    • We are down but we aren’t out yet, but I agree if Hillary wins the only hope freedom has is either a military coup of a violent revolution.

Both of which have their own dangers to revolution.

      • What do you think the voter-turnout will be among Trump voters? How enthusiastic do you think the turnout is going to be for Hillary voters? A majority might well prefer Hillary, but that doesn’t make any difference at all if they can’t get it up to go and vote. Hillary is going to get clobbered…

And this is not just wishful conjecture on my part. The turnout numbers tend to back up what I’m saying…

        • You are right, and the Wikileaks releasing the hacked Dem emails isn’t going to help her get her base out to vote. And they way Wiki is releasing the emails they are going to keep releasing them at random intervals until the election with the most damning released a few days before the election. The have already forced Debbie Wassermann Schultz to resign from head of the DNC, this was just the first and probably least damaging release. What is in those to come?

  2. Washington Post and DNC Hold Joint Fundraiser for Hillary Clinton – Lawyers said “illegal”, Did it Anyway…

Another rather Jaw-Dropping release within the latest WikiLeaks document dump of DNC emails outlines the planning for a joint fundraiser in September 2015.

Apparently, The Washington Post was hosting a party. The DNC saw the opportunity to make a fundraiser out of it and sell tickets to the party to donors. However, the email chain shows the lawyers for the DNC said they can’t publish the price for the tickets because the joint event would be illegal.

The Washington Post and DNC still held the joint event, they just never left a traceable paper trail (to outsiders) showing their combined efforts:

  3. FORCES FACEBOOK FEAR British soldiers told to ‘scrub’ their social media pages of evidence they serve in the Army to avoid being targeted by ISIS

New guidance issued to 14,000 troops at mega-bases over increasing fear of Lee Rigby-style terror attacks

BRITISH soldiers have been told to “scrub” their Facebook and Twitter pages of evidence they serve to avoid being targeted by nutcase jihadists, The Sun on Sunday can reveal.

Worrying new guidance was issued to troops at mega-bases in Bulford, Tidworth and Larkhill, Wiltshire, where 14,000 soldiers are garrisoned.

After a spate of terror attacks in France and Germany rocked Europe, Top Brass are determined not to see another Lee Rigby-style attack on a British hero by anyone inspired by the Munich or Nice attacks.

Troops are also warned to run in pairs off base after two Middle Eastern men armed with a blade tried to bundle an RAF airman into the back of a van in a feared abduction attempt this week.

    • The price of diversity is to totally surrender solidarity with your fellow citizens. That is the real reason so much is invested in bringing “the other” to everyone’s homeland. How can you have solidarity with people who despise you, who attack you in the streets, who leach off of you, all to the applause of the communist news media?

  5. Coup attempt in Turkey raises a nuclear concern at US air base

Incirlik Air Base was an operational centre of the attempted coup. It is also America’s largest foreign stockpile of nuclear weapons.

A little more than 100 miles from the territory held by Islamic State, there is a little piece of Americana. It has an eight-lane swimming pool, a baseball diamond and housing tracts built on carefully manicured cul-de-sacs.

The Incirlik Air Force Base in Turkey has some other American assets: several dozen B61 thermonuclear warheads.

The base has been a linchpin in Nato’s southern flank for more than half a century, the staging ground for US anti-terrorism missions and the fight against Islamic State.

But the failed military coup against Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has increased long-standing concerns about the military usefulness and security of the Incirlik armoury, America’s largest foreign stockpile of nuclear weapons.

0722-tom-cruise-scientology-getty-tmz-01Tom Cruise has been pulled into the middle of a police investigation surrounding a potential suicide bomber who made alarming threats to the Church of Scientology.

Cops say the man called the Church back in April asking, “Are there any bombings I can do?” The man, who ID’d himself as a Muslim, said he “liked to do suicide bombings.”

According to police docs, the caller began singing, “Allah Akbar, Tom Cruise” … the phrase some terrorists have used as they attack. He then hung up.

