1. An article about how a couple of churches turned around the constant arson attacks against them in Indonesia. Please read at source to the end.

Another example of the laughable concept of “moderate Islam” was seen in a horrific series of attacks this week in Indonesia.

Home to the largest Muslim population in the world, Indonesia is widely considered a “moderate” Muslim-majority nation. But as with much of the Muslim world these days, radicalism in on the rise.

The province of Aceh in Indonesia became the first in the nation to have officially introduced Sharia law — strict adherence to Islamic law.

So what did they do after adopting Koranic law? Within days, they decided that every Christian church in the province needed to be “licensed” under Sharia, and were thus illegal, as the BBC reported.

So did they petition to government to fine them for this non-existent crime? Of course not. The savages decided to burn the Churches to the ground…

2. Poles marching against stuff. There is a flag which seems to show the Jewish star along with the American flag in a rather negative way. Perhaps a Polish speaker can enlighten us as to the nature of this demonstration.

3. A reader of this site had this pamphlet dropped through his mail slot.

4. European leaders admit EU ARMY developing ‘much faster than people believe’

European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker provoked outrage earlier this year with proposals for a Common Security and Defence Policy (CSDP).

European People’s Party (EPP) president Joseph Daul has now admitted the European Parliament will try to push through plans that would go far beyond what even Mr Juncker had intended.

Under the latest proposals, a common European-wide army would become a force capable of taking on missions of “higher intensity” and even replace national guards at EU borders.

Bureaucrats in Brussels are trying to capitalise on concerns over “Russian aggression” and the migrant crisis to push through the long-held ambitions for a European army.

Whereas Mr Junker’s original vision was for a force capable of dealing with ‘post-conflict peace-keeping’, the European Parliament is now preparing to discuss an aggressive common military force.

Mr Daul admitted: “We are going to move towards an EU army much faster than people believe.

(And woe betide any Euro nation that won’t go along with the narrative, or break Brussels’ laws when Brussels want them, or like Hungary, obey Brussels’ laws when they want them broken. A European army will be essentially Janissaries. A kind of army of locals used to attack their own people on behalf of a remote power.)

5. Austria: Border with Hungary blocked by right-wing, anti-immigrat group

(This Austrian group appears to have borrowed heavily from the French group, ‘Generation Identitaire’ even to the T shirt one man has, and the signs. The French group seem to be a great group and is often being mislabeled and harassed by govt. and authorities. They could be more accurately described as the New French Resistance except they do no violence or vandalism that I am aware of. whereas the original French Resistance did a great deal)

6. French resistance meets french police:

7. This is the largest mass suicide since Jonestown

8. Germany: Huge protest as Berliners fume against Turkish govt over Ankara bombings

(Berliners? Even JFK wouldn’t say that)

9. ISIS Jihadists Shave Beards, Dress as Women to Flee to West

In the face of heavy Russian airstrikes, a number of ISIS militants have reportedly fled to Turkey from Syria by shaving off their beards and dressing as women to pass unnoticed.

Mounds of shaved facial hair have been discovered in Aleppo, Syria, along with discarded packets of Syrian razors.

A photo on Twitter posted by Iraqi journalist Hala Jaber shows huge piles of hair. The journalist tweeted that the ISIS fighters shaved off their beards so they could escape clean shaven to Turkey.

10. Czech Republic: Leftists descend on anti-Islam demo in Prague

(Political demonstrations have become Europe’s new continental sport)

Thank you Nash Montana, M., Pym Purnell, Xanthippa, Buck, and all who sent in materials. Its chaos today so apologies if I missed anyone.

  1. I can read Polish to some extent, so I’ll translate what I can. I’m not too good at understanding spoken Polish, so I couldn’t make out most of what the marchers were saying.

As you can see, there are two signs leading the march. The sign on the right contains the word “USRAEL” in red, which is apparently a conflation of “US” and “Israel”, so I agree with your suspicion of a “rather negative” tone concerning the two countries. The white text, “zadnych wojen za” (with a dot over the initial “z”) means “no wars for”. The first word of the text at the bottom (before the borrowed word “front”) “narodowy” means “national”, so perhaps a group called “National Front” is involved. “Czestochowa” (with a “tail” on the “e”) is the name of the city, as you may have already surmised.

In the uppermost section of the sign on the left, the red text on the light blue background reads “nie naszy wojny”, which means “not our wars”. The large text in the lowest section is “nie nasi imigrancii”, meaning “not our immigrants”. Unfortunately, I can’t read all of the middle line. It starts with “nie nasza”, which is yet another inflection of “not our”, but I can’t make out the last word.

