  1. Twin Brothers Kill Mother In Saudi Arabia Because She Said They Couldn’t Join ISIS

Twenty-year-old twin brothers in Saudi Arabia allegedly murdered their mother for trying to prevent them from joining the Islamic State in Syria — a case of radical Islamic ideology swallowing up Saudi Arabia’s already extreme Wahhabism.

“The only thing (we have established) is that they (the twins) follow Takfiri ideology,” Saudi Interior Ministry spokesman General Mansour al-Turki told Reuters. Takfiri is a phrase indicating militant Islamism. “The case is still under investigation,” he said.

The brothers, Khaled and Saleh al-Oraini, are currently in custody. They reportedly stabbed their mother, father and 22-year-old brother in Riyadh. They tried to cross into Yemen following the stabbing, but were picked up and arrested by Saudi authorities.

The mother later died due to severe injuries.

  2. James Comey and the Road to Tyranny
Now it is up to the voters to decide if we are a nation of laws or men.

FBI Director James Comey has decided not to recommend that Hillary Clinton be indicted for violating security laws concerning the handling of classified information, among other offenses. By doing so he has compromised a fundamental principle of consensual government: that the laws apply equally to everybody, including those entrusted with the people’s power. Now it is up to voters come November to reaffirm that we are a nation of laws, not men.

Comey chose to do what I suggested on May 20 as a possible scenario: “There are any number of ways the Bureau could spin such a recommendation [not to indict] in a way to let Hillary off the hook: no proof of intent, evidence of carelessness but not criminality, or throwing some staffers and aides under the bus.” Comey in his announcement chose two out of three. He scolded Hillary for being “extremely careless,” but said there was no evidence of intent.

Both statements raise suspicions. First, the statute in question proscribes “gross negligence.” How is “extreme carelessness” different from “gross negligence”? Is there a firm legal distinction between these two? Black’s Law Dictionary defines “negligence” in law as “The omission to do something which a reasonable man, guided by those considerations which ordinarily regulate the conduct of human affairs, would do, or doing something which a prudent and reasonable man would not do.” Here is the definition for “carelessness”: “Negligence: failure to act with the prudence that a reasonable person would exercise under the same circumstances.” See any difference?

  3. Islamic State: “Virgin. Beautiful. 12 years old…. Her price has reached $12,500”

Revive should be in quotation marks because as a practical matter, slavery lingered on in some countries. And this sophisticated system that we see ISIS making use of resembles the Saudi slave system, which was only officially abolished in 1962, but which continues on in much the same way by preventing women from leaving the country and conducting the trade over social media.

The posting in Arabic is chilling. A girl for sale: “Virgin. Beautiful. 12 years old…. Her price has reached $12,500 and she will be sold soon.”

The advertisement, along with others for kittens, tactical gear and weapons, appeared on an encrypted Telegram app and was shared with The Associated Press by an activist with Iraq’s persecuted Yazidi community, which is trying to free an estimated 3,000 women and girls still held as sex slaves by IS extremists.

As the Islamic State group loses control of one city after another in its self-styled caliphate, it is tightening its grip on its captives, taking the Yazidis deeper into its territory and selling them as chattel on popular encrypted apps such as Telegram and WhatsApp, The Associated Press has found.

The extremists are targeting smugglers who rescue captives for assassination and are deploying a slave database with captives’ photos and owners’ names to prevent escape through checkpoints.

  4. Untrammeled Majoritarianism and the Venezuelan Disaster

The economic and humanitarian crisis in Venezuela is the predictable result of statism run amok.

And I will confess a bit of Schadenfreude has suffused my columns on the topic.

But we shouldn’t laugh at the collapse of statism. Real people are suffering. And even if a painful collapse is necessary to create the conditions for a rebirth of freedom in Venezuela, the widespread misery that now exists is still tragic.

So let’s set aside sarcasm and try to draw a very important lesson from the crisis.

Moisés Naim of the Carnegie Endowment and Francisco Toro of the Caracas Chronicles have a column in the Washington Post about Venezuela’s collapse under Chávez and Maduro. They point out that ordinary people are the main victims of the nation’s statism.

  5. Chinese newspaper threatens ‘military confrontation’ with US in South China Sea

    5 July 2016 • 11:04pm

China and the Philippines attempted to allay fears of a war in the South China Sea on Tuesday after a newspaper with close ties to Beijing’s Communist rulers said the country should prepare for “military confrontation”.