The LAPD is now on the hunt for the man … with a search warrant forcing AT&T to ante up phone records.

  7. Venezuelans fleeing crisis flood into Colombia

Bogota (AFP) – Venezuela’s economic crisis has sent a huge but largely ignored wave of people into Colombia, and many more could be on the way, a senior UN refugee official said.

“It’s a silent arrival of a lot of people who are crossing the border and staying illegally on the Colombian side,” said Martin Gottwald, the United Nations Refugee Agency’s representative in Colombia.

No exact figures are available, but the number of Venezuelans fleeing to Colombia is already “quite large,” and Colombia should prepare itself for more, Gottwald told AFP in an interview.

“The avalanche is probably going to increase, with or without the reopening of the border,” he said.

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro closed the countries’ border in August 2015 after an attack on an army patrol. He blamed right-wing paramilitaries from Colombia.

The leftist leader briefly reopened it last weekend to allow Venezuelans to stock up on food, medicine and other basic supplies amid severe shortages in Venezuela.

Gottwald said a sizeable number of Venezuelans who entered Colombia probably never returned.

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Two nephews of Venezuela’s first lady, who face charges of conspiring to import cocaine into the United States, confessed to U.S. agents after being arrested in November to being involved in the drug scheme, newly-filed court records state.

Details of the confessions by Franqui Francisco Flores de Freitas, 30, and Efrain Antonio Campo Flores, 29, were contained in documents U.S. prosecutors filed late on Friday in a Manhattan federal court.

The papers include summaries of U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration interviews conducted on a Nov. 10 flight to New York from Haiti, where authorities had arrested the two nephews of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro’s wife, Cilia Flores.

The summaries were filed as exhibits to a motion by prosecutors opposing a bid by the men to have their post-arrest statements suppressed on the grounds that they did not fully understand their rights under U.S. law to remain silent.

Both men have been held without bail since their November arrest and indictment for conspiring to import cocaine into the United States.

According to the DEA records, Campo Flores said they planned to get the cocaine from an individual who was in turn supplied by the Colombian paramilitary group Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).

  8. Hungary’s Orban likes what he hears of ‘valiant’ Trump’s security plans

BUDAPEST (Reuters) – Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban on Saturday said Donald Trump had proposed security policies that Europe should take to heart to solve a security crisis he blames on uncontrolled immigration.

Speaking at a summer university in Baile Tusnad, Romania, the Hungarian leader tied increased security threats to increased migration and cited Trump’s proposals at the Republican National Convention to combat terrorism.

Orban is one of Europe’s most outspoken politicians and has in the past upset fellow members of the European Union over policy.

Most recently he has taken a tough stance on Europe’s migrant crisis, objecting to EU resettlement plans and calling for a razor wire fence to be built along his country’s southern border.

Trump accepted the Republican nomination for president on Thursday with a speech that outlined an increased intelligence effort, an end to a “failed policy of nation-building and regime change” and a total suspension of immigration from states “compromised by terrorism.”

  9. Tougher Europe borders push more migrants towards US

Peñas Blancas (Costa Rica) (AFP) – Europe’s toughened borders are prompting migrants to switch focus to the United States, but their trek is being thwarted in Central America, where a bottleneck has formed, according to the International Organization for Migration.

In Costa Rica, a makeshift camp has sprung up housing hundreds of Africans and Haitians. Elsewhere in the country smaller numbers of Afghans and Pakistanis are biding their time to head north.

They are being stalled by Nicaragua, which strictly closed its border eight months ago to migrants without visas, mainly to stop the flow of thousands of US-bound Cubans through its territory.

But that closed-door policy has also trapped what are called “extra-continental” migrants — those coming from outside Latin America.

There are an estimated 2,000 such migrants in Costa Rica.

Their number has increased since March, since the EU did a deal with Turkey to send back migrants trying to reach Europe through Greece and eastern European states built barriers across their borders.

