The State prosecutor has become active against Heidi Mund – the accusation is incitement

Against Heidi Mund who became famous as a radical Christian, the State prosecutor has decided to take action for incitement. She was reported to have committed these acts with her “Prayer proposals” on the Day of German Unity.

Since Heidi Mund shifted her political agitation from the street to the Internet, barely a day goes by without a message to her followers. The former front woman of the “Freien Bürger” (free citizens) and “Pegida Rhein Main” has set up another mailing list – “Save Europe” – which has explicitly set itself the goal of saving Germany from Islam.

On the Day of German Unity, Mund had called for a human chain around Germany “as a spiritual wall”, … and with the “authority of God” to resist the “forces of darkness”.

“Praying hand in hand for our country” calls the radical Christian her appeal for an act of resistance, which took place on 3 and 4 October with moderate involvement – and on 4 October a private complaint followed against Heidi Mund. Her “suggestions for prayer” met the requirements for incitement states the complaint.

In it she calls to prayer and calls amongst other things for:

“We pray FOR the genuine refugees that they get renewed hope for their lives that our LORD comforts them … against the mass immigration of 90% of young Muslim men who should build up their own home countries and not rape our girls and women here; that with the Word of God – the Bible – they be sent back to their home countries where they belong. … Against the diseases and epidemics the immigrants have brought with them … . We ask God … the Angel that He places on the borders of Germany and the other European countries.”

As the press office of the Criminal Investigation Department explained upon request, the Frankfurt prosecutor’s office has taken up the matter for legal analysis. However it will not make any details known at this time.

Heidi is most famous for her Martin Luther like disruption of a muslim prayer service in a German Cathedral as part of the ‘interfaith’ islamic conquest programs occurring all around the world. CBN has a good video on that event and her motives and the history of the cathedral here.

  1. Look like the German government is taking their gloves off and showing the world how to oppress their citizens, we can expect more European nations to start prosecutions like this one.

“Sana Ahmed-Khan was among the ‘Class of 2013’ who graduated from the University of Greenwich. She was going to be a teacher, she announced, and few doubted that she would achieve her ambition.

Sana, 24, was not only bright (she got a 2:1 degree in English Literature) but she had a nice way about her. Everyone said so: relatives, family friends and neighbours.

She was the third of the ‘Khan girls’ to go to university and was a credit to her parents. Or so it seemed. Their mother, a magistrate and charity leader, was well known in their home town of Reading, Berkshire.

The Khan residence, a £500,000 detached house with yucca and fuchsia plants outside the front door and two Mercedes cars on the drive, is at the end of a cul-de-sac in the leafy suburbs, where Sana was still living with her teenage sister and one of her older sisters.

It was here, back in May, that this story really begins, or at least came to public attention, after neighbours awoke to find two police cars outside the Khan house. ‘We thought something might have happened to them,’ said one. ‘We thought maybe they’d been burgled.’

They would soon discover that a quite different — and chilling — chain of events was unfolding in this affluent enclave. Those events reached their denouement at the Old Bailey this week when Sana Ahmed-Khan was given life with a minimum of 25 years in prison for planning — with husband Mohammed Rehman — a terrorist outrage in London to mark the tenth anniversary of the 7/7 atrocities.

Until their plot to blow up Westfield shopping centre or part of the London Underground was uncovered shortly before they were arrested seven months ago, neither his family or hers knew they had recently married at an Islamic ceremony in Reading….”

  3. Islamophobic hate crimes in London have nearly doubled in the last two years as Muslims say they are ‘very conscious of keeping your head down’ (dailymail, Jan 2, 2016)
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3358535/Islamophobic-hate-crimes-London-nearly-doubled-two-years-Muslims-say-conscious-keeping-head-down.html

“Hate crimes against Muslims in London have nearly doubled in the last two years.
There was also a record 146 attacks on Muslims last month, with 122 in the fortnight after the Paris terror attacks.

There is a greater sense of fear among the Islamic community, say campaigners, with Muslim women in particular revealing they are concerned for their safety and ‘very conscious of keeping your head down’.

Figures from the Metropolitan Police, obtained through a Freedom of Information request, showed there had been 557 Islamophobic hate crimes in 2013; 624 in 2014; and up to November 24 this year, 878.

Incidents may involve a physical attack, damage to property, bullying, harassment, verbal abuse, insults or hate mail.

The most recent population census found there were 1,012,823 Muslims living in the capital.
Fiyaz Mughal, director of the measuring anti-Muslim attacks group (MAMA), told MailOnline: ‘The number of crimes are rising given the frequency of issues that are buffeting and affecting Muslim communities.

‘Since 2013, we have had the murder of Lee Rigby and the huge rise in anti-Muslim hate incidents after that, the Rotherham grooming scandals the far-right used to whip up anti-Muslim hate, Charlie Hebdo, Paris, the rise of the so-called Islamic State and fear of terrorism, as well as the Syrian refugee crisis that have all impacted on wider perceptions.