At around 1:04, on the blue and black banner, I’m not familiar with the word “walce”, but “lepsze jutro” means “better tomorrow. The words consisting of single letters “w” and “o”, respectively mean “in” and “about”, when translated literally, but their actual meaning can vary with the overall context. At 1:09, there’s a US flag modified to include Stars of David. Below the “USA” and “IMPERIUM”, the word “ZLA” (with a slash through the “L”) means “bad” or “evil”.

It looks like the marchers are protesting (what they see as) their country fighting on behalf of the US and Israel, along with opposing the taking in of migrants. Mam nadziej? ?e to pomo?e. (Hope this helps.)

  2. re: no.2
These people are from “Front Narodowy” i. e a National Front , they are not very popular in Poland. It also seems that taking part in this demonstration were also people from Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary.

    Now regarding their views.

There were against immigrants, but also they were against Israel and USA. They think that USA is the main reasons for the current situation in the Middle East and consequently for the i/migrants flooding the EU. That view is promoted from Russia (from RT i.e. Russian TV) and a lot of people believe this propaganda. The mainstream media do lie about current immigration situation and they do lie about situation in the Middle East , so the Russian propaganda in comparison seems to be very credible.

People in Europe also think that USA do not accept refugees from Middle East and from Africa. They do not know, because mainstream media in EU do not tell it that USA is accepting a lot of refugees.

What’s more, recently there is quite strong leftist, anti-imperialist and anti- USA undercurrent in many EU countries. It is not as strong in Poland but it is strong in Hungary and in Czech Republic. And of course the anti-imperialist, anti-globalization, anti-USA views in Europe are closely connected with anti-war, pro-Palestinian and anti-Israel views.

It may seems strange that these nationalistic movement will have these kind anti-imperialist, anti-USA views, but it is connected with propaganda going from Brussels and with things the mainstream media do not write about. . Brussels and particularly Germany invited refugees and started present crisis, but Brussels and Germany are also against nationalism and patriotism and they are also doing pro-globalization propaganda . And globalization is connected with USA. Therefore these people are against USA.

Yes, I know it is not logical, but such is life. ;-(

  3. ,” I’m not familiar with the word “walce”, but “lepsze jutro” means “better tomorrow. ”
“Walce” (walka) means fight. So “w walce za lepsze jutro” means “with fight for better tomorrow”.

  4. Thanks Vlad for your perceptive assessment of the EU Army. If it is supposed to counter Russian expansion then why keep spending on NATO? Leaving the EU will be the only way for a country to defend against manning an army designed to erase it’s own borders. Therefore if central European countries continue in their resolve to resist the EU as they have thus far it could spell a disruption or failure of the Euro currency model. Among so many consequences to such an event will be the expense of bankrolling unproductive migrants on revived “native” currencies. Southern European currencies were always weaker. Drachmas, Liras et al will continue to be shaky, since their strength will rely upon the dubious productivity of their respective populations. Poverty for indiginous peoples will be the primary driver to casting off the invaders, not ideology.

We are far too prosperous with our government-sponsored jobs and entitlements to care yet for the reality that awaits.

Maybe the central Europeans were saved from such softness (and cultural marxism) by the Iron Curtain. History has the darkest humor.

  5. The EU Army is what the Founding Fathers feared in the US, that is why they wanted local militias rather then a large standing army. The small state militias worked to a large degree as was shown in several wars including the Civil War and WWI. After WWI the left nationalized the state militias into a National Guard they did this because the state militias couldn’t move out of their home states without the state governors permission.

With an EU army the EU can use British troops against Italy and German troops against Spain while keeping the “National Guards” Small.I think events will cause the break up of the EU before the military is built into a force to be feared.

  6. 3. The quote these Muslims use from Deuteronomy 18:18 to refer to their very own Muhammad is fraudulent.

18:15 “The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your fellow Israelites. You must listen to him. 16 For this is what you asked of the Lord your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly when you said, “Let us not hear the voice of the Lord our God nor see this great fire anymore, or we will die.”

17 The Lord said to me: “What they say is good.

18:18 I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their fellow Israelites, and I will put my words in his mouth. He will tell them everything I command him.

19 I myself will call to account anyone who does not listen to my words that the prophet speaks in my name. 20 But a prophet who presumes to speak in my name anything I have not commanded, or a prophet who speaks in the name of other gods, is to be put to death.””
