  1. Syrian-born political scientist says migrants see German women as ‘fair game’ to be raped (express, Dec 8, 2016)
    http://www.express.co.uk/news/world/741473/migrants-germany-women-fair-game-rape-syrian-scientist-claims

“GERMAN women are seen as “prostitutes” and “fair game” by migrants, a top political scientist has warned.

The 72-year-old warned women will be raped by migrants with tensions set to escalate between Germans and immigrants as integration remains a huge problem.

A record 890,000 migrants arrived in Germany last year with alleged sex attacks by migrants soaring in 2016.

Professor Tibi, who moved to Germany from Syria when he was 18, says the current trend is likely to continue.

He said: “German women sleep with men without being married to them. In the eyes of the migrants their behaviour is like that of a prostitute.

“That is why they are considered fair game and can be raped.”

Migrants committed 1,576 sex crimes in Germany in 2015, compared to 1683 in the first six months of this year.

Professor Tibi said: ”Hundreds of young Muslim men treated women as objects to hunt down. They know what they do is prohibited by law.

“But they also think German women are sluts. And in addition they know their actions have no consequences. The German police do not fear the refugees, they fear to be branded as racist when dealing with them.”

Professor Dr Michael Guenter, the medical director of a psychiatric clinic in Stuttgart, has been examining child migrants who have become criminals.

He claims there are several ways how youngsters can develop into sex offenders.

Dr Guenter said: “They develop their fantasies mostly between the ages of 15 and 17 years. If they grow up in bad conditions, the brutal fantasies might get more distinctively out of hand.

“When young men come from countries where women are oppressed and see how open our society is, it tears them apart. They cannot cope with this discrepancy.

“They have grown up with repressive sexual morals, a moral doctrine that prohibits the enjoyment of sexuality before marriage.

“And here they are surrounded by self-conscious women who do not conceal and cover themselves.”

Their shock comments come as illegal Afghan migrant Hussein Khavari, 17, was apprehended for the rape and murder of medical student Maria Ladenburger in Freiburg.

Days later Iraqi asylum seeker Zaid K was arrested in connection with the rape of two students in Bochum.”

    • Reinstate the death penalty and execute all rapists no matter what nationality, if you perform the execution within a few months of the conviction it won’t take long for the rapes to stop.

According to a report in the Oesterreich daily, a group of young Turkish teens were provoked by the boisterous display of the Krampus performers, and physically attacked them during a procession near Salzburg on Tuesday night…”

      • Richard,
I don’t think so, at least not yet. There would be many small skirmishes but no civil war. Also social media will be controlled more then they are now, so there may be problem with dissemination of information.

  4. Mass arrests of migrants as Algeria rounds up foreigners (france24, Dec 8, 2016)
    http://f24.my/2hceQSk

“Authorities in the Algerian capital have been carrying out mass arrests of West African nationals since December 1. Once in custody, many of the foreigners are placed in detention camps in Algiers before being brought by bus to Tamanrasset, a southern town near the border with Niger, where they could be deported. According to our Observers, many legal residents of Algeria were rounded up in this wave of violent arrests.

These raids were carried out with no explanation provided by the authorities until December 7, when an official response was published in the newspaper El Moudjahid. Saida Benhabylès, the president of the Algerian humanitarian organisation the Croissant Rouge, explained that the raids took place “because of the overcrowding that there is in the capital.” She added that the overcrowding “is creating security problems” and as a result, the authorities decided to “transfer the migrants to the south of the country, where the living conditions are better.”

Algerian law enforcement launched this operation at the beginning of the month and seemed to be rounding up foreigners. People were arrested at their workplaces, in their homes and on the streets. The Algerian Human Rights League estimates that around 1,400 foreign nationals were arrested…”

  5. German Bundeswehr to train Saudi army officers (DW, Dec 8, 2016)
    http://www.dw.com/en/german-bundeswehr-to-train-saudi-army-officers/a-36697368

“Germany is about to strike a deal to train Saudi Arabian officers. While the Defense Ministry says such programs are completely normal, it also admits that the Middle Eastern monarchy remains a “difficult” partner.