  10. Turkey ruling, opposition parties to rally together after coup

ISTANBUL (Reuters) – Supporters of Turkey’s ruling and main opposition parties, usually bitter foes, were set to rally together on Sunday in support of democracy following a failed military coup as President Tayyip Erdogan tightens his grip on the country.

In another demonstration of unity after the coup, which was staged by a faction within the armed forces, the head of Turkey’s air force issued a rare statement stressing “absolute obedience” to the chief of the military General Staff. Some members of the air force were involved in the coup.

The chief of the military General Staff, Hulusi Akar, who was held hostage by the plotters on the night of July 15, condemned the plotters on Sunday as “cowards in uniform” who had greatly harmed the nation and the army.

Erdogan, who narrowly escaped capture and possible death during the attempted coup, has declared a state of emergency, allowing him to sign laws without prior parliamentary approval in a drive to root out supporters of the coup.

He has accused U.S.-based Muslim cleric Fethullah Gulen, who has many followers in Turkey, of masterminding the abortive coup. In his first decree Erdogan ordered the closure of thousands of private schools, charities and foundations with suspected links to Gulen, who denies involvement in the coup.

  11. Kerry’s Syria plan with Russia faces deep skepticism in U.S., abroad

WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Skeptics in the U.S. government, European allies in the anti-Islamic State coalition and the main Syrian opposition, distrustful of Russia’s intentions, are questioning Secretary of State John Kerry’s latest proposal for closer U.S.-Russian cooperation against extremist groups in Syria.

Several U.S. military and intelligence officials called the plan naive, and said Kerry risks falling into a trap that Russian President Vladimir Putin has laid to discredit the United States with moderate rebel groups and drive some of their fighters into the arms of Islamic State and other extremist groups.

Some European members of the coalition against Islamic State forces have expressed concern about sharing intelligence with Russia, which they say has been an untrustworthy partner in Syria.

The current proposal, which Kerry hopes to conclude within weeks, envisions ways in which Washington and Moscow would share intelligence to coordinate air strikes against the al Qaeda-affiliated Nusra Front and prohibit the Syrian air force from attacking moderate rebel groups.

    • It’s official: U.S. to be Putin’s butt-boy in Syria military ops
      By J.E. Dyer July 19, 2016

originally laid this out here last week. This is a YUUGE departure from longstanding U.S. policy.

It’s much bigger than merely a matter of ops or outcomes in Syria. It rolls back the entirety of the American strategic perspective since the end of World War II, one of whose pillars has been that the “great crossroads” of the Eastern Mediterranean needs to remain open and balanced, accessible to all and under the exclusive thumb of none.

The Truman Doctrine was the first cross-cut of specific policy through this pillar. It functioned as such because it opposed the Soviet effort from 1945 to 1948 to gain exclusionary influence in Greece, Turkey, and Iran. But the Truman Doctrine had a quintessentially American character, in that it envisioned warding off excessive Soviet control through the use of offshore power, development of local clients, and diplomatic and economic influence. The European model of armed force on land, occupation, and colonial administration was not to be the U.S. approach.

Obama’s obeisance to Russia in Syria, finalized this week, reverses the core principle of that longstanding policy. With American forces embedded in a territorial fight, it hands to Russia a measure of control — over our forces’ fate as well as over the political outcome — that can’t be counterbalanced under the structure Obama has agreed to. It hands the fight and the regional veto power to Russia. That’s something the Brits spent decades resisting before World War II, and Americans quickly realized we needed to continue after it.

  12. CNN -21 killed in Baghdad suicide blast, weeks after deadliest in years

Terror once again struck the streets of Iraq’s capital Sunday, after a suicide bombing killed at least 21 people in a residential neighborhood in northern Baghdad.
ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack on the predominantly Shiite neighborhood of Kadhimiya, which also injured more than 35 others, Iraqi security officials said.

The claim by ISIS was released by the terror group’s media wing Amaq and on pro-ISIS social media accounts circulated by its supporters.
Sunday’s attack came just weeks after the deadliest terror attack in war-weary Baghdad in years, when a suicide truck bomb plowed into a busy shopping district killing almost 300 people.

