1. Dewsbury teenager is ‘UK’s youngest ever suicide bomber’

A happy sort of chap isn’t he?

Talha Asmal, 17, was one of four suicide bombers who attacked forces near an oil refinery south of Baiji.

Social media reports linked to Islamic State (IS) said Asmal, going by the name of Abu Yusuf al-Britani, had taken part in the attack.

His family said they were “devastated” at the news.

Asmal, from Dewsbury, would be Britain’s youngest known suicide bomber. Another West Yorkshire teenager, Hasib Hussein, was almost 19 when he blew himself up on a London bus in the 7 July 2005 attacks.

2. Houthi forces in Yemen seize provincial capital near Saudi border: residents

Houthi forces and their army allies in Yemen seized the capital of a large desert province on the border with Saudi Arabia on Sunday, residents said, an important victory for the group ahead of peace talks in Geneva on Monday.

The Houthis, the dominant faction in Yemen’s civil war, took control of al-Hazm, capital of the province of al-Jawf, amid Saudi-led coalition air strikes on Houthi positions and heavy fighting with armed tribesmen.

“The Houthi forces and those loyal to the former president spread out in the city and around government buildings,” a tribal source in al-Hazm told Reuters by phone.

3. “Israel’s war was just,” reports Australian general after mission on Gaza conflict

(Just in case someone was still uncertain about this)

Israel showed care in a just Gaza war

The Australian, June 1o, 2015

By Major-General Jim Molan (Ret.)

molan jimWe sat in the Israeli kibbutz 800m from the closest Gaza Strip buildings. Four Israeli women told stories of life during Operation Protective Edge, the 50-day conflict last year between Israel and Hamas, of the rain of rockets and mortars, 15 seconds’ warning, days in shelters and of a four-year-old child killed by shrapnel.

The rockets impacted on every aspect of life but the effect of finding one of the many sophisticated tunnels dug over several years at the very door step of the kibbutz for Hamas fighters to kill civilians more precisely and personally was an even greater shock.

6. Iran imprisons attorney for shaking hands with his female client

Mohammed Moghini, the lawyer representing Atena Faraghdani, the Iranian cartoonist who was sentenced to 12.5 years in prison for drawing a picture critical of how the Islamist regime treats women, was recently arrested for shaking hands with his female client. Iranian human rights activist Shabnam Assadollahi explained that the arrest of Moghini is designed to deprive his client of the right of appeal.

According to a report in Radio Farda, Mohammed Moghini, Atena Farghadani’s lawyer, has been arrested for shaking hands with his female client.   Moghini’s client Faraghdani is the Iranian political cartoonist who was recently sentenced to 12.5 years in prison for drawing a picture that is critical of the Islamist regime and their attitude towards women.

In an exclusive interview with JerusalemOnline, Iranian human rights activist Shabnam Assadollahi explained: “The court ruling was delivered to Atena Faraghdani’ and her lawyer Mr. Moghimi on June 1, 2015. They have only 20 days to appeal the court’s decision and as usual regarding the Islamist regime, they arrest the lawyer to have them miss the due date and to stop the appeal application.”

(This would be one of those articles one might keep handy for use when having discussions with those who would make moral equivalence with Israel or the US and islamic regimes)

7. This is from a comment left days ago but wasnt seen when it came in. If this is added to everything else we know about Obama’s actions in the middle east it seems to fill in a puzzle piece

8. Toronto Bans Pro-Palestinian Rally From Legislature Grounds

(On the fence about this one. This tool to shut down their expression, no matter how repugnant it is, will be used against people we agree with and moreover might have a very important message which is critical to the continuation of our liberties and culture. Once again it looks like B’nai Brith Canada has done more harm than good to us all and to its own cause. If people do and promote things that are illegal at the marches, thats one thing. Press criminal charges. But the “hatred and divisiveness” is the language of the new tyrants.)

“Although the Sergeant-at-Arms’ decision this year is tied to considerations regarding the Pan Am and Parapan American Games in Toronto, he must go further and take this opportunity to declare that permits for divisive hate-rallies will no longer be issued in the future,” B’nai Brith Canada said in a statement.

9. Lastly, ML may have figured out the mystery of the missing shoe of the British Palestinian.

Thank you M., Wrath of Khan, Shabnam, ML., and all. More to come as well as more segments of the amazing Red Pill brief by Stephen Coughlin.