Germany is expanding its military cooperation with the Saudi regime, despite the country’s involvement in conflicts across the Middle East. The German Defense Ministry confirmed on Wednesday that Saudi Arabian officers would be traveling to Germany to be trained by the Bundeswehr – a deal would be signed in the coming weeks, news agency DPA reported.

Defense Minister Ursula von der Leyen was on her first visit to Riyadh on Thursday to hold talks with the Sunni kingdom and finalize the agreement, which would involve between three and five officers taking part in training programs every year.

In return, the Bundeswehr would send a liaison officer to the Riyadh headquarters of the Saudi-led “Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition,” an alliance of 39 Muslim countries founded last year to fight the “Islamic State” militia.

    Enemy of my enemy

Saudi Arabia is thought to have pushed for closer cooperation with Germany since 2015, but the training deal has been held up by long legal negotiations. A spokesman for the Defense Ministry told DW that the Bundeswehr offers officer training to a number of different militaries. “For us it’s a completely normal mechanism,” he said.

Exactly what kind of training the Bundeswehr will provide, for how long, and whether or not the Saudis would pay for it, remains a matter of negotiation, the spokesman added.

“There is no concrete plan about what will happen,” he said. “As a rule, the states who send soldiers to us say which courses they want them to take part in, and then we look whether we can take the soldiers within our available capacity. I know we offer good training, and I suppose it’s got around.”…”

    • Opposition parties condemn German defence plan with Saudi Arabia (thelocal, Dec 8, 2016)
      http://www.thelocal.de/20161208/opposition-parties-condemn-german-defence-deal-with-saudi-arabia

“… But German opposition parties were quick to condemn the training deal.

“Since the Saudi Arabians support Islamists and jihadists, they cannot at the same time also combat these things, and care about stability and peace in the Middle East,” said Die Linke (Left Party) defence expert Alexander Neu.

Green party defence expert Agnieszka Brugger said previously that steps taken to form a closer military bond with Saudi Arabia sent the wrong signal.

“It cannot be that this brutal regime is still being courted, German weapons are being delivered, and then the defence minister can also stroll their red carpet without making any strong statements,” Brugger said….”

  6. 600 ‘underage’ asylum seekers in Denmark are adults: report (thelocal, Dec 8, 2016)
    http://www.thelocal.dk/20161207/600-underage-asylum-seekers-in-denmark-are-adults-report

“Throughout 2016, the Danish Immigration Service (Udlændingestyrelsen – DIS) has questioned the age of hundreds of asylum seekers who say they are younger than 18.

According to a report in Jyllands-Posten, DIS suspected that roughly 800 asylum seekers were lying about their age and thus asked the University of Copenhagen’s Department of Forensic Medicine (Retsmedicinsk Institut) to run tests to verify just how old the asylum seekers really are.

Using X-rays of their teeth and finger bones, the institute concluded that 74 percent of those tested – or around 600 individuals – are actually adults.

The number of age tests requested by DIS thus far in 2016 more than doubles those performed in 2015, which was in itself a record year for age verifications. The Department of Forensic Medicine said it is likely to have performed 1,000 age tests by the end of the year.

In the Danish asylum system, unaccompanied minors are given a number of advantages over adults, including the ability to bring their parents to Denmark.

Integration Minister Inger Støjberg said the large number of apparent age cheats is proof that the Danish asylum system is working as it is supposed to…”

  7. Danish MP suggests firing ‘warning shots’ at migrant boats (ahram, Dec 8, 2016)
    http://english.ahram.org.eg/NewsContent/2/9/251664/World/International/Danish-MP-suggests-firing-warning-shots-at-migrant.aspx

“A Danish lawmaker faced criticism on Thursday for saying boats carrying migrants could be prevented from reaching Europe by firing “warning shots” at them.

“The only way you can do it efficiently is by simply turning the boats around and saying you cannot sail within this territorial border,” Kenneth Kristensen Berth, a lawmaker for the anti-immigration Danish People’s Party (DPP) said.

“If you do that you will either be fired at or you will be turned around and sailed back,” he said during a debate in Copenhagen on Wednesday.

