1, Muslim woman Moutia Elzahed, charged over refusal to stand in court, considers challenge

The lawyer for a Muslim woman who was charged after she refused to stand in court for a judge says she is considering a constitutional challenge.

Moutia Elzahed, 49, from Revesby, is facing nine charges of disrespectful behaviour in court for not standing when Sydney District Court Judge Audrey Balla entered or left the court room during a civil hearing in November and December 2016.

Ms Elzahed had brought a lawsuit against the NSW and Federal Police, claiming she was assaulted during a counter terror raid at her home in 2014.

She is the wife of convicted Islamic State recruiter Hamdi Alqudsi, who is currently serving a six-year jail sentence for helping young Australians travel to Syria to fight.

2. Australia: Man faces court accused of the kidnapping and forced marriage of a teenage girl.

A Muslim man who allegedly abducted, raped and forced a teenage girl to marry him against her will in an Islamic ceremony has appeared in court today.

The petrified 18-year-old, who cannot be named, claimed Chafic Charyala, 31, showed up at her bedroom window in Bankstown at 2am on Sunday and threatened to kill her unless she went with him.

It will be alleged the girl’s family had recently rejected a marriage proposal by the alleged kidnapper.

3. Interesting comment on the London Apartment fire:

Actually the witness said he was told by a neighbor that his refrigerator “exploded”. I have worked as a refrigeration technician for ten years and can tell you that this type of equipment does not explode. I hope the police track down this witness as I suspect his neighbor was doing something dangerous. Perhaps he was crafting a bomb…or mixing chemicals of even cooking on a hibachi.

However a google search for exploding fridges turned up this article:

2009:

A series of violent fridge explosions is believed to have been caused by leaks of ‘environmentally-friendly’ coolant.

Safety standards for manufacturers might have to be reviewed following the blasts, which have destroyed several kitchens.

At least four similar explosions have been reported in the last three years in the UK, two of them since May.

(If this was the cause, and I tend to lean towards bomb making like that building that was flattened in Minneapolis, then its the fault of the crypto-environmentalists.)

4. Norwegian Officials Deny ‘No Go Zones’ in Migrant Suburb Despite Weeks of Arson, Attacks on Police

Oslo city representatives have blamed three weeks of arson and violence against police by “youths” in the migrant-dominated Norwegian suburb of Stovner on young people feeling “rootless and restless”.

District Director Elf Humborstad Sørland told Norwegian broadcaster NRK: “There is a general problem that many young people are out too late in the evenings.”

The district of Stovner, which according to Statistics Norway has one the highest immigrant populations in the country at over 50 per cent, has seen three weeks of youths setting cars on fire and throwing stones at police, ambulance personnel, and the fire brigade responding to the fires.

(“Rootless and restless”. Lets call it, “The Tumbleweed effect”.)

5. Sweden: Migrant Stabs Passengers When Woman in Hijab Asked to Show Train Ticket, Blames ‘Racism’

An Iraqi man travelling from Stockholm to Hallsberg by train launched a brutal attack on passengers after a Muslim woman was asked to show her ticket, accusing them all of racism.

Karim Alaa Hussain, 25, became infuriated when the unnamed woman, who was wearing a veil, was asked to show her rail ticket by a female conductor.

The Muslim woman complained she had already been asked to show her ticket once before, although eyewitnesses say the conductor was “polite and correct”.

Hussain took a different view, according to a report by Fria Tider, corroborated by court documents seen by Breitbart London.

Hussain sprang to his feet and demanded to know why the conductor had asked to see the woman’s ticket, refusing to accept her explanation that she was “only doing her job” and he became “extremely intimidating”.

Other passengers intervened to try and calm him down, but this only increased his anger. He accused them of racism, threatening one of the men in particular and striking him in the face.

Alarmed, Hussain’s victim wrestled him to the floor – but the Iraqi managed to break free and produced a long kitchen knife, stabbing the man four times in the side and back and inflicting critical internal wounds.

Thank you Dumbstruck, M., Wrath of Khan, Xanthippa and many more. Much more to come.

