  1. BREITBART – Obama: Criticism of Refugee Policy Most ‘Potent Recruitment Tool For ISIL,’ Critics ‘Scared of Widows and Orphans’

President Obama accused various Republican critics of his Syrian refugee policy of being “scared of widows and orphans,” and argued, “I cannot think of a more potent recruitment tool for ISIL, than some of the rhetoric that’s been coming out of here, during the course of this debate” during a speech at the APEC summit, portions of which were aired on Tuesday’s “CNN Tonight.”

Obama said, “If there are concrete actual questions to enhance this extraordinary screening process that’s already in place, we’re welcome — we’re open to hearing actual ideas, but that’s not really what’s been going on in this debate. When candidates say, we wouldn’t admit 3-year-old orphans, that’s political posturing. When individuals say that we should have a religious test, and that only Christians, proven Christians, should be admitted, that’s offensive, and contrary to American values.”

He continued, “I cannot think of a more potent recruitment tool for ISIL, than some of the rhetoric that’s been coming out of here, during the course of this debate. ISIL seeks to exploit the idea that there is a war between Islam and the West. And when you start seeing individuals in positions of responsibility suggesting that Christians are more worthy of protection than Muslims are, in a war-torn land, that feeds the ISIL narrative. It’s counterproductive, and it needs to stop. And I would add, by the way, these are the folks oftentimes who suggest that they’re so tough, that just talking to Putin, or staring down ISIL, or using some additional rhetoric somehow is going to solve the problems out there. But apparently, they’re scared of widows and orphans coming into the United States of America, as part of our tradition of compassion. Now, first they were worried about the press being too tough on them during debates, now they’re worried about 3-year-old orphans. That doesn’t sound very tough to me.”

    • The Puppet-in-Chief reads out the Communist cultural-relativism for destroying America.

“When individuals say that we should have a religious test, and that only Christians, proven Christians, should be admitted, that’s offensive, and contrary to American values.”

      What he actually means:

When Americans say that we should have a religious test, and that only non-Muslims, proven non-Muslims, should be admitted, that’s defensive, and contrary to Marxist values.

“But apparently, they’re scared of widows and orphans coming into the United States of America, as part of our tradition of compassion. ”

When America nuked Japan they had already interned all Japanese widows and orphans to protect the American people. Then, defeated, the Emperor was forced to repeat this Universal Human Declaration:

“The ties between Us and Our people have always stood upon mutual trust and affection. They do not depend upon mere legends and myths. They are not predicated on the false conception that the Emperor is divine, and that the Japanese people are superior to other races and fated to rule the world.”

Just put Islam and Muslims, where required. Then put Communism and Socialists. Or the children born at the time of Obama, will be dead.

    • Here are some of Sweden´s “children” refugees:
      http://www.gatestoneinstitute.org/6190/sweden-refugee-children

      PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES

Saad Alsaud (left frame, center), an unaccompanied “child refugee,” is pictured in 2012, when he was reported to be Sweden’s fastest “14-year-old”. In 2011, a newspaper reporter from Malmö shared a teddy bear and some laughs with “16-year-old” Ahmad Farid (right frame), an unaccompanied “child refugee” from Afghanistan.

Anyone who has watched any news clips of the “refugees” arriving in Munich Train Station this year (or any other exodus refugee clip for that matter) – understands that 80% of the “refugees ” are young males aged between 18-30. The cameras tried to only show the families with children, but the sea of men surrounding them was unmistakable.

Obama trying to shame people out of believing what their own eyes tell them – is so beyond stupid that is can only be evil that compels him.

“Worn-torn land” Pfft. Who´s responsible for tearing it up -any Nobel peace prize winners?

“Feed the ISIL narrative”? No more ISIL – no more narrative. Destroy root and branch.

  2. DAILY MAIL – ‘Heavy gunfire’ breaks out in Paris suburb as police hunt for ninth jihadi linked to attacks on French capital

Shooting broke out during anti-terrorist operation in a Paris suburb
Reports of an exchange of gunfire during operation in Saint-Denis
A special armed response unit of the French police carried out the raid
Police officers have been harmed during the operation – extent of their injuries is not yet known

France Info reports Didier Paillard, mayor of St Denis, says the exchanges of gunfire are ongoing.