In a Facebook post after the debate, Berth said he did not advocate “shooting at migrants” but that “warning shots” could be used against the ships carrying them.

A lawmaker for the ruling Venstre party, Jakob Ellemann-Jensen, said on Twitter that the remarks were “not okay” and that “warning shots are… a warning of what is to follow.”

“Of course you don’t shoot at people who are fleeing. It shouldn’t be necessary to say,” Mette Frederiksen, the leader of the opposition Social Democrats, wrote on Facebook.

A DPP spokesman did not respond to requests for comment.

Denmark introduced a host of measures to deter migrants from coming to the country earlier this year, including a controversial rule allowing police to confiscate their valuables to help pay for their accommodation.

According to the UN, at least 4,700 people have died, are missing or feared to have drowned this year while trying to cross the Mediterranean.”

    https://www.moroccoworldnews.com/2016/12/203293/moroccan-man-sets-fire-front-moroccos-consulate-spain/

“Mustapha Yaakoubi, a Moroccan citizen living in Madrid, set himself on fire in front of Morocco’s consulate in Madrid on Wednesday. Yaakoubi had been calling for officials to settle his immigrant status.

The Moroccan Embassy announced that it has followed the Yaakoubi case in detail, noting that the embassy staff and local firefighters intervened to rescue him.

The embassy asserted that one of its officials seriously injured his hand while he was trying to shield Yaakoubi. The injured man has been referred to the hospital to receive the necessary treatments.

The embassy continued its remarks, saying that it intervened “in Yaakoubi’s case to find solutions for his problems last year,” adding that “he had a meeting with Morocco’s ambassador to Spain, Fadel Benyaich.”

According to the same source, “Yaakoubi had been invited by the Spanish authorities, who approved to renew his residence for only one new year, on the condition that he submit a work permit, but he declined their offer by insisting on a residence renewal of five years.”

The Moroccan embassy added that it “had no news of Yaakoubi after his meeting with Spanish authorities, until he suddenly appeared last Wednesday in front of the Morocco’s consulate, setting fire to himself.””

    http://english.ahram.org.eg/NewsContent/1/64/251658/Egypt/Politics-/Morsis-son-arrested-as-part-of-Rabaa-dispersal-cas.aspx

“Osama Morsi, the son of ousted Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi, was arrested Thursday at his home in Sharqiya over charges related to what has been dubbed in the media as the Rabaa dispersal trial, according to Morsi’s defense team.

The younger Morsi has been named as one of 739 defendants in the case, which dates back to August 2013 and includes the Brotherhood’s Supreme Guide Mohamed Badie and leading Brotherhood figure Mohamed El-Beltagy, as well as other senior Brotherhood members.

The prosecution charged the defendants with “unauthorised assembly, the use of force, premeditated murder, and the possession of weapons and explosives” during the violent dispersal of a major 2013 Cairo sit-in protesting Morsi’s ouster.

Morsi’s other son, Abdullah, served a one-year pirson sentence in 2015 for possession of hashish.”

  10. Militant killed in shootout during security raid in Cairo: Police (ahram, Dec 8, 2016)
    http://english.ahram.org.eg/NewsContent/1/64/251645/Egypt/Politics-/Militant-killed-in-shootout-during-security-raid-i.aspx

“Security forces killed on Thursday a militant during a security raid in the metropolitan Cairo area, according to a statement from the Interior Ministry.

The militant was killed after opening fire at police forces, according to the statement.

Police raided an apartment building in Abu-Zaabal in northern Cairo, where state intelligence sources indicated the militant was residing.

The statement said the man was wanted for his involvement in a range of violent incidents, including attacks on security checkpoints and police personnel.

On Wednesday, police forces killed three militants during a security raid in Upper Egypt’s Assiut governorate.

The three were wanted for attacks on security forces and belonging to the “Sawaaed Masr” and “Hasm” groups, which the state designates as terrorist organisations. According to the interior ministry the three had sought haven in a village in Assiut to plan further attacks against security forces..

Attacks against Egypt’s security forces have become common in recent years but are mostly concentrated in North Sinai, where army and police are battling an entrenched Islamist insurgency.”