The provocative editorial in the Global Times, a fiercely nationalistic newspaper, came as the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague prepared to rule on a case brought by the Philippines contesting Beijing’s claim to large areas of the South China Sea.

Tensions are rising in advance of the decision, with China beginning a naval exercise near the Paracel Islands, the chain that is nearest to China’s southern coast.

The manoeuvres will conclude on Monday, the day before the Permanent Court of Arbitration is expected to issue its ruling.

The Global Times noted how America has sent two aircraft carriers to the western Pacific as it “awaits China’s obedience”. The newspaper accused the US of “taking advantage” of the tension between China and its Asian neighbours to “deploy more military forces” that pose a “direct threat to China’s national security”.

  6. Al Qaradawi blasted for praising suicide attacks (gulfnews, July 6, 2016)
    http://gulfnews.com/news/uae/government/al-qaradawi-blasted-for-praising-suicide-attacks-1.1858471

“Dubai Social media in the Arab world was abuzz yesterday with footages and YouTube clips posted by thousands of users showing a senior Muslim Brotherhood leader praising suicide bombings as a means to “intimidate the enemy”.

Yousuf Al Qaradawi, a cleric based in Qatar and considered by many as one of the banned Muslim Brotherhood group’s spiritual leaders, is known for radical views that include condoning suicide bombing.

In the wake of suicide attacks in Baghdad and Madinah this week, Shaikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, wrote on Twitter that the Muslim cleric who encourages such crimes should be held accountable. He mentioned Al Qaradawi as one of those clerics who condones suicide attacks. Al Qaradawi responded on his Twitter account claiming that he never encouraged suicide attacks. He also said he condemned the attacks in Iraq and Saudi Arabia.

Soon after, the social media networks erupted with thousands of posts, under the hashtag #AlQardawiisawarcriminal, calling the cleric “a liar” and showing videos in which he praised suicide attacks as a mean to intimidate the enemy and “support the Mujahedeen”. In videos from his Friday sermons and a TV show he hosts for the Qatari news channel Al Jazeera, Al Qaradawi also called for Muslim fighter to “surrender themselves to [a militant] group they belong to and that group would decide where, when and how the suicide attack should be carried out”.”

  9. ISIS Sends Death Threats to Moroccan Sheikhs (moroccoworldnews, July 6, 2016)
    http://www.moroccoworldnews.com/2016/07/190868/isis-sends-death-threats-to-moroccan-sheikhs/

“Rabat – In a recent statement by Al Battar, ISIS sends death threats to four Salafist sheikhs from Morocco, claiming that they “glorify and compete” to reject the political and religious ideas of Islam.

Al Battar, named for the sword of the prophet, is the unofficial media wing of ISIS, and much of what it produces is propaganda in favor of the Islamic State. It is one of several media companies that supports ISIS, also including Caliphate News, Inspire, Al-Furqan Media, Al-Ghuraba Media, Al-Hayat Media, Al-Ibaa Media, and many more.

The Sheikhs threatened include Abdelwahab Rafiki, Omar Haddouchi, Mohamed Fizazi, and Abdelkrim Chadli. They are all conservative, non-violent Islamists. ISIS criticizes them and Moroccan Islam as “inauthentic” and ineffective in Islamizing Morocco…”

  14. Swedish PM promises to tackle segregation (thelocal, July 6, 2016)
    http://www.thelocal.se/20160706/swedish-pm-promises-to-tackle-segregation

“Swedish Prime Minister Stefan Löfven has announced a new government programme designed to combat segregation in Sweden.

In his Tuesday speech at the annual Almedalen politics meet-up on Gotland, the Swedish PM warned that the country may be fractured if segregation is not tackled.

“There must be an end to the shootings, car burnings and drug trade,” he said.

“Religious extremist should not be able to gain power in the public sphere and decide where women can be, and how they dress.”

Löfven presented the ten-point government scheme before his speech. Running until 2025, it will receive 250 million kronor ($29.2 million) of government funding.

Among the points promised were a review of the punishments for attacks against police, as well as handing Sweden’s employment agency Arbetsförmedlingen the mission of increasing employment among foreign-born women.

Tens of millions of kronor per year will go to school initiatives in disadvantaged areas, while 14 million kronor ($1.6 million) will be directed towards supporting sports leaders.