He said at 6am French time: ‘It has not stopped since 4.30am.’

Fire fighters initally said one person was lightly injured, but French TV stations BFMTV and iTele both reported ‘several’ police officers had been wounded during the operation.

The suburb of St Denis is where the Stade de France, one of the targets of Friday’s attacks, is located. On Friday three suicide bombers blew themselves up during a friendly football match.

A police official says there have been exchanges of gunfire and special SWAT teams are on the scene.

Police have blocked off the area around Place Jean Jaurès in Saint Denis, just north of Paris.

French authorities have said they are searching for at least two people involved in last Friday’s attacks, which killed at least 129 people and seven terrorists.

Ambulances can be seen and sirens heard in French television footage from the scene.

“An explosion in the Nigerian city of Yola has caused multiple deaths and injuries, with some reports saying more than 30 people may have died.

The blast appears to have struck a busy market area where traders were closing up for the day.

Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari visited Yola on Saturday, declaring that the Islamist militant movement Boko Haram was close to defeat.

Yola has twice been hit by deadly bomb attacks this year.

  5. Bangladesh Court Upholds Death Sentences of 2 Politicians (abcnews, Nov 18, 2015)
    http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/bangladesh-court-upholds-death-sentences-politicians-35270460

“Bangladesh’s Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld death sentences given to two influential opposition leaders who were convicted of war crimes during the country’s 1971 independence war against Pakistan.

A special war crimes tribunal convicted Salahuddin Quader Chowdhury of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party and Ali Ahsan Mohammad Mujahid of Jamaat-e-Islami in 2013 of several charges, including genocide and rape during the war.

Attorney General Mahbubey Alam said the court’s rejection of the men’s appeals cleared the way for them to be hanged unless they seek and get presidential clemency. The men’s lawyer, Khandaker Mahbub Hossain, said he would speak to them about seeking clemency.

More than 15 people, mostly leaders of Jamaat-e-Islami, have been convicted of war crimes as part of a series of decisions by two separate tribunals set up by Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina in 2010.

Bangladesh was the eastern part of Pakistan until the 1971 war of independence. It says Pakistani soldiers, aided by local collaborators, killed 3 million people and raped 200,000 women during the war.

Jamaat-e-Islami and the Bangladesh Nationalist Party say the trials ordered by the government are politically motivated, an allegation Hasina rejects outright, saying justice for victims’ families is overdue.”

  6. Italian Priest Attacked in Bangladesh (abcnews, Nov 18, 2015)
    http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/italian-priest-attacked-bangladesh-35270032

“Three men fired shots at an Italian priest Wednesday as he rode his bicycle to church in northern Bangladesh, sending him to hospital with head injuries amid a surge in militant violence this year.

The three assailants were on a motorbike when they attacked the priest in the town of Dinajpur, 415 kilometers (260 miles) north of the capital, Dhaka, said police officer Abul Hasan. They fled after the attack.

Piero Arolari, 57, suffered bullet wounds to his head but he is out of danger, said Zillur Rahman, a doctor treating him at the hospital.

No one has claimed responsibility for the attack.

Arolari had been working as a doctor at a missionary hospital in Dinajpur where he has lived for 35 years, treating poor people of the area, said local police chief Ruhul Amin.

Local media reported that the assailants attacked him from behind near a bus stop. As he fell to the ground, local residents rushed to his rescue and took him to the hospital.

Bangladesh has been rocked by a series of attacks this year claimed by Islamic extremists, including killings of bloggers and, more recently, the killings of two foreigners — an Italian aid worker and a Japanese agricultural worker…”

  7. IS Militants Dig in, Anticipating Assault on Syria’s Raqqa (abcnews, Nov 18, 2015)
    http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/militants-dig-anticipating-assault-syrias-raqqa-35270568

“Islamic State militants are stiffening their defenses for a possible assault on their de facto capital of Raqqa, as international airstrikes intensify on the Syrian city in retaliation for the Paris attacks. IS fighters are hiding in civilian neighborhoods and preventing anyone from fleeing, former residents say.

The northern Syrian city’s estimated 350,000 people are gripped by fear, rattled by powerful Russian and French airstrikes that shake the city daily. They are also worried they would be trapped with nowhere to go amid signs of a looming ground invasion by U.S.-allied Kurdish and Arab forces in Syria, according to the former residents who have fled to Turkey and now report on events in Raqqa through acquaintances and activists inside.