  13. ASEAN deadlocked on South China Sea after Cambodia blocks statement

VIENTIANE (Reuters) – Southeast Asian nations failed to find common ground on maritime disputes in the South China Sea on Sunday after Cambodia stuck to its demand the group make no reference to an international court ruling against Beijing in a statement, diplomats said.

Foreign ministers from the 10-member Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) met for the first time since the U.N.-backed Permanent Court of Arbitration in the Hague handed an emphatic legal victory to the Philippines in the maritime dispute earlier this month.

The ruling denied China’s sweeping claims in the strategic seaway, through which more than $5 trillion in global trade passes each year.

China claims most of the sea, but ASEAN members the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia and Brunei all have rival claims. Beijing says the ruling has no bearing on its rights in the sea, and described the case as a farce.

The Philippines and Vietnam both wanted the communique issued by ASEAN foreign ministers to refer to the ruling and the need to respect international law, ASEAN diplomats said on Sunday. Their foreign ministers both discussed the ruling in the closed-door meeting with ASEAN counterparts in Laos on Sunday, sources said.

  14. How the failed Turkish coup could break U.S. strategy against ISIS

Turkish President Recep Erdogan batted away a July 15 coup attempt and promptly imprisoned tens of thousands and purged the highest echelons of Turkish military. The action, while consolidating Erdogan’s power, could pose a significant threat to the U.S. mission to defeat the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria, experts say.

Turkey shares a border with Syria, is a NATO ally, and is a lynch pin in the U.S. strategy to combat ISIS. Use of Turkey’s Incrilik airbase to launch airstrikes is key in this strategy, and Erdogan’s assistance in shutting off the Turkish-Syrian border.

The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) reacted to the Turkish coup with a warning that “Turkey could be the next Pakistan.” The D.C. think tank elaborated “Erdogan will likely deprioritize the fight against ISIS, undermining the counter-ISIS mission in Syria, as he focuses on consolidating power. He may even revoke past concessions to the U.S., including permission to use Turkey’s Incirlik airbase for counter-ISIS operations.”

Michael Rubin, a middle east expert at the American Enterprise Institute, went further than ISW when he told The Daily Caller News Foundation, “Turkey already is the next Pakistan.”

Central Ohio ABC affiliate WSYX has a story that may you speechless. Sadly, the homeowner responsible for this atrocity is anything but speechless.

The man, who is unnamed in the article, described solely as a 65-year-old retiree, placed signs on his property in the town of Richwood. One of the signs read, “A good cop is a dead cop.” Another of the signs is shown above.

The outrageous signs were noticed by passersby and posted to social media. The following day, someone from the same community defaced the signs. The homeowner found them on the ground torn and covered with fresh tire tracks.

She doesn’t come right out and say, “or else,” though that sense is strongly implied in emails from the Democratic National Committee to NBC’s Chuck Todd.

  17. HUNGARY -PM Orbán in Tusnád speech: “Hungary remains a point of certainty in an uncertain world”

Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s annual speech at the Bálványos Open University and youth camp in Baile Tusnad have become major events over the years, attracting even international headlines and sometimes controversy, for the challenging ideas he puts forward.

In that vein, the prime minister’s speech today and the Q & A that followed at this year’s 27th annual Bálványos event – in which he pointed to failures of the European Union brought on by a crisis of leadership, asserted that the departure of the UK from the European Union diminishes Europe to a mere regional power, and urged the building of a common, European military – certainly did not disappoint.

The West, Prime Minister Orbán began, faces troubles and peculiar challenges on a scale that it has not seen for a very long time.

Brexit, the migration crisis and the pressure it puts on Europe, the recent terror acts in European cities – even in Germany, which seemed to Hungarians like a safe haven – the phenomenon of a figure like Donald Trump becoming the Republican presidential nominee and reflections on his speeches, each of these issues could have filled an entire discourse, he said.

What connects all of these? the prime minister asked. What’s the common root of these issues?