      • More from same link on sandles and socks:

For that doesn’t know the details of Islam they’re missing out on a lot of Borg humor.

        Volume 7, Book 72, Number 686:
“A man asked, “O Allah s Apostle What kind of clothes should a Muhrim wear?” The Prophet, said, “A Muhrim should not wear a shirt, trousers a hooded cloak, or Khuffs (leather socks covering the ankles) unless he cannot get sandals, in which case he should cut the part (of the Khuff) that covers the ankles.” ”

The Prophet said, “Whoever cannot get an Izar, can wear trousers, and whoever cannot wear sandals can wear Khuffs.”

        Volume 7, Book 72, Number 696:
A man got up and said, O Allah’s Apostle! What do you order us to wear when we assume the state of Ihram?” The Prophet replied, “Do not wear shirts, trousers, turbans, hooded cloaks or Khuffs, but if a man has no sandals, he can wear Khuffs after cutting them short below the ankles; and do not wear clothes touched with (perfumes) of saffron or wars.”

The Prophet said, “A Muhrim should not wear a shirt, a turban, trousers, hooded cloaks, a garment touched with (perfumes) of saffron or wars, or Khuffs except if one has no sandals in which case he should cut short the Khuffs below the ankles.”

  2. 4. Two thirds of Americans believe in the first amendment

I am the only one shocked that 37% of Americans no longer believe the first Amendment gives them the right to free speech?

    • Given the time and money the left has spend teaching people that the Constitution isn’t meant to be protecting rights but a document that changes with the changes in public opinion this number doesn’t surprise me,

    • 1-Maybe they haven’t anything to say and don’t really care what anybody else thinks.

2-Do they know what the Constitution & Bill of Rights are? What the words mean? I’m serious.
      ………
Discourse amongst much of our “youth” is reduced to grunts, groans, and fractured obscenities. Blacks and Hispanics can graduate from high school with communications skills approaching the fourth-grade level of middle-class whites. You think they know junior-high civics?

For that scandal blame the Left. Of course.

Noam Chompsky’s elegant theory of an innate, universal human language influenced many budding linguists. Those who saw the light in the Tower of Babel – ‘Value-free’ validation by the academy [MIT].

Theory and practical application needn’t be in the same orbit if they meet on the highway of Marxist excrement.

Bilingual education was the sexiest career path for would-be teachers. The most worthy, the best funded. The issue was setting up the programs, not how to teach English to real kids.

The theories were half-baked, the methods and materials so flawed, it was predictable that poor comprehension and expression of standard English became the norm. And likewise predictable that offerings in African American Vernacular English would be expanded.

So what? ‘Values-free’ means we don’t judge each other, all standards are arbitrary anyway.

And so are rules or laws, which seem to be changing all the time. Somehow, I dunno.

The flip-side is that rights may not be all that necessary anymore. Especially if they make anybody anywhere mad.

      ya know?

      • When I was in High School in our senior year we had one semester on The American Government, the only text book was the Constitution, the second semester was on the Missouri Constitution. You had to pass both classes to graduate, I don’t know the arguments used to stop the classes but they should be restarted.

    • To trust the comforting embrace of the leadership that gives alms, with their ability to change to meet every need; surely this is better than a piece of parchment that knows not of the demands of our future?

Aren’t the Vatican’s edicts far better than scriptures, when they feed us our daily bread? Or the fatwas of scholarly Muslims knowing what Muhammad would do.

Who needs the Bill of Rights? It was written for leadership only for civilized men. And as we now we don’t have civilized populations, only those whose existences are defined by their drugs of ethnicity, gender, culture and religion; so each must be accorded to their need. A committee is required by the rule of debate and not law, with separate judiciaries for Muslims, Jews, Blacks and Women and more to meet their unique specifications. Children in kindergarten will grow to choose their own slots.

There is no universal truth. Heaven and Earth won’t pass away, and Jesus’ words won’t last forever… the world is only of your mind, and the Soviets discovered this can be altered in a feminized America where the Big Frightened Men rail against all of the women and their burkha’d bodies, their mind to go out, and their spirit to manifest something out of nothing, and see the Liberals quiver and resonate to serve and then invert to become their every demand. The Femen, from Muslim to Homosexual on the True Kinsey Scale of phobia to philia, and their abuse of innocents to grab the life they do not have from pederast to pedophile.

The mind that can see diamonds does no longer exist in government.