  11. Canadian Muslims ask government for help in fight against Islamophobia

A group of Canadian Muslims is asking for the federal government’s help in countering what they say is a growing wave of Islamophobia across the country.

At a news conference in Ottawa on Monday, the group – joined by the National Council of Canadian Muslims (NCCM) – said there are growing concerns about anti-
Muslim discrimination and hatred in Canada, and that the federal government’s leadership is needed to address it.

“As community representatives, we are deeply concerned about the impact of hate crimes and hate incidents on the broader wellbeing of our communities, and especially on our children,” said NCCM Executive Director Ihsaan Gardee in a release.

Gardee said incidents of hate crime in Canada had doubled between 2012 and 2014, and there was a noticeable increase in the number of reported human rights violations impacting Canadian Muslims.

In a 2015/2016 Environics Institute telephone survey of 600 Canadian Muslims, 35% of those polled said they had experienced discrimination and unfair treatment in the previous five years.

And Gardee wasn’t the only one at the conference who had heard of such instances.

“We are keenly aware of the impact that expressions of hate against Islam and Muslims are having on members of our communities,” said Imam Sikander Hashmi, with the Canadian Council of Imams.

The reality, Hashmi said, is there are “reports that children are being taunted and bullied at school… that women are afraid to dress according to their beliefs, that qualified men are denied employment opportunities because of their names or their appearance.”

All told, the impact of Islamophobia is “sadly very real and a growing reality in Canada, even in 2016,” Hashmi said.

And Islamophobia is not simply based on hate or malice, said Omar Mahfoudhi, executive director of the Islam Care Centre.

Mahfoudhi said Islamophopbia can also be based on ” genuine ignorance, misunderstanding, and a lack of access to meaningful resources.”

    Parliamentary motion tabled

The call by Canadian Muslim representatives follows a parliamentary motion put on the order paper by Member of Parliament Iqra Khalid (Mississauga – Erin Mills) on December 1 and announced on Monday as well.

    The motion reads:

The government should (a) recognize the need to quell the increasing public climate of hate and fear; (b) condemn Islamophobia and all forms of systemic racism and religious discrimination and take note of House of Commons’ petition e-411 and the issues raised by it; (c) request that the Standing Committee on Canadian Heritage undertake a study on how the government could (i) develop a whole-of-government approach to reducing or eliminating systemic racism and religious discrimination including Islamophobia, in Canada, while ensuring a community-centered focus with a holistic response through evidence-based policy-making, (ii) collect data to contextualize hate crime reports and to conduct needs assessments for impacted communities, and that the Committee should present its findings and recommendations to the House no later than 240 calendar days from the adoption of this motion, provided that in its report, the Committee should make recommendations that the government may use to better reflect the enshrined rights and freedoms in the Constitution Acts, including the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

Canadian Parliament thanks Ayatollah Shirazi Center

The Canadian Parliament held a festival on the issuance of an anti-Islamophobia law that prohibits all anti-Islamic activities.

The parliament offered gratitude to Ayatollah Shirazi’s center as well as The Iranian Islamic Center for their efforts in countering Islamophobia and the issuance of that law.

The festival was attended by Sheikh Salih Seybawayh, Ayatollah Shirazi’s representative, as well as a number of Canadian MPs .

The MPs dedicated a speech of gratitude to Ayatollah Shirazi Center for their efforts in gathering more than 100 thousand voices, allowing the law to go into effect.

    • OTTAWA – MPs, Muslims gather on Hill for anti-Islamophobia event

An event was held on Parliament Hill Monday night to celebrate the tabling of an e-petition to denounce Islamophobia, and the subsequent introduction of a motion to move that conversation forward into a parliamentary study into its root causes. The event, held in the Sir John A. Macdonald building, was well attended by members of the Muslim community, as well as a number of MPs.

The event was hosted by Liberal MPs Frank Baylis and Iqra Khalid. Baylis presented the e-petition to parliament, which was started by his constituent Samer Majzoub, with the focus on the language of “always together.”