The European dream and the American dream seemed to be built on one, common foundation: each generation felt that if they studied and worked hard, they would be better off than the preceding generations.

“This was as banal as two times two equals four,” he said. The youth of today, however, don’t enjoy such security. The economic dominance of the West seems to be fading compared to new challengers, China and India. At the root of today’s challenges in the western world, according to PM Orbán, we find an economic crisis. And when European and western decision-makers are unable to find solutions to this root issue, it has become a “crisis of the elites.”

“If a person is afraid, he will not undertake great things. If he’s afraid, he will be on the defensive,” and thus, great things cannot be achieved. This is why, the prime minister explained, the western world seems to be paralyzed.

Following the decision by British voters to leave the European Union, we see the European Union diminished, PM Orbán said. The European Union has become a mere regional power, and we see that it has little influence even over conflicts in its immediate neighborhood, like the conflict in Ukraine.

That means, the prime minister said, that European leaders must stop referring to the European Union in the same way they did 15 years ago. Instead, Europe must admit its mistakes. In PM Orbán’s words, those mistakes included increasing the power of the European Parliament, allowing the European Commission, an unelected body, to act as a political power and even to override the European Council, and allowing new, long-term policies to go forward without the unanimous agreement of the member states.

The result is a European Union that has become more disconnected from the people. As an example, PM Orbán pointed out that Hungary is the only country in the European Union where the voters will have a say on the European Commission’s compulsory migrant resettlement scheme in a public referendum to be held on October 2nd.

Turning to the United States, the prime minister mentioned the nomination speech of Donald Trump, in which he proposed developing the world’s best secret service, border protection and ending the “democracy export” policy of the west, in order to more effectively counter terrorism. This would be a wise approach for Europe, PM Orbán said, where Europe puts stability first, before forcing democracy on its neighbors. Otherwise, he said, “migration is going to kill us.”

When heads of states prepare to gather in Bratislava, Slovakia, in September, the European Union’s challenges will feature prominently on the agenda. The political leadership of the old elites will try to act as is everything was okay, he said, but Central and Eastern Europe’s leaders will propose change. That is, in PM Orbán’s words, because the “New Europe” is still living the European dream, where new generations, if they work hard, still have hope of achieving more than their parents.

In this regard, Hungary and Central Europe remain a point of certainty in an uncertain world.

    Q & A

Following his speech, Prime Minister Orbán responded to a number of questions in an open forum.

On NATO, Brexit and a common European military

NATO membership is a good and important thing, he said. It contributes to Hungary’s security and it’s protective umbrella, from the perspective of Central Europe’s security, is an existential question. At the same time, he noted, the fundamental position has changed, calling into question whether NATO in its current form is sufficient to guarantee the peace of the European continent.

The United Kingdom’s departure from the European Union significantly decreases the military power of the continent, he said, and we cannot remain from a military policy perspective in such an undefended position. A European military must be established, according to the prime minister, one which would be a genuinely common military force, with a joint command structure, operating with a common language and joint military assets.

National budgets should incorporate the military industry into economic policy. God forbid that they would have need to use it, but if Europe did this then, over the course of years, it could have a European military that could work without the Anglo-Saxons and the Russians, he said.

Migrants and the human traffickers are inundating Europe because they see that it’s weak, he said. An alliance cannot sustain itself without a common union military.

    On the Visegrád Four

On the Visegrád Four group, comprising the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary, Prime Minister Orbán called for a deepening of the cooperation but not in oppostion to the EU. “As long as the EU exists, we Central Europeans can better advance our interests from within than if we were to try to do the same from outside.”

He spoke up in favor of the Polish proposal to have common parliamentary sessions among the V4 and to work toward a common V4 military, one that is not the same as the European military.

On the US presidential election and immigration policy

One of the principal supporters of the pressure imposed on Hungary related to immigration is the United States, the prime minister said. The US does not encourage and support those who do not see immigration in a positive light and who do not see value in it. This is the position of US Democrats and, because the Democrats hold the presidency, that’s the official policy of the country.

