Police investigation against Unknown Person who published internal video

An original translation by Nash Montana with much thanks.

From this German language website:

Someone leaked this video to the media which shows the offender that kicked a woman down the stairs in the subway station. He will face consequences.

One day before the Berlin Police published the video for the purpose of searching for the offender, the recording appeared in the media. Someone apparently had passed the recording to BILD and BZ (Berliner Zeitung). Who did that is not clear. But what’s certain is: The video at the point of publication had not yet been officially released and whoever passed it on, was doing so illegally.

Why the police only now shows the video of the subway kicker

The Police in Berlin have now picked up the investigation. Criminal charges against unknown have been filed. It cannot be excluded that the video was passed on from someone from the police, a spokeswoman says. The State Office of Criminal Investigations (LKA) is investigating against unknown persons for violation of the Data Privacy Act. There are no concrete suspects. After the publication of the video, the police had immediately gotten 6 tips.

The video was going to be published anyway according to the Berlin Police

The Berlin Police contradicts the general opinion where the official publication of the 20 second video was merely a reaction to it having been passed on to the media prematurely. Respective accusations were stated loud and clear at the Berlin Police’s Facebook site. A formal request for the publication of the video for the purpose of a public search for the offenders had “long since been requested by a judge”, the police has said. That the video was officially published on that day was because the judge’s decision had at that time been presented.

[Translators notes:  “If the video and the text translations, sound funny and awkward it is because they are. I literally feel that the Police iare swimming in deep water, and that they make everything up as they go because the reality is, that they got order from high up to not even investigate this.

In fact I would be not at all surprised if at some point exactly this fact came out later on. That they were told not to investigate.
I can tell you right now that these two things were the most difficult thing for me ever to translate. Simply because it’s all mumbo jumbo made up kabuki theater that the media is repeating. It’s very confusing.

Video that was leaked:

[Editor’s note: An entire essay could be, and should be written on this. But for the moment, suffice it to say that there is sufficient proof for a reasonable person, that the German government as a matter of policy, much like the British, Canadian and American governments, hide incidents of Islamic motivations or origins for acts of terrorism and grotesque anti-social behaviour, to cover for their policy decision on the import of millions of muslims. Therefore any reason given for not publishing evidence of a crime is moot. We know its a lie to cover for the agenda. We also know that if a White, non-muslim had done this thing, his photo with special enhancements would be on every phone pole.]

  1. The fact that someone (possibly a police officer) leaked the video is a good sign, at least one of the lower ranking people want to see the criminals arrested and punished.

I am sure, can’t prove but an sure that the release of the video by the unknown hero is the reason that the police are slowly moving to make it look like they are investigating the crime. Given what is happening all around the world the German police officers had better find some way to secretly join the resistance or quit and leave Germany. I am giving them this advice out of concern for their safety.

    • What needs to happen is for some cop or other official to be arrested and charged with obstruction of justice for covering up Muslim crime and thus preventing the course of justice from taking place. Obstruction of justice is still a crime, isn’t it? Is it asking too much to expect the authorities to respect and enforce the law equally? If that video showed a blond guy with a cross around his neck and a red MAGA hat on his head doing the same thing to a girl in a hijab it would have been out within hours, and would be given the same voluminous exposure as the Rodney King-resisting-arrest-and-getting-what-he-deserved video. As it is, I suspect the dirty cops were planning to hide the thing in the evidence locker and then forget all about it.

All of which beggars the simple question; had the video NOT been leaked, would the police have published it? Given the ongoing, near-total media blackout (e.g., the rape and murder of Maria Ladenburger) of all but the most horrible Islamic terror attacks in Europe, my own inclination is to think that nothing would have happened. Whomever leaked the video precipitated its official release and it will require a mountain of contrary legal evidence to make me think otherwise..

Perhaps the individual realizes that remaining complicit in this official hush-up will end up with them being tenderized by a furious lynch mob. It would be all well and fine if personal conscience played a leading role with the release of this video. However, such a motive is increasingly difficult to attribute in light of the near-total dereliction-of-duty that is so pervasive in today’s Europe.

You are probably right,or it could be a combination of the two motives. However as I said in the first post all German police need to either join the resistance of find some country outside of Europe they can hide in. From what is being said on the History Channel show Hunting HItler there is still a large German population in Australia so they might welcome people from Germany who are fleeing the justice of the people.

      • @ Richard and NorseRadish:

The well made points about the leaker of this video remind the cynic in me of the fact that the number of “resistance fighters” in WW2 France quatrupled AFTER the Liberation and has not stopped rising since. 😉

PS: Always a pleasure, Rita. Merry Christmas!

        • If memory serves me correct the number in France was about 5,000 before liberation and grew rapidly after. Rather like the way fake vets keep appearing all over the US, I usually ignore them but others don’t and one sawed off (abt 5’3″ Marine vet keeps bugging me because I don’t talk about my experience in the same words and manner he does. One of these days he is going to jump me when my back isn’t hurting, my heart isn’t acting up or I am in a very nasty mood and the little REMF is going to regret his stupidity.

Merry Christmas and may next year be a much better year for all who hang out at Vlad’s, especially you and Yucki.

  3. They’ve caught one of the creatures accompanying the animal that kicked the young woman. The one detained is Roma, unfortunately from Bulgaria.
