    • The shop assistant caught a shoplifter. Punishment dealt by berating and slaps.

No police called, no court hearing, no criminal record. What a saving to the taxpayer, and a free lesson for the perp. The shoplifter could have later returned and thanked this assistant, brought a gift and made amends for his temptation.

Now the surveillance-police can create two criminals for the price of one! The politicians can cite poverty as the cause of crime, their very poverty they created through the minimum wage.

Anyone who complains about someone protecting their business from criminals is the same pussy who does not protect their children from bullies or their homes from break-ins.

The fact that he was Muslim may reveal the half-brain of islam that still lives: recognizing that ‘we are all responsible for our own actions’; and not the brain-dead half that has been fear-hypnotized by Mohammadism: kill for the religion and ‘you not responsible for your own actions’.

If he were Socialist his brain-alive part may sympathize with the crook as ‘loving his neighbor like himself’ and recognized his learning disability; while his brain-dead half that has been fear-hypnotized by collective-identitism to believe that ‘groups of people are not like themselves’ to submit to the police as arbitors in everything.

Muslims and Socialists are unable to see the whole picture and so their timing is wrong to meet every moment in perfection, and so do not live in reality.

So if you are going to steal, do it in a Muslim shop located in the UK and not ISIL if you want to walk out unscathed; and if you want to get a suspended sentence and access to housing and benefits do it in a Socialist shop in the UK and not China.

  1. MEXICO – Dance Team’s Nazi-Themed Routine Draws Criticism

On May 31, a dance routine put on by a team at a cheer competition in Guadalajara featured a rather intriguing thematic motif — Nazism. The dance included swastikas, red armbands, apparent military outfits and even a choreographed move not unlike the infamous Nazi salute. Whether or not the routine turned heads in May remains to be seen, but it surely drew the Internet’s condemnation when a video of the routine went viral on Friday.

Sometimes, it takes none other than Ann Coulter to draw one’s attention to a story like this. Of course, she couldn’t tweet about it without poking fun at The New York Times‘ “nonjudgmental” coverage of the story. According to the paper’s report:

Event organizer Enrique Casas] said the routines were the individual choice of the 192 teams that participated.

But Casas said that organizers may put safeguards on the next competition “to avoid hurting people’s feelings.”

“The invitations are going to be restricted in certain ways,” he said “to avoid social conflicts.”

    • The children didn’t know what they were doing. No harm done.
No reason to take it out on them. Just stupid to pounce on it. I’ve seen way too much on this story. Somebody put legs on it to get mileage cheaply.

      • Look at how the left calls the defenders of freedom fascist and it is easy to understand how kids can decide that the fascist are the good guys.

  2. Another “Draw Muhammad” Contest Is Coming Down The Pike

ROCHESTER (CBSDFW.COM/AP) — A New Hampshire man wants to defy an Islamic prohibition on depicting the prophet Muhammad in pictures and plans to host a “Draw Muhammad” art contest in August.

Jerry Delemus, a 60-year-old former Marine, says the freedom of expression guaranteed by the First Amendment trumps any religion’s limitations on such expression, “If we back away from our freedom as citizens a little bit at a time, the next thing you know, we don’t have any freedoms left,” DeLemus explained to the CBS affiliate WGME.

DeLemus said he hasn’t heard from the local Islamic community, but residents in the area aren’t sure the event is a good idea. Eric Adema said, “I don’t understand the point of inciting violence, it’s just going to cause more problems.”

A venue has yet to be determined, but DeLemus says the contest will likely take place in August. He says he recognizes there are risks inherent in hosting such an event, but adds that he plans on having plenty of security on hand.

In early May police killed two gunmen and a security guard was injured at a similar event in Garland.

Early this year, a gunman killed 12 people at the Paris headquarters of Charlie Hebdo magazine for publishing satirical pictures of Muhammad.

Jerry Delemus plans on holding his own “Draw Muhammad” contest — despite what happened in Garland

    • Houthi forces in Yemen seize provincial capital near Saudi border: residents

Houthi forces and their army allies in Yemen seized the capital of a large desert province on the border with Saudi Arabia on Sunday, residents said, an important victory for the group ahead of peace talks in Geneva on Monday.

The Houthis, the dominant faction in Yemen’s civil war, took control of al-Hazm, capital of the province of al-Jawf, amid Saudi-led coalition air strikes on Houthi positions and heavy fighting with armed tribesmen.

“The Houthi forces and those loyal to the former president spread out in the city and around government buildings,” a tribal source in al-Hazm told Reuters by phone.

A Saudi-led military alliance has been carrying out air raids in Yemen for almost three months to try to restore exiled President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi and repel the Houthis, whom they regard as proxies for their regional archrival Iran.