It’s not inconsequential, therefore, who the future president will be and what he or she thinks about immigration.

It’s understandable that Americans, from their perspective, see immigration as a positive thing because that’s how the United States was built. “But they need to see,” he said, “that in this story, we are the Indians.”

    On the October 2 referendum

Those who do not go to vote in the referendum leave the decision to the others. The purpose of the referendum, he said, is to give the Hungarian government a “mandate as strong as an ox” as it prepares for the EU battles anticipated in the autumn.

    On Ukraine

While the Hungarian government continues to give considerable assistance to Subcarpathia, the prime minister at EU summits always asserts that, at a minimum, visa-free travel should be granted.

  19. Trump awakens the sleeping giant of America

The liberal media has got its knickers in a twist. In fact-checking Donald Trump’s moving appeal to ordinary Americans who have been burned by what he calls a “rigged system,” they’ve had to defend NAFTA, pretend that 2015 was a banner year for the creation of manufacturing jobs, and defend Bill Clinton’s corrupt business dealings with foreign tyrants and the favors his wife showered on them as Secretary of State.

Despite their valiant efforts, even a CBS morning news anchor, while presenting the speech derisively to viewers, had to admit that Mr. Trump’s statements were “mostly true.” Her only quibble: the 282 source notes released along with the speech “just didn’t provide much context.”

  20. Germans Debate Use of Force against Jihadists

A 17-year-old Afghan asylum seeker brandishing an axe and shouting “Allahu Akbar” (“Allah is the greatest”) seriously injured five people on a train in Würzburg, Bavaria. The assailant was shot dead by police after he charged at them with the axe.

The teenager, who had claimed asylum after arriving in Germany in June 2015 as an unaccompanied minor, had been placed with a foster family just two weeks before the attack as a reward for being “well integrated.”

Bavarian Interior Minister Joachim Herrmann said police had found a hand-painted Islamic State flag in his room at his foster home in the nearby town of Ochsenfurt. They also found a farewell letter to his father which read: “Now pray for me so that I can take revenge on these infidels. Pray for me that I can get to paradise.”

Shortly after the attack, the Islamic State released a video purporting to show an Afghan asylum seeker holding a knife and making threats against Germany:

“In the name of Allah, I am a soldier of the Caliphate and am launching a martyrdom operation in Germany.

“Here I am. I have lived among you, lived in your homes. I planned this in your own land. And I will slaughter you in your own homes and in the streets.

“I will make you forget about the spectacular attacks in France, if Allah permits.

“I will fight to the death, if Allah permits. I will slaughter you with this knife and sever your necks with an axe, if Allah permits.”

  21. Pair who tried to kidnap RAF Marham serviceman ‘part of larger gang’

wo men who tried to abduct an RAF serviceman at knife-point are likely to have been part of a bigger team, police have warned. The married serviceman was jogging near RAF Marham, Norfolk, on Wednesday when he was grabbed by a man who tried to drag him towards a nearby car.

He was wearing headphones and listening to music so did not hear what the attacker said, but knocked the man to the ground. An accomplice, carrying a knife, helped the attacker to his feet before they both fled.

The serviceman, who is in his late twenties, was said to have been left “very shaken by his ordeal”.

Police have appealed for witnesses to help find two “Middle Eastern” men, and said other people not seen by the victim may have been in the car.

Senior investigating officer Detective Superintendent Paul Durham encouraged anyone who thinks they may have seen the dark-coloured people carrier to come forward.

  22. the DAILY CALLER – Leaked Emails Show DNC Officials Planned Anti-Trump Protests

The release of Democratic National Committee emails by WikiLeaks Friday reveals that DNC officials planned anti-Donald Trump protests.

In multiple emails, DNC officials signed off and acknowledged the existence of two anti-Donald Trump protests in South Bend, IN and Billings, MT. The release of nearly 20,000 emails is the first in a WikiLeaks “Hillary Leaks” series.