Swedish police have identified 53 vulnerable residential areas, of which 15 are considered particularly vulnerable. The latter are characterized by parallel social structures, violent religious extremism, and a difficulty for police attempting to carry out their duties there.

The Prime Minister rejected suggestions that the programme would mostly consist of surveys and studies, saying that was “not a correct description” of the project…”

“A recent amendment to asylum laws in Sweden has resulted in a number of asylum seekers living homeless after access to assistance was cut off, Sveriges Radio reports.

Since June 1st, people who have received a final rejection on their asylum application in Sweden are no longer entitled to accommodation or a daily allowance from the Swedish migration authority, Migrationsverket.

New figures cited by Sveriges Radio show that in just over a month, 2400 people have lost their access to daily allowances, and 1700 have left Migrationsverket accommodation.

Those that have had their final asylum application rejected by Migrationsverket are told to leave the country, but Sveriges Radio reports that many opt to remain, and instead live homeless in Sweden…”

  16. French plan to keep extremist inmates together in doubt (thelocal, July 6, 2016)
    http://www.thelocal.fr/20160706/france-criticised-for-grouping-radicalized-inmates-together

“How should France deal with its scores of radicalized prisoners? A new report has criticized the scheme of housing them together separate from other prisoners.

France, like other countries, is still trying to find a solution for what to do with its growing number of prisoners who are considered dangerous Islamist extremists.

After the Charlie Hebdo and Jewish Kosher store terror attacks of January 2015, carried out by individuals who were found to have been radicalised in prison, France thought it had the answer.

“We separate these inmates from the rest,” PM Manuel Valls said in the aftermath of the attacks.

“It must become a general measure but it must be done with discernment and intelligence,” the PM added.

A pilot scheme was set up in Fresnes prison that saw inmates housed in their own cells and in their own wing. The scheme was quickly mirrored at several other prisons.

The idea was to prevent already radicalised individuals from preying on more vulnerable prisoners and converting them to the cause.

But a critical report on Wednesday suggested this option was not the best solution.

The report by France’s chief prison inspector Adeline Hazan found that France’s justice system is facing a phenomenon “which it had no measure of the nature or extent of”.

Her report stresses that grouping Islamist extremist prisoners together continues to worry counter-terrorist judges because of the harmful impacts which include “allowing solidarity to build between prisoners, networks to be reconstructed and allow the more influential inmates to put pressure on the most vulnerable.”

The report adds that the method “has failed to demonstrate that it has a beneficial impact on the rest of the prison population”.

France simply does not have the structures in place to meet the scale of the problem of radicalised individuals, it says…”

  17. Beware of these medical conditions in Eid (saudigazette, July 7, 2016)
    http://saudigazette.com.sa/saudi-arabia/beware-medical-conditions-eid/

“TABUK — Human bodies are highly prone to three medical conditions in Eid as a result of eating too much sweets, nuts and meat, said Dr. Ruwaida Idrees, nutritionist and dietitian, Al-Watan daily reported.

High blood sugar levels, high triglycerides and high cholesterol might affect people who suffer from diabetes and other chronic conditions. All these can have a big toll on the function of kidneys.

The optimal way to eat in Eid is to have a light meal of dates and milk around Al-Fajr time to keep the stomach full for some time until breakfast. It is important to avoid consumption of too much coffee and other stimulants including soft drinks.

One of the best breakfast options is eggs, cheese and slices of tomatoes as well as cucumbers. Fruit is healthy after breakfast.

“People in Eid tend to skip lunch and indulge themselves over dinner.
Eating too much food over one meal is not healthy. It is better to have green salad with some red beans and corn before dinner and add lemon and olive oil to salad. One can also have fresh fruit with a small amount of nuts before dinner,” she explained.

She urged the public to drink large amounts of water every day to help their body flush out unnecessary electrolytes that are formed after eating large amounts of chocolate and meat.”

  18. Feminist Swedish Politicians Defends Migrant Rapists, ‘Worse’ When Western Men Do It

A feminist politician in Swedish has defended migrant rapists by arguing that when rape is committed by Swedish men it is “worse” because of cultural differences.

“The Swedish men who rape do it despite the growing gender equality. They make an active choice. It’s worse…” Tweeted Barbro Sörman of the socialist and feminist Left Party.

Mrs. Sörman, who represents a district of the capital Stockholm, was responding to what she claimed was too much media focus on the fact that the majority of rapes in Sweden are committed by immigrants.