‘In all of these incidents, the underlying issue has been one of negative images about Muslims and Muslim communities.

‘Victims are telling us that the language of anti-Muslim hate is becoming more aggressive and that visible Muslim women are feeling a greater sense of fear and negative looks at a street level.’..”

    • I wouldn’t believe any claims from MAMA. They have been proven to inflate their numbers on more than one occasion.
Jews are by far the number one recipients of hate crime in
      Europe and the UK,

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3381520/Stop-appeasing-Islamic-extremists-demands-Cameron-calls-country-loyal-British-values.html

“David Cameron yesterday pledged to end the appeasement of Islamist extremism, and demanded that everyone in Britain show ‘loyalty’ to this country and its values.

In a stark warning, he said 2016 will be a ‘test of our mettle’ in the battle against radicals with a ‘seething hatred’ of this country and the West.

Issuing an uncompromising New Year message, the Prime Minister said anyone who walks the streets of Britain must subscribe to its values, including freedom and tolerance.

The UK and its people should ‘revel’ in their way of life, he said, as he promised to ‘come down hard’ on radicals.

Mr Cameron’s words reflect his determination to confront what he calls the ‘poisonous ideology’ that has turned young Muslims against their country.

There is huge concern in government, the police and the security services about the radicalisation of young Britons online by Islamic State militants…”

“The rival Taliban groups, led by Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansour and Mullah Mohammad Rasool have agreed on ceasefire and exchange of prisoners.

Two senior Taliban have told Reuters news agency that representatives of a splinter group headed by Mullah Mohammad Rasool Akhund calling itself the ulema, which rejects Mansour’s authority, travelled to an undisclosed location to meet the exiled insurgency leadership headed by Mansour on Friday.

“We agreed on ceasefire and prisoners’ swap, but the ulema were not given access to Mansour,” Mullah Abdul Manan Niazi, Rasool’s deputy, told Reuters by telephone.

According to Reuters, Niazi said the delegation was only able to meet Mansour’s deputy, Haibatullah Akhund, who told the representatives that from now on, Mullah Mansour would not meet people because of security issues.

Niazi believes that Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Manour is dead that is why the delegation was not able to meet him.

“Like many other people, we also believe that Mullah Mansour is dead and that’s why his deputy ?Sheikh Haibatullah refused access to the ulema council to him,” Niazi told Reuters…”

“At least four bombers were killed after they were blown up by own explosives in western Herat province of Afghanistan, it has been reported.

The Ministry of Interior (MoI) said the four bombers were looking to carry out a coordinated attack using a truck packed with explosives in Herat province.

A statement by MoI said the terrorists were on their way towards Shindand province to execute the attack when the truck packed with explosives went off in Zer-e-Koh area.

The statement further added that the explosion did not incur any casualties to the civilians or members of the security forces and only four terrorists were killed.

No group including the Taliban militants has so far claimed responsibility behind the incident.
Herat is among the relatively volatile provinces in western Afghanistan where anti-government armed militants are actively operating in a number of its remote districts.

This comes as the insurgency activities by the anti-government armed militant groups have been rampant during the recent months across the country including capital Kabul…”

“A group of computer hackers has claimed responsibility for a cyber attack on the BBC. “New World Hacking” said it had intended the hack to be as a test of its own capabilities, preparing to target IS next week.yber attackers belonging to “New World Hacking” claimed it was behind a major disruption at the BBC for several hours on New Year’s Eve.

The BBC’s online services, including its news website and iPlayer online TV platform, were taken down two days ago in a large web attack, which the group said was part of a test.

“New World Hacking” maintained the exercise was in part of its preparations to target the self-styled “Islamic State” group (IS).

“It was only a test, we didn’t exactly plan to take it down for multiple hours,” the group said in a message sent to the BBC’s technology correspondent, Rory Cellan-Jones, which he posted on Twitter.

“We realise sometimes what we do is not always the right choice, but without cyber hackers… who is there to fight off online terrorists?”…”

  9. European court requests Turkish gov’t defense over Cizre curfew until Jan. 8 (todayszaman, Jan 2, 2016)
    http://www.todayszaman.com/national_european-court-requests-turkish-govt-defense-over-cizre-curfew-until-jan-8_408584.html

“European Court of Human Rights has asked Turkey to submit a defense statement over the ongoing curfew in the southeastern district of Cizre until Jan. 8, the private Do?an news agency reported on Friday.

The request was recently sent to the Justice Ministry’s General Directorate of International Law and Foreign Relations by the court, Do?an said. Lawyer Muhammed Ne?et Girasun from the Diyarbak?r Bar Association and lawyer Erkan ?enses filed a preliminary application at the European court on Dec. 29 and asked the court to urge Turkish authorities to remove a curfew that was imposed in Cizre on Dec. 14 and either to stop police operations in the district or carry out them in line with internationals standards.

Evaluating the application, the court asked the Turkish government to submit its defense statement on the curfew and also called on the applicants to file their ultimate application until Dec. 21.

