip to Saudi Arabia on Saturday, citing threats on his life.

The plot was reported by Saudi Arabia’s Al-Arabiya news station, citing unnamed sources, and occurred “a couple of days ago.” It did not say who tried to kill him.

The report gave few details except to quote a source as saying “the planners of Hariri’s assassination attempt disrupted the watchtowers (control towers) when his convoy was passing by.” It was not immediately clear what they were referring to.

The report came hours after Hariri announced he would resign in a surprise move that plunged the country into uncertainty amid heightened regional tensions.

      • Another sign that something is coming and probably real soon. Actions like this and hte House of Saud arresting those they think may side with Iran says the intel agencies of two nations in that region think Iran/Hezbollah are about to make a big move attacking either Lebanon or Saudi, or both with one of the attacks being a diversion.

Saudi Arabia’s new anti-corruption committee dismissed a number of senior ministers, and at least 11 princes and dozens of former ministers have been arrested on corruption charges as part a series of royal decrees, state media reported on Saturday. The senior ministers who were sacked include Prince Meteb bin Abdullah, the head of the National Guard, and Adel Fakeih, the economy minister. Abdullah al-Sultan, the commander of the Saudi navy, was replaced by Fahad al-Ghafli. No official explanation was given for the dismissals. SOURCE: https://youtu.be/M8ULqqoLlmc