On April 29, a DNC press staffer, Rachel Palermo, alerted Eric Walker, deputy communications director, about a Facebook page for an anti-Trump protest on May 2 in South Bend. “Whoo! Thanks to our interns for finding this out.” Walker replies, “I like it, as long as the students feel safe getting involved. I imagine this demo will be nicer than the one in San Fran today.”

That day in San Francisco protesters blocked off roads to an event Donald Trump was hosting. The Republican nominee ended up having to jump down from the highway and sneak around back to enter.

In another other email chain also on April 29, titled “Week-Ahead Notes & Assignments,” former DNC media booker Pablo Manriquez comments “this should be fun” in reference to the May protest.

University of Notre Dame, located in South Bend, is Manriquez’s alma mater. A DNC official wrote, “Pablo please reach out to any folks you think may be able to help.”

Another protest that’s directly mentioned in emails included one that occurred on May 26 in Billings, MT. The email is from May 20 and features notes on the “week ahead.”

Both the Indiana and Montana protests were non-violent. The South Bend protest had “some expletive laced chants,” and protesters carrying Mexican flags. The Montana one had “only a few” protesters.

Intern involvement with protests is mentioned twice in the leaked emails. DNC communications director Luis Miranda bemoaned photos of an empty anti-Trump protest in Washington, D.C. in one email chain.

Miranda said: “Going forward, when our allies screw up and don’t deliver bodies in time, we either send all our interns out there or we stay away from it.. we don’t want to own a bad picture.”

Miranda was notified of the protests in an email by another DNC email chain titled “Tv coverage of protest great.” The original email notified the DNC communications director of the Indiana protest and a DNC staffer wrote, “thanks to our interns for finding this out.”

DNC officials Brad Marshall, a chief financial officer, and Alan Reed, a compliance officer, also signed off on the use of Black Lives Matter organizer Deray Mckesson as a surrogate for Hillary Clinton.

Mckesson rose to prominence after being active in protests in Ferguson, MO and Baltimore, MD. He has yet to endorse a candidate and said protests are likely to happen at the upcoming Democratic Party convention.

Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s newly-announced running mate, Virginia Senator Tim Kaine, has a history of embracing Islamists. He appointed a Hamas supporter to a state immigration commission; spoke at a dinner honoring a Muslim Brotherhood terror suspect and received donations from well-known Islamist groups.

Appointing a Muslim Brotherhood Front Leader Who Supports Hamas

In 2007, Kaine was the Governor of Virginia and, of all people chose Muslim American Society (MAS) President Esam Omeish to the state’s Immigration Commission. A Muslim organization against Islamism criticized the appointment and reckless lack of vetting.

Federal prosecutors said in a 2008 court filing that MAS was “founded as the overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in America.” A Chicago Tribune investigation in 2004 confirmed this, as well as MAS’ crafty use of deceptive semantics to appear moderate. Convicted terrorist and admitted U.S. Muslim Brotherhood member Abdurrahman Alamoudi testified in 2012, “Everyone knows that MAS is the Muslim Brotherhood.”

Read our fully-documented profile of MAS here.

According to Omeish’s website, he was also president of the National Muslim Students Association (click there to read our profile about its Muslim Brotherhood origins) and served for two years on the national board of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), which the Justice Department also labeled as a U.S. Muslim Brotherhood entity and unindicted co-conspirator in a Hamas-financing trial.

Bulgarian Defence Minister Nikolai Nenchev, speaking in a television interview on July 24 2016, said that the intrusions by Russian aircraft were a provocation, the goal of which was not clear.

“Our fighters are ready to intercept them. It is very worrying, so we take preventative measures,” Nenchev said.

    • If NATO falls apart because of Turkey Putin will have a free hand in Eastern Europe. If you combined the total of all of the NATO military forces you wouldn’t have enough personal or equipment to prevent Russia from conquering any nation that it wants.

      • And let’s not forget the lack of military equipment in European countries, which relied on the much maligned US armed forces protection rather than maintaining equipment for their own armies.

