    • My son-in-law is half Russian, half Croatian — third generation American. I resent your remarks. Do you know any Croats yourself? Have you ever done anything stupid?
How about you go over their and help out, huh?
The Croatian spokesperson is the model of forthrightness and confidence and humility. I trust him more than I do you.

      • It was not Croatian spokesman, I think it was Hungarian.

One should not attack Croatians, however, the facts are clear, 40 armed Croatian policemen escorted migrants and crossed the border with Hungary, breaking the international law.
The most probable explanation is that these policemen were bribed by human traffickers.

      • Thank you for the video of the Pres.’s remarks.
But whether she’s being politically correct or not, I disagree with her statement that “everyone has a right to a better life.” The underlying assumption is that that better life must be made possible for you by *others* — even to the point, in this current crisis, of invading the lands of other people to live off their generosity — as statistics demonstrate they do in overwhelming numbers. (What kind of better life is that? becoming a leech on society and stripped of your self-respect?) Even to the point, in this crisis, as vlad, I think pointed out, of being pawns in the UNs 1618 diktat, the realization of which is nearer everyday.

        • I caught that sentence too.

But she’s ‘grace under pressure’ personified and wants to keep things civil. Not easy for a small, poor country with a recent history of war and dislocation.

Merkel’s irresponsible behavior is a disaster for these little countries on the fringe of the EU. It’s paralyzed them for days now, consuming resources like an earthquake. She should be held accountable.

That is, assuming she’s fully compis mentis. And I’m not kidding.

  1. I have yet to hear the liberal media editorializing (which is what they do rather than report facts) the hypothetical impact of this train being loaded with 1000 armed IS soldiers. After all, if there is enough money behind these Arabs to bribe 40 cops and rent a whole train then why not? OK , OK so I’m being ridiculous. 1000 jihadis is absurd. But if we’re sneaking in why not just sprinkle in a couple, or five…ah heck why not 10?

Extending the potential impact of this train as a violation of Hungarian sovereignty, in exercise, illuminates the scale of the crime and the bias of a crippled media.

Further, does the silence of Serbia, Croatia, Romania and Slovenia during the initial migrant onslaught of Hungary not now seem self-serving in retrospect? No doubt they would have remained quiet and happy while watching their neighbor drown, undefended, in the hijra sea.

  2. One must also explore the notion that if the corruption of 40 police and a train is possible, then why not the existence of a well-financed hidden hand behind this exodus?

    • Why not indeed, ISIS threatened to swamp Europe with refugees a month or so before the flood started.