“So many people stepped up,” Baylis told the crowd. “Everywhere we went, we were always welcomed with open arms. Ever place we went, people said yes, we will help. That openness that we say really impacted us because you don’t have to look far today to see that there are people who are looking to get ahead by demonizing people.”

In the 120 days that e-petitions are allowed to gather signatures, Baylis said that it gained so much momentum that it was signing up to 2,000 signatures per day, and he now claims that this is the most-signed e-petition by a significant margin. Baylis also said that they not only reached out to the Muslim community, but also the Sikh community, the Jewish community and Christian churches.

“We have sent the message across Canada and to the world that we here in Canada stand together,” Bayliss said. “We condemn Islamophobia and all forms of religious discrimination.”

Khalid decided to take the momentum of the petition and launch a private member’s motion, which will be up for debate early in the New Year.

“It’s not enough to make a statement, and Frank has been such an inspiration in working together and to try to eliminate all forms of systemic racism and religious discrimination, especially and including Islamophobia,” said Khalid. “What we don’t see are real-time numbers of what this kind of hate crime looks like in Canada. Part of my motion is to study and collect that data and then have a well-informed decision as to how we can work together, whole-of-government, to come up with different recommendations to eliminate this horrible thing that’s happening.”

Heritage Minister Mélanie Joly told the crowd that this was the kind of political engagement that the prime minister spoke about when he said that all communities needed to get involved so that nobody could run against the Muslim community.

“All of you today are a reminder of the importance of participating in this kind of political process,” Joly said. “We know that right now in our population, there is an anxiety when it comes to jobs and our economy, and every time in history there’s been that anxiety, there has been a tendency to fear the other, to fear people who can seem to be different, but that is a trap that we won’t fall into in our country.

“We need political leaders to step up to the plate, but we also need all communities to work together to get to know each other,” added Joly. “You don’t fear the other when you know the other, and this is extremely important.”

Other speakers included Conservative senator Salma Ataullahjan, NDP MP Rachel Blaney and Green Party leader Elizabeth May.

  12. ‘Divorce procedure in Islam is mostly misinterpreted’ (gulfnews, Dec 8, 2016)
    http://gulfnews.com/news/asia/india/divorce-procedure-in-islam-is-mostly-misinterpreted-1.1942455

“New Delhi: Confusion over the procedure, status, and binding nature of ‘triple talaq’ pronouncement is a common question brought before Islamic authorities. Various clerics believe that due to lack of knowledge and right interpretation, the correct divorce procedure is not being followed.

Islamic scholar Shehzad Saleem brings to fore the plight of the Muslim women at the hands of misinterpreters of the Quran. He explains the right procedure of divorce as enshrined by Sharia.

“First of all, divorce is not valid if it is given through phone, email, WhatsApp and Skype. If a husband has decided to divorce his wife, he should wait until she has completed her menstrual cycle and then desisting from any further carnal relationship, he should utter the divorce sentence just once. The wife, after she has been divorced in this way, must stay in her husband’s house for a period of three menstrual cycles. This period is called ‘iddat’ (waiting or parting). For a pregnant woman, this period is up to the birth of the child, while for a newly married couple who have had no contact, divorce does not entail any period of ‘iddat’ for the wife,” Saleem says.

“If after the period of ‘iddat’, a man is still firm in his stance, his wife shall be considered as separated permanently. She is now a free woman and if she wishes to marry some other person, she has all the right to do so and must not be inhibited in any way. If circumstances change, she can even remarry her former husband,” he adds.

The Quran stresses that in case the husband revokes his decision during the ‘iddat’ period, there is no need for remarriage. The two shall be considered as husband and wife once again.

Saleem says that if after annulment of this divorce, due to some reason, the untoward situation arises a second time that the husband intends to divorce his wife, the Quran explains that the husband can exercise his right of divorce for the second time as well.

He should pronounce just one ‘talaq’ sentence to repudiate his wife. Again, the post-divorce period shall be observed in the manner just described.