According to Do?an, the court asked Turkey to answer three questions in its defense. One of the questions was on the legal ground for the curfew. The second question was on whether the Turkish government provides locals with fundamental needs and sufficient health services during the curfew while the last question was on whether those who want to leave their homes are securely evacuated.

Speaking to Do?an, lawyer Girasun said Turkey is obliged to submit its defense until Jan. 8, stressing that the fact that the European court asked a defense statement from Turkey shows that the court attached importance to their application.

“Since Turkey is a member of the European Council, it has to implement a possible decision by the court to call on Turkey to lift the curfew.

Cizre, a district in the southeastern province of ??rnak, has been under curfew since Dec. 14 as a large-scale anti-PKK operation is under way across the district.

Civilian deaths have been reported in the district since Dec. 14, with the latest being the shooting deaths of 3-month-old Miray ?nce and her grandfather, Ramazan ?nce, in Cizre last week. A 5-year-old boy, Hüseyin Selçuk, and 57-year-old Taybet ?nan were also shot to death in two separate incidents last week in the district.

Many residents in Cizre have left the district in groups by waving white flags, as they flee to escape the constant clashes and explosions. Every day, locals suffering from the effects of a lack of water and food due to the curfew go to seek shelter in relatives’ houses in other districts or cities.

There have been repeated clashes between security forces and PKK members since a cease-fire between the government and the PKK’s jailed leader, Abdullah Öcalan, collapsed in July of last year. Since the settlement process launched by the Justice and Development Party (AK Party) government in 2012 with the PKK to end the country’s long-standing Kurdish problem ended in July, nearly 200,000 locals in the Southeast have been forced to leave their homes due to fighting and curfews.

Human Rights Watch (HRW) released a report on Dec. 22, 2015 to draw public attention to civilian deaths in Turkey’s Southeast since July. According to the report, more than 100 civilians have been killed and many more have been injured in the region since July.”

  11. Egypt court acquits writer charged for publishing ‘sexually explicit text’ (ahram, Jan 2, 2016)
    http://english.ahram.org.eg/NewsContent/1/64/179930/Egypt/Politics-/Egypt-court-acquits-writer-charged-for-publishing-.aspx

“A Cairo misdemeanor court acquitted on Saturday writer Ahmed Nagy for charges of “violating general morals and encouraging indecent sexual behavior.”

In August 2014, the state owned literary journal Akhbar Al-Adab, which is published by Akhbar Al-Youm, ran a chapter from a novel named The Usage of Life, written by journalist Nagy.

The full novel was released by Tanweer publishing house in Cairo in 2015.

The prosecution charged Nagy with writing material “to spew sexual lust and transient pleasures, using his pen to express wicked intents, thus violating societal norms of decency and inciting promiscuity.”

The journal’s editor-in-chief, Tarek El-Taher, was also acquitted after being charged with failing to review published content.

Naji’s trial started on 14 Nov 2014 after a complaint was issued to the police by Hani Saleh Tawfik, a citizen who claimed that Naji published a “sexually flagrant article” in a state-owned newspaper, which had caused him to “experience heart palpitations and an extreme feeling of sickness along with a sharp drop in blood pressure” due to the “indecency” of the text.

Egyptian prosecution referred Naji and El-Taher to criminal court and the case was postponed twice before they were cleared of all charges today.

The case caused an outcry among intellectuals who considered referring Naji and El-Taher to the court for publishing a chapter of a novel a dangerous violation of freedom of expression.

The prosecution memo to the court said the writer published a “flagrant erotic article in which the charged writer published a text that spewed sexual lust and transient pleasures, using his mind and pen to violate public decency and good morals, inciting promiscuity.”

Following the accusations, Naji said on his Facebook page, “I would like to assert that the published text is fictional and all the events and actions in it are from my imagination. It is not a journalistic essay and I’m asking my fellow journalists to explain this difference,” adding that “the world is full of surprises and the distinction between reality and fiction has become very tiring.””

  12. Yemen disappointment with UN agenciees (emirates247, Jan 2, 2016)
    http://www.emirates247.com/news/yemen-disappointment-with-un-agenciees-2016-01-02-1.615697

“An official source at the Yemeni Government’s Higher Committee for Relief, today said it was disappointed that some United Nations agencies, namely those responsible for humanitarian aid and relief, are not giving enough attention to the humanitarian disaster in Yemen and the deadly siege laid by the rebel Houthi militia and forces loyal to now-ousted president Ali Abdullah Saleh on Taiz governorate.

These UN agencies are ignoring the scale of the humanitarian disaster in Yemen, the source said.

The statement made yesterday by the WFP Regional Director for the Middle East, North Africa, Eastern Europe and Central Asia, about the situation in Yemen and the siege on Taiz did not amount to the minimum stance expected from these international agencies, the source added.

The source said, “Failing, so far, to declare a position and expose the crime that Taiz is suffering because of the siege laid on it by the Houthi-Saleh rebel militias is unjustifiable and unacceptable by any logic.””