For months, the anti-IS forces have been advancing gradually toward Raqqa with backing from American-led airstrikes, capturing IS-held towns to the north and east of the city. After IS claimed responsibility for Friday’s carnage in Paris that killed at least 129 people, there are calls for even stronger action in Syria.

Iraqi intelligence officials this week told The Associated Press that the operation was planned in Raqqa, where the attackers were trained specifically for this operation with the intention of sending them to France. The attacks came soon after IS claimed the downing of a Russian plane in Egypt and deadly suicide bombings in Lebanon and Turkey.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry on Tuesday suggested Raqqa would be the new focus….”

  8. Brother of Paris Attacker Worked in Belgian Immigration Department

Immigrants, refugees, ISIS militants among them… connection or just coincidence?

Mohamed Abdeslam is the brother of two of the terrorists that attacked Paris Friday night. They hail from Molenbeek, an impoverished immigrant district in Brussels known to be a jihadi hotbed. One of Mohamed’s brothers, Ibrahim, blew himself up outside of the cafe Comptoir Voltaire near the Bataclan concert hall. The other, Salah, is now on the run after making it back across the Belgian border and is currently one of the world’s most wanted terrorists. Mohamed was held and questioned by French police, but later released after it was determined he played no role in the attacks.

However, a bit of interesting information was released about the man. An ex-mayor of Molenbeek said up until the time Mohamed was arrested, he worked for the district’s immigration department. In light of the current mass refugee influx in Europe suspected to be ushering in scores of ISIS militants, this is a most remarkable detail.

But Mohamed maintains that he had nothing to do with the attacks and has no idea where his brother may be hiding. Upon his release, he told the media in Belgium

  9. ‘Died to defend us’ Hero police dog Diesel killed by woman suicide bomber in Paris siege

A HEROIC police dog named Diesel has been killed in the police terror raid targeting Abdelhamid Abaaoud – the alleged mastermind behind the Paris terror attacks.

The seven-year-old Belgian shepherd dog, or Malinois, was “killed by terrorists” when French special forces raided an apartment building in Saint-Denis early on Wednesday morning.

A Twitter user who paid tribute to Diesel said he had “died to defend our colours” while one police handler said it was “a little like losing one of our colleagues”.

Police National tweeted:”Diesel, a seven-year-old Malinois, police dog for RAID [France’s anti-terrorist police unit], was killed by terrorists in the ongoing operation.”

The police spokesman said that dogs such as Diesel who are trained to assist on operations where there is a risk of explosives were “indispensable” to the elite unit.

The brave dog was reportedly the first to be sent into an apartment, which was used by at least six jihadis in the run up to the attacks, to assess the level of danger before they stormed it.

Reports suggest Diesel was killed when a woman, said to be Abaaoud’s jihadi bride, fired an AK47 at police before blowing herself up with a suicide belt during the anti-terror operation.

Tributes are pouring in from across the world from wellwishers applauding Diesel and his police handler for their bravery.

The hashtag #Jesuisunchien [translated to English as “I’m a dog”] has gone viral since Twitter users heard of the dog’s death.

Ali had a ticket to visit the Peace Tower, and was in line to go through the visitors’ entrance at about 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday when a House of Commons security guard asked him to open his coat. The guard found Ali was concealing a large cleaver with an approximately six-inch long blade. Ali never made it as far as the metal detectors.

His court appearance Wednesday was slightly delayed after it became apparent he may need the assistance of an interpreter as he speaks Somali Arabic.

“Military chiefs briefing Vladimir Putin on operations in Syria showed him a map with a reference to a unit in the center of the country that matches a Russian army artillery unit, suggesting the Kremlin’s involvement may be deeper than previously thought.

Moscow, which is conducting air strikes in Syria, has repeatedly said Russian troops are not taking part in ground operations. If the unit is part of the Russian military, it would mean Russian forces are operating well outside the zone where Moscow says its troops are present.

The map was shown on Russian state television footage of a briefing at defense ministry headquarters on Tuesday evening, when Putin was being shown how the Kremlin was intensifying its operations against Islamic State.

