Indeed.
“Hell” in German means”bright,” so it may be a connection that the Germans don’t get.
Yeah it was an inside joke for English speakers. Im sure we all know they didn’t mean it that way. But a muslim playground probably should have:
“Abandon all hope ye who enter here” above it.
…On the positive-ish side, two out of the three native Germans thought the Muslim-themed playground to be inappropriate.
I would argue, that this graffiti artist – like many other teens spraying someone else’s property with their urine
, I mean paint- wrote it in English, because it is their language of choice all over the world.
I like how they left all the garbage and construction materials behind for the little ragheads. It is just like the Islamic shirholes they came from.