Her deflationary argument is a good example of the cultural and moral relativism that is prominent on the left, and explicitly argued for by many postmodern academics.

If the Swedish man makes an “active choice” to rape, the implication is that the migrant rapist has little choice because of the misogynistic, violent culture he is from. His crime is not “worse” as it is excused by his culture, and there is no moral equivalence with the Western rapist.

  19. Obama Whistleblower: Terror-Linked Muslim Groups Helping Set Policy, Costing Lives (breitbart, July 6, 2016)
    http://www.breitbart.com/national-security/2016/07/06/willful-blindness/

“Last week I testified before the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Oversight, Agency Action, Federal Rights and Federal Courts at a hearing entitled, “Willful Blindness: Consequences of Agency Efforts To Deemphasize Radical Islam in Combating Terrorism.”
I am a recently retired Customs & Border Protection (CBP) agent. I was named a Founding Member of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) at its inception on March 01, 2003. During my 12 years serving inside DHS under two administrations, I witnessed a series of events which ultimately prompted me to become a whistleblower, releasing critical documents to Members of Congress as I felt necessary to comply with my oath to the Constitution.

First, in January of 2008, I received what is now known as the “Words Matter Memo,” which was circulated internally by the Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL) division of DHS. The full title of the document was “Terminology to Define the Terrorists: Recommendations from American Muslims,” and it read in part:

[T]he experts counseled caution in using terms such as, “jihadist,” “Islamic terrorist,” “Islamist,” and “holy warrior” as grandiose descriptions.

Collapsing all terrorist organizations into a single enemy feeds the narrative that al-Qaeda represents Muslims worldwide.

We should not concede the terrorists’ claim that they are legitimate adherents of Islam. Therefore, when using the word [Islamic], it may be strategic to emphasize that many so-called “Islamic” terrorist groups twist and exploit the tenets of Islam to justify violence and to serve their own selfish political aims.

Regarding jihad, even if it is accurate to reference the term (putting aside polemics on its true nature), it may not be strategic because it glamorizes terrorism, imbues terrorists with religious authority they do not have, and damages relations with Muslims around the globe.

I submitted a seven-point response listing serious substantive concerns about this memo, but received no response.

On November 24, 2008, a decision came down in the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) trial, the largest terror financing case in American history. During that trial, the federal government had established that a number of organizations were appropriately named as unindicted co-conspirators along with HLF, including the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), and the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT).

Specifically, the judge ruled that federal prosecutors had “produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR, ISNA and NAIT with HLF… and with Hamas.” In addition, the judge ruled that that these organizations had direct links to the Muslim Brotherhood, one of the oldest and largest Islamic fundamentalist organizations in the world, founded in 1928 in Egypt to reestablish the Caliphate, whose motto includes “Jihad is our way, and death in the service of Allah is the loftiest of our wishes.”

I made note of the decision, and explored links between these groups and potential extremist and terrorist activity. But on October 15, 2009, I was ordered by DHS to ‘modify’ linking information in about 820 subject records in the Treasury Enforcement Communications System, or “TECS records” to remove ‘unauthorized references to terrorism.’ I was further ordered not to input any more Memoranda of Information Received, or MOIRs, to create no more TECS records, and to do no further research on the topics I was exploring.

On November 5, 2009, at Ft. Hood, Texas, Nidal Hasan shot and killed 13 people, including one who was pregnant, and wounded 32 others, while calling out “Allahu akbar!” meaning “God is great” in Arabic.

Hassan was a U.S. Army major who had exchanged emails with leading al Qaeda figure Anwar Awlaki – which the FBI had seen and decided not to take action – in which he asked whether those attacking fellow U.S. soldiers were martyrs. He had also given a presentation to Army doctors discussing Islam and suicide bombers during which he argued Muslims should be allowed to leave the armed forces as conscientious objectors to avoid “adverse events.” The Pentagon refused for five years to grant victims Purple Hearts, designating the attack “workplace violence.”

On January 27-28, 2010 an ‘Inaugural Meeting’ occurred between American Muslim leaders and DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano, hosted by DHS CRCL. The Inaugural Meeting created controversy because it included a number of Islamic fundamentalist individuals and organizations.