Spotted by an eagle-eyed Russian military blogger, the map featured a dot near to the settlement of Sadad, between the cities of Homs and Damascus, accompanied by the words: “5 Gabatr 120th ABR 2A65 Msta B, six pieces from 14:00 06.11.”

“Gabatr” is an acronym commonly used in the Russian military for “Howitzer Battery.” The acronym “ABR” stands for “Artillery Brigade”. The designation “2A65 Msta B” describes a type of howitzer in use by the Russian military.

The Russian military has a 120th artillery brigade, based in Siberia armed with 2A65 guns. A duty serviceman contacted by Reuters on Wednesday confirmed the brigade was based in Siberia, but said he did not know whether it was active in Syria…”

Counter-terror police detained the suspects in Istanbul’s Ataturk Airport after they flew in from the Moroccan city of Casablanca on Tuesday, the official Anatolia news agency reported.

The police found a hand-written note on one of the suspects detailing a migration route from Istanbul to Germany via Greece, Serbia and Hungary, including smuggler boats across the Mediterranean Sea, as well as several train and bus journeys.

The eight men told police that they were just tourists who had been planning to spend a few days in Istanbul and had booked rooms at a hotel, but no reservations were found under their names.

A three-step plan for facing down Islamist terrorism
The City of Light was darkened on Friday night in yet another terrorist outrage. It’s long past time for the free world to get serious about fighting back

Holding mass solidarity marches, and vowing, stern-faced, to fight back against Islamic State just isn’t going to do it. Islamic extremist terror groups, and the states that sponsor them, are seeking to destroy open, democratic, egalitarian Western society and impose their bleak, bloody, perverted version of Islam.

Facing them down will obviously not be simple. But it will be impossible unless the reality of the threat is genuinely internalized and the fight back mounted in earnest.

If the West continues to delude itself about the scale of the challenge, those who delight in the divine gift of life will find themselves becoming increasingly constrained and terrified by those who assert an imperative to kill and be killed in the name of God.

The struggle to maintain fundamental Western freedoms involves a three-step process.

  19. BOSNIA – SARAJEVO – Two Soldiers Shot Dead in Bosnian Capital

A man shot dead two Bosnian army soldiers in a suburb of Sarajevo on Wednesday night and wounded several others. The reasons for the attack are unknown.

Police in Bosnia’s Canton of Sarajevo said a man killed two members of the Bosnian Army inside a betting shop in the suburb of Rajlovac at around 7:30 pm.

The reasons for the attack are unknown but television N1 reported that the attacker shouted the Islamist slogan “Allahu Akbar” before shooting the soldiers. This report has not been confirmed.

“It’s still too early to talk about terrorism,” Dragan Lukac, the Director of the Federal Police Directorate, told television N1.

“We still have no confirmation that this was a terrorist attack, we hope it was not,” Perica Stanic, director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency, SIPA, told the media.

After killing the two soldiers, the attacker turned against a bus that was parked near the betting shop, wounding another soldier who was standing close to it.

The bus driver together with two of the passengers were reported to be slightly injured, apparently by fragments of glass.

SIPA said it was deploying a special team in support of the investigation carried out by the Prosecution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In the past few hours the police had surrounded one house in the Sokolje neighbourhood. Media have reported that the house belonged to the suspect who has been identified as the shooter who killed two soldiers tonight in Sarajevo and that he has committed suicide.

However, the Director of the Federation police could only confirm that one person committed suicide, and that police teams were currently carrying out investigation to confirm person’s identity and whether indeed he was the shooter.

Police forces around the house in Sokolje were seen leaving the scene.

  20. Obama Vows to Veto Bill Increasing Screening for Refugees

President Barack Obama is vowing to veto a bill from House Republicans that would increase screening for Syrian and Iraqi refugees before they enter the United States.

The White House says the legislation would introduce “unnecessary and impractical requirements” that would harm efforts to assist some of the world’s most vulnerable people.

The bill would add a new requirement for FBI background checks. It does not call for ending the refugee program or require religious screenings, as some Republicans have demanded.

Obama, who is traveling in Asia, has been sharply critical of Republicans for trying to bar Syrian refugees following the Paris attacks.

The House is set to vote on the legislation Thursday. Democratic leaders have turned against it, saying it would essentially keep refugees out of the U.S. entirely.