Since forming an alliance with Yemen’s still powerful former president Ali Abdullah Saleh and his loyalists in the army, the Houthis have taken over the capital Sanaa and swooped into several central provinces.

But their push on the country’s southernmost city and major port, Aden, triggered the regional Arab intervention on March 26, and the air campaign has brought about a virtual stalemate in ground fighting nationwide.

  4. The historic Christian Syrian town of Maaloula celebrated Saturday as a new statue of the Virgin Mary was erected in its centre, replacing the figure destroyed in rebel attacks in 2013.

  5. CNN – U.S. airstrike targeted terrorist Mokhtar Belmokhtar inside Libya, officials say

A U.S. plane carried out a strike inside Libya on Sunday, reportedly killing a key terror figure in North Africa, U.S. and Libyan officials said.

The target was Mokhtar Belmokhtar, a veteran Islamist fighter affiliated with al Qaeda in North Africa, a U.S. official told CNN.

The Libyan government said Belmokhtar was killed in the strike, something that U.S. officials have not confirmed.

Federal prosecutors in New York had charged the one-eyed Belmokhtar in 2013 with crimes related to a brazen attack on a gas facility in Algeria were 37 hostages died. Three Americans were among the dead.

“It was a single strike conducted by a manned aircraft,” a Pentagon official with direct knowledge of the operation told CNN. There were no U.S. personnel on the ground, the official said.

U.S. aerial intelligence assets were tracking Belmokhtar’s movements at the time of the raid, the U.S. official said, but the outcome of the operation was still being assessed.

The Libyan government went further in a statement Sunday, saying that the U.S. airstrike “led to the killing of Moktar Belmokhtar and a group of Libyans who are members of a terrorist organization in Eastern Libya.”

The strike happened at 2 a.m. Sunday (8 p.m. ET Saturday).

In New York, Belmokhtar was charged on various conspiracy counts including hostage-taking, kidnapping, providing material support to al Qaeda and conspiring to use a weapon of mass destruction.

    The Signed-in-Blood Battalion

Belmokhtar is the founder of the Signed-in-Blood Battalion, also known as the al-Mulathamun Battalion. The group claimed responsibility for the January 2013 attack in Algeria.

In the Algerian siege, heavily armed militants in pickups struck a sprawling state-owned natural gas complex near In Amenas, gathered the Westerners who worked there into a group and tied them up.

Belmokhtar had said the attack was in retaliation for Algeria allowing France to use its airspace to battle Islamist militants in Mali.

The Algerian military tried to negotiate with the militants during the standoff, but their demands to release militants held prisoner in Algeria were deemed unreasonable, leading to intervention by special forces troops.

The gas facility operated in cooperation with foreign energy firms such as Norway’s Statoil and Britain’s BP — and as such, employed workers from several Western countries.

  6. IRAQ – Islamic State turns to widescreen TV propaganda in Iraq

Islamic State militants have set up giant television screens in the Iraqi city of Ramadi and are using them to proclaim that they will seize more Iraqi territory after capturing the provincial capital last month, residents said.

Efforts by the Shia Muslim-led government and its American allies to break the hardline group’s control of about a third of Iraq are currently focused on Ramadi, in Sunni Muslim heartland Anbar province.

“They have started to show videos of their military operations in Iraq and also show confessions by captured soldiers,” said the owner of a small food shop near one of the screens in central Ramadi.

“Some programmes are encouraging young men to abide by Islamic norms and also show military training of young men on carrying arms and how to fight,” he said, speaking on condition of anonymity.

The Iraqi government, whose army has largely proven ineffective against the insurgents, relies heavily on Iranian-backed Shia militias as well as on US-led airstrikes to slow the momentum of Islamic State, which it describes as terrorists.

Islamic State has resorted to killing anyone it deems an opponent as it tries to create a sustainable caliphate in territory it holds in Iraq and neighbouring Syria.

On Wednesday, President Barack Obama ordered the deployment of 450 more U.S. troops to Anbar to assist Iraqi forces in retaking territory lost to Islamic State.

The group has used social media sites and videos to gain followers, distributing footage of its fighters killing Iraqi government soldiers and religious minorities.

“It seems that they are trying to use media methods as a weapon to polish their image and also encourage young people to join them,” said a civil servant in Ramadi.

Residents said compact discs of the broadcasts were being distributed at stalls near the two screens, which the militants set up by the central market and in northern Ramadi.

Iraq has descended into a second sectarian civil war since the last U.S. troops withdrew in 2011, exacerbated by Islamic State’s suicide bombings and territorial gains.

The Islamist fighters are also battling government forces for control of Iraq’s biggest refinery near the town of Baiji north of Baghdad. The facility has changed hands before.

On Sunday, government forces and Islamic State militants exchanged fire but neither side advanced.

In Baghdad, a car bomb exploded at a market, killing eight people and wounding over 20, police and hospital sources said.