“Once again, if the husband wishes, he has the chance to revise his decision during the period of ‘iddat,’ in which case the divorce shall be considered null and void and the two shall once again become husband and wife. If, unfortunately, for the third time, the situation arises that divorce becomes inevitable, the Quran says that a husband can exercise his right for the third time as well and pronounce the divorce sentence. However, this time the wife shall be permanently separated from him. After divorcing his wife for the third time, he cannot remarry her now, unless and until the wife marries some other person and owing to some reason gets divorced from him — not under a planned strategy, but on account of naturally arisen circumstances,” he explains.

The last measure is meant to prevent this affair from becoming mere childplay.”

  13. OK -Lawton Islamic Center falls victim to potential hate crime

    + 3 min 37 video

LAWTON, OK (KSWO)- Lawton Police are investigating a possible hate crime after they say a dead pig was dumped off at the Islamic Center on Southwest “F” Avenue.

The incident happened sometime Tuesday night. Surveillance video from The Islamic Center shows a pick-up truck pulling into the parking lot and turning around. Moments later the truck backs up and the carcass falls off the tailgate. The truck then takes off.

A Lawton Police officer who was driving in the area noticed the carcass and called the Islamic Center’s Director, Dr. Hassan Ahmed.

Doctor Ahmed told 7News he is not sad or angry but shocked. He says it’s highly offensive to Islamic people to drop a pig carcass in from of any Islamic center.

According to the Quran, members of the Islamic faith are forbidden to eat pork and an act such as dumping a dead pig can be considered highly offensive, much like a swastika would be offensive to members of Judaism.

He doesn’t know who did it but says he forgives them.

“What shocked me is a person has to take a lot of preparation and time and travel and come there and drop off a wild hog in front of the mosque that is not thinking about good things for the community and for the nation. It just shocked me,” said Dr. Hassan Ahmed.

Since the presidential election, some cities have seen an increase in what they believe are hates crimes.

“Well, I don’t want to call it a hate crime because I didn’t know exactly the intentions of the person, the perpetrator. I don’t know their intentions and what they did it is it something that they don’t know anything. I don’t know but if their intentions was nagging the Islamic center or the prime business of the Muslims here in the US. I would call it hate crime,” said Dr. Ahmed.

Dr. Ahmed adds that regardless of what religion or ethnicity you are, dumping a dead animal at a mosque is just wrong. And, according to Lawton Animal Control, it is illegal to dump any carcass in front of a business, home, or street in the city of Lawton.

Dr, Ahmed says education is key, not just regarding Islam but all religions.

“Education is power. No doubt, education is power. If a person is educated, actually in practice of education. The only reason a person does this kind of thing is because of fear of others. Not knowing the others is what makes it a problem,” said Dr. Ahmed.

Dr. Ahmed says he is moving forward. He says they will continue to worship in Lawton because they are a part of the community.

While the dumping of a carcass is illegal here in Lawton, Animal Welfare says you can drop off carcasses at the city Landfill on Southwest 11th Street.

The investigation is ongoing; police say they have no suspects.

    • OT- US-specific, but dynamite.
Understanding how illegal aliens are working the system, aided and abetted by the EEOC. Dem+RINO. Super-excellent explanation. And how our PET is going to fight the fraud.

Why Donald Trump, and American Workers, Need Andrew Puzder as Secretary of Labor…

THE ISSUE – Most people think of illegal alien workers as farm workers, or workers employed by small service businesses. While there is some validity to the precept, the vast majority of illegal aliens actually find it easier to gain employment in large organizational businesses. When you understand labor law, you understand why this is the case.

Every entity that hires people is potentially at risk for audit, inspection, or charge from an entity called the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) within their regional jurisdiction.

The EEOC responds to hiring practice complaints from a perspective of ensuring equal employment opportunity. As we’ll show, the rules of the EEOC are in direct contradiction with the Department of Homeland Security [formerly Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS)] immigration laws.

Large corporations have legal, compliance and HR departments to assist and train the hiring by managers within the organizational structure. These departments exist first and foremost to protect the organization or corporation from risks presented by the EEOC.

When you understand the emphasis of the risk avoidance you begin to understand how illegal aliens in the workforce are as common an occurrence as legally employed U.S. workers.