Over the past few days the degree to which central/Eastern Europe has become more and more clear about the need to remain centrist and rational over the communist and deceptive and irrational operations of Western nations, has grown tremendously.

We have posted exceptional material either from national leaders like Viktor Orban, MEPs and other elected reps from Bulgaria and Poland, (and more to come today with a speech by the Polish FM) and from elder statesmen like Vaclav Klaus, no longer in office but with significant gravitas.

We must look to these nations for a mental lifeline. We will lose democracy and the rule of law and reason itself as a method of governance and law in the West. In fact we already have. But a house this large can take a while to collapse. Follow these peoples and leaders. Get what inspiration you can. The second enlightenment will have to be germinated somewhere and the V4 plus Bulgaria perhaps, looks like the most promising seed at the moment.

  1. Civilization can be rebuilt if enough nations manage to remain free, I still think the US will manage to remain free but have my doubt and Western Europe, Canada is looking more and more like a nations slipping into Marxist slavery. There is still a semi good chance they can avoid this fate but the useful idiots in the big cities are working hard to see that chance disappear.

  2. Things are looking bad in Australia but there are still politicians fighting to maintain their freedom so all is not lost.

  3. Because of the malfeasance of legacy media and government that’s acting in aid of Muhammadan invasion-by-invite, civil life is bound to degenerate, roaming bands will come to steal and plunder, walls and moats will make a comeback.

That’s where I see the next wave in urban development going; walls and moats, an old necessity come around again.

  4. I’m passing these E.Eur videos on.

People are especially enthusiastic about Poland because of the President’s impending trip. Also, those claiming some fraction of Polish DNA are MUCH more numerous than I imagined. At least among conservative American voters.

    • In the 1800s a lot of Poles migrated to the US and I think one of our Generals in the Revolution was a Pole.

  5. Challenging institutions through state-subsidized or NGO legal assistance is straight out of the Post Modern playbook. Causing stress fractures in the integrity of society weaken the country as a whole.

When I take an axe and try to split a large log in the middle I only get my maul stuck. However if I hit the log hard off center it will fracture. Remarkably, this single fissure compromises the integrity of the circular log form substantially. Subdivision of the now-weakened object accelerates. A circular form of relatively uniform and integrated material is architecturally very strong. Strategic deconstruction of said form, once understood and refined with practical experience, allows the deconstructionist the luxury of easy analysis and adaptation.

    • We always used splitting wedges. started at one end and worked down the ;log.

    • Excellent analogy.

The juxtaposition of "axe" + "NGOs" that fracture societies makes me think of head-chopping and demonic patrons of those particular NGOs.
      Abstract free-association, nothing more for a non-tard.

With the light fading at the Mecca of Australian Rules Football, Muslims, non-Muslims, footballers and fans paused to hear the call that ends the days fast.

As the crowd shared plates of dates, olives and bread, AFL CEO Gillon McLachlan took to the stage to share a message of tolerance and respect during Islam’s holiest month.

“True sports fans do not see religion or colour, they see talent they see leadership they see commitment they see skill,” he said.

The annual Ramadan dinner has become an important date on the AFL calendar, with this year’s event a public show of support for the Islamic community in order to promote peace and understanding through sport at a time of unrest.

Practicing Muslim and Richmond Tigers veteran Bachar Houli said opening up a dialogue between the Islam and wider Australian community has never been more important.

“This time and age right now we need it. Because there are people out there who are trying to bring us down but we need to stay steadfast, stay strong, be happy and show the true Islamic principles,” he said.

Five years ago, Houli successfully lobbied for prayer rooms in stadiums.

Ever since, he said, the support shown by the AFL and the wider football community has only grown.

“They just feel a part of it to be honest,” he said. “Whether you’re watching, supporting or playing you feel a part of it. As soon as you to go a local club people are accommodating. They cater for you.”

AFL Multicultural Ambassador and Essendon skipper Dyson Heppell also took part in the event.

    • Total bilge.
Qataris, Malays,et al. forfeit major sporting events rather than shake hands with Israeli athletes. Even now, despite de facto geostrategic alliances.