For instance, the meeting included at least one organization that was named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the 2008 HLF Trial and established to have associations with the now-shuttered HLF and with Hamas, namely ISNA. According to the Investigative Project on Terrorism (IPT), the group’s representative who attended the meeting, Ingrid Mattson, has “an established pattern of minimizing the nature of extremist forms of Islam and rationalizing the actions of Islamist terrorist movements.” Another invited group, the Muslim American Society (MAS), was actually formed as the United States chapter of the Muslim Brotherhood in 1993.

Likewise, in the Spring of 2010, the Administration convened the Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) Working Group under the authority of the Homeland Security Advisory Council (HSAC), again raising questions because of those named to it.

They included Omar Alomari, who once wrote that jihad was “the benign pursuit of personal betterment. It may be applied to physical conflict for Muslims, but only in the arena of Muslims defending themselves when attacked or when attempting to overthrow oppression and occupation,” asserting further that “”Jihad as a holy war is a European invention, spread in the West”; Mohamed Elibiary, who has asserted that it was “inevitable that [the] ‘Caliphate’ returns” and ultimately was let go from the HSAC amid charges he misused classified documents; and Dahlia Mogahed, who has decried “lethal cocktail of liberty and capitalism” and holds that “Islamic terrorism’ is really a contradiction in terms” to mainstream Muslims “because terrorism is not Islamic by definition.”

So by the Spring of 2010, we had come to the point that a CBP Officer was literally removing information connecting the dots on individuals with ties to known terror-linked groups from TECS, while the Administration was bringing the same individuals into positions of influence, to help create and implement our counter-terror policy, in the context of actual terror attacks taking place.

On August 30, 2011, the DHS Chief Council approved a project I initiated looking into Islamic fundamentalist group Tablighi Jamaat (TJ). On November 15, 2011, I began a temporary duty assignment at the National Targeting Center (NTC). A short time later, I was assigned to the Advanced Targeting Team, where I worked exclusively on the TJ Project, which was quickly upgraded to a global-level case.

On March 15, 2012, seven lawyers and three senior executive service (SES) administrators met with management personnel at the NTC to express concern for our focus on TJ, because it is not a designated terrorist group, and therefore the project might be “discriminating” against its members because they are Muslim. On June-July, 2012, the TJ Initiative was ‘taken in another direction,’ (i.e. shut down). The Administration took this action despite the fact that [1] in nine months, we had conducted 1,200 law enforcement actions, [2] I was formally commended for finding 300 individuals with possible connections to terrorism, and [3] 25% of the individuals in Guantanamo Bay had known links to Tablighi Jamaat.

On August 22, 2012, The Institute of Islamic Education (IIE) case that today links both the Darul Uloom Al-Islamiya mosque attended by Syed Rizwan Farook and Tashfeen Malik, the San Bernardino shooters, and the Fort Pierce mosque attended by Omar Mateen, the Orlando shooter, was entered into TECS. But once again, on September 21, 2012, all 67 records in the IIE case were completely deleted (not just ‘modified’) from TECS.

On September 21, 2014, I was relieved of my service weapon, all access to TECS and other programs was suspended, my Secret Clearance was revoked, and I was sequestered for the last 11 months of my career with no assigned duties.

On December 2, 2015, the San Bernardino shootings occurred, and I immediately linked the mosque in San Bernardino to the IIE case (with the 67 deleted records), and to the Tablighi Jamaat case (which was shut down).

On June 09, 2016, the Homeland Security Advisory Council Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) Subcommittee issued an Interim Report and Recommendations. The report recommended in part using American English instead of religious, legal and cultural terms like “jihad,” “sharia,” “takfir” or “umma.”

On June 12, 2016, the shootings in Orlando occurred, and I linked Omar Mateen’s mosque in Fort Pierce, FL to the IIE & TJ case. And on June 19, 2016, Attorney General Loretta Lynch announced that her Department of Justice would release redacted 9-11 call transcripts for Mr. Mateen.

The threat of Islamic terrorism does not just come from a network of armed organizations such as Hamas and ISIS, who are operating ‘over there’ in the Middle East. In fact, branches of the same global network have been established here in America, and they are operating in plain sight, at least to those of us who have been charged with the duty of protecting our country from threats, both foreign and domestic.

The threat we face today, which continues growing despite the willful blindness of those who insist on pretending otherwise, is not “violent extremism,” “terrorism,” or even “Jihad” alone, but rather, the historical and universally recognized Islamic strategic goal of implementing Shariah law everywhere in the world, so that no other form of government (including the U.S. Constitution) is able to oppose its influence over the lives of those who must either submit to its authority, become second-class citizens, or perish.