They thought themselves morally superior for not spending whatever percentage of their GDP they had committed to NATO they would on their military.

It was not helpful for NATO secretary-general Jens Stoltenberg to suggest that the NATO summit due to take place in July 2016 was taking place at a time of “a more assertive Russia, intimidating its neighbors, and changing orders by force.” Without cynicism, it can be argued that NATO needs a bogeyman version of Russia as a major threat for a reason to survive as an organization.

So far everyone is concentrating on what this does to Hillary and her chances, they are forgetting that this will provide information on most if not all of the Dems running for re-election. The continued release of info may insure a President Trump and a Republican Congress to back him up. 33. Geopolitical Consequences of the Coup – Turkey’s ‘U-Turn Towards Russia’

One of the geopolitical consequences of the failed coup is that Turkey will ultimately turn its back on the EU and NATO and focus on the East, and Russia in particular; it will also adopt the Asian model of development, with a strong central presidency and a dominant single-party government, according to financial analysts.

    • The big question is: will the Turks seize control of the Nukes held on the US base as they kick out the Americans?

As in, does Erdogan think Obama is weak enough that he’d let Erdogan keep the nukes on some pretext (to save face) if Erdogan took them by force?

      • Obama will let him do this, the big question is how would Trump and Putin react if he does seize the nukes?

  34. For US, Losing Turkey to Russia is a ‘Major Geopolitical Setback’

Turkey’s increasingly warm relations with Russia spell trouble for the United States at a time when the already strained ties between Ankara and Washington have been further complicated following the unsuccessful attempt to overthrow President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, journalist and research analyst Salman Rafi Sheikh asserted.

    http://sputniknews.com/politics/20160723/1043514084/us-turkey-russia-relations.html

    • This is a logical result of Obama’s weakening of the US, Erdogan has taken control of Turkey and is seeking to become Caliph. For this to occur he has to find a patron who can keep the Iranians from moving into Turkey after they take Iraq. Right now the only choice is Russia, now he has to find nuclear weapons to off set the Iranian nukes that probably exist. The quickets way for him to get some is to seize those on the air base and turn his tech people lose to crack the safety codes.

Putin is juggling two bottles of nitroglycerin and any slip will blow up across the entire world not just in his face. Given this news I can see where it is to his advantage to get someone like Trump (someone will rebuild the US military and industrial infrastructure) .

Personally I think he will drop one of the bottles of nitro, probably sometime next year but he may manage to keep them in the air and unexploded.

But the Minister, Bernard Cazeneuve —— whose account of police deployments on the night of July 14 has already faced questions —— hit back at the “grave accusations” and said he would sue for defamation.

Sandra Bertin, who is in charge of Nice’s system of security cameras, told the Journal du Dimanche newspaper she had been “harassed for an hour” by Mr. Cazeneuve on the phone after he sent a commissioner to see her.

She said she had been told to detail the presence of the local police at the Bastille Day fireworks event and also to report “that the national police had also been deployed at two points”.

“The national police were perhaps there, but I couldn’t see them on the video,” Ms. Bertin told the newspaper.

“He ordered me to put in [the report] the specific positions of the national police which I had not seen on the screen,” she was quoted as saying.

In Sweden, a Muslim man is suing the state after he got dismissed from his job for not shaking hands with women, an action which is against his religious beliefs.

The Muslim man worked for Helsingborg municipality in southern Sweden. He refused to shake hands with his female coworkers and instead held his hand to his heart when greeting them. The man hasn’t been named.
Some of his colleagues complained to bosses and as a result the man was fired for, as his manager put it, “breaching the equality policy”.
“We are in favor of diversity. People can believe what they like, but that doesn’t mean that they can discriminate. We will stand up for values like equality,” Liberal Councilor Maria Winberg told the Local.

      • Thank you very much! Just finished watching it, is most excellent.

Wish it had the info on Saudi and other Muslim-based funding, but I expect that will be highlighted in ‘Hillary’s America’.

Anybody seen that yet and can give us teasers?