Ignoring that reality has arguably cost at least the lives of those in Ft. Hood, San Bernardino and Orlando, and will cost many, many more if it is allowed to continue.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch made official late Wednesday what was widely expected: The Justice Department will not press charges against Hillary Clinton or anyone else as part of its investigation into Clinton’s use of private email servers while secretary of State.

The announcement comes the day after FBI Director James Comey said that, while Clinton and State Department employees had been “extremely careless” in handling classified materials, there was no basis for a criminal case.

Lynch had previously said she would accept the recommendation of the FBI and prosecutors in the case and she reiterated that in a brief Wednesday statement.

“Late this afternoon, I met with FBI Director James Comey and career prosecutors and agents who conducted the investigation of Secretary Hillary Clinton’s use of a personal email system during her time as Secretary of State,” she said. “I received and accepted their unanimous recommendation that the thorough, year-long investigation be closed and that no charges be brought against any individuals within the scope of the investigation.”

The attorney general sparked controversy last week after it was revealed that she’d met briefly with Clinton’s husband, former president Bill Clinton, when the two crossed paths while traveling at the Phoenix airport. Although she maintained they hadn’t discussed the case and had mainly talked about personal matters, she said on Friday that she “certainly wouldn’t do this again” and made clear she would accept whatever decision Comey and the team conducting the investigation arrived at.

While Lynch’s announcement brings to a close the legal battle over Clinton’s use of a private email system during her tenure as secretary of State, the political battle will undoubtedly continue throughout the presidential campaign.

On Thursday, Comey is set to testify before the House Oversight Committee on what Committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, called the “surprising and confusing” recommendation by the FBI not to press charges.

Lynch is scheduled to appear before the House Judiciary Committee on Tuesday.

    • UK London – ILFORD -July 3 2016 –

»»» This so-called Sunni islam is the ideological source of terrorism in this world today «««

The annual London Jaloos (procession) for the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), the successor of the Islamic Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family), took place on Sunday 3rd July 2016. Fadak TV 2 were invited by the organisers to deliver an English speech in the presence of hundreds of attendees, as well as the British public.

Sheikh Islam Mohammed, from Fadak TV 2, enjoined good and forbade evil, and exposed the fact “Islamist” terrorism in our day and age is a result of the revered historical figures, books, and teachings of “Sunni” Islam – and how Shia Muslims are innocent from such barbarism in the name of Islam. He also mentioned the words of the purified Ahlul-Bayt (upon whom be peace) that order their Shia to expose the two founding fathers of terrorism, Abu Bakr and Umar (may the curse of Allah be upon them both).

Yet ironically, it was mostly the Bakriyya (i.e. the followers of Abu Bakr, known as “Sunni” Muslims) themselves who engaged in healthy discussions with the Fadak English team, led by Sheikh Hassan Al-Garaawi and Sheikh Islam Mohammed. Although, there were threats directed to us from some of the mukhalifeen (opposers) present on that day.

However, greater in number than the angered “Sunnis” was some so-called “Shia” attendees, who refused to participate in a civilised dialogue with us, and remained adamant to hide the truths of the Ahlul-Bayt from our Bakri brothers.

After the police and British public quickly came to know that we were the absolute opposite of what they suspected, they knew that it was the other side calling for violence, and not us.

  23. HEAVY dot COM ISIS Releases New Video Explaining ‘the Structure of the Caliphate’

In a new English video purportedly released by the Islamic State via al-Furqan Media, ISIS explains in graphs and images the order and structure behind their so-called “khilafah,” or caliphate. The video explains the group’s structure with its committees and provinces (aka “wilayats).

In the nearly 15-minute video which begins with audio from an early speech delivered by “caliph” Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, ISIS states that its “caliphate” is “a structure that has become more manifest than the sun in the middle of the sky.”

It states that Muslims had been lost in the previous century, and that because of that they had allowed their lands to be “usurped.” It then goes into explaining who administrates ISIS-occupied zones, wilayats. The administrators are known as “wali,” but refers serious matters to a designated committee.

ISIS claims that it currently has 35 wilayats, of which nineteen are located in the Levant and the others are located “distantly.”

To learn more about ISIS’ plans to govern their occupied zones, watch the video above.
