1. Coach at US university gets fired after factual Facebook post about the nature and history of islam

(The truth shall set you free. Free from employment. How did the USA get so fascist so fast?)

By Daymond Steer

FRYEBURG – After four years at the helm of Fryeburg Academy‘s boys lacrosse team, Scott Lees of Conway said he was forced by academy officials to resign as head coach after sharing on Facebook an open letter to President Barack Obama that was unflattering to Muslims.

The letter, written by “An American Citizen,” was about Obama’s speech given in Cairo in 2009. In that speech and in another made last month, the president said Islam has long been a part of American history.

In the first part of the letter, it wonders whether anyone has have ever seen a Muslim hospital or heard a Muslim orchestra. The writer goes on to charge that Muslims “are still the largest traffickers in human slavery,” that they were allied with Adolf Hitler in World War II and that they were either pleased with or silent on the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. The writer adds that the Barbary pirates were Muslims.

(Please think about this and its importance. Send it out to whomever you can. This is a staggering article showing that telling the bare bones facts about a historical certainty is now an offense which costs a career and soon, well we can look at sharia for the logical future of that)

2. Imam of Mecca’s grand mosque calls for all-out war against Shi’ites and Christians

“Muslim Cleric Calls for ‘All-Out War,’” by Riyadh Mohammed, The Fiscal Times, April 2, 2015:

…Amid the ongoing Sunni-Shiite wars, on the eve of April Fools’ Day, an audio recording was circulated online of the man who presides over the holiest site for Muslim around the world. The caption on photo accompanying the recording read, “Imam of the grand mosque in Mecca calls for all-out war against Shiites.”

“Our war with Iran, say that out loud, is a war between Sunnis and Shiites,” Sunni preacher Abdul Rahman al-Sudais says in the nearly seven-minute clip. “Our war with Iran…is truly sectarian. If it was not sectarian, we will make it sectarian… The Jews and cross” – meaning Christians – “I swear by Allah that they will have their days…The prophet said that Rome will be conquered …Our disagreement with Rafidha” – another word for Shiites – “will not be removed, nor our suicide to fight them… as long as they are on the face of the earth….”

3. You may not refuse a gay cake in Coloroado but you may refuse an anti gay cake.

The dispute arose a year ago, when local resident William Jack asked Denver’s Azucar Bakery to bake several cakes, each depicting a Bible and decorated with biblical verses condemning homosexuality. The bakery refused, and Jack filed a civil rights complaint.

Michelle Malkin saw something fishy about the decision and tweeted:

Normally I add a lot more to a post but I am anxious that item 1 get out there as quickly as possible. Thank you TJW., M., Richard and a host of others who will be named in the upcoming posts for all the time and effort they gave today.

  1. The left is pushing to destroy all of the base culture of the West, the US Constitution is one of the main obstacles to their agenda and thus must be destroyed.

2 – This should be headlining all Western papers.

  2. There is sure to be a lot more where that came from. It’s interesting that it’s gaining momentum at the same time as genuine scholarship (as opposed to the cultural Marxist Saudi-funded kind) proving pretty much the whole of the story of Islam’s inception to be a massive hoax, an unsupported unhistorical scam. Mecca isn’t even where it’s supposed to be. For centuries Muslims have been circumambulating the wrong cube, kissing the wrong stone, filling jugs with the wrong zamzam water and running back and forth between the wrong hills. Their claims are laughable and when we come to our senses we are going to laugh them and their leftist sycophants and enablers out of the academy.

      • yucki, I understand there is a range of scholarly opinion and lively ongoing debate, as with much else that concerns the first 200 years of Islam. But here is Tom Holland from In the Shadow of the Sword (2012):

‘…the precise location of the Arabs’ desert shrine remained as much a puzzle to outsiders as it had ever been. Nevertheless, there were certain suggestive clues. It was noted by one bishop, for instance, that the Muhajirun of Iraq, when they bowed to pray, did so towards the West—“towards the Ka’ba, the primordial wellspring of their race”—while those in Alexandria turned to the East. Muslim tradition too, rather startlingly, recorded something very similar. The founder of the first mosque in Kufa, so it was said, had fired an arrow to determine the qibla—the direction of prayer—and it had landed not to the south of the mosque, in a line with Mecca, but somewhere to its west. So, although no contemporary tells us explicitly where Ibn al-Zubayr took refuge, the weight of evidence would suggest a location to the north of the Hijaz, midway between Kufa and Alexandria. Since this is precisely the region with which Muhammad himself appears to have been most familiar, and since Ibn al-Zubayr was consciously aiming to defend the Prophet’s legacy, the likelihood must surely be that the House of God in which he barricaded himself stood not in Mecca but between Medina and Palestine: in that “blessed place” named by the Prophet himself as Bakka.’

Holland says there is no case to be made for Mecca as the great Arabian trading center of its day as described in much later stories about it:

‘A merchant from Alexandria might cheerfully discourse about the trading opportunities in entrepôts as far afield as India, and never even so much as allude to Mecca—on his doorstep though it effectively was. In gazetteers written by Muhammad’s contemporaries—whether diplomats, geographers or historians—mentions of it are notable by their glaring absence. Even in the Qur’an itself, the word appears just once. “In the belly of Mecca, it was God who held their hands back from you”—an allusion that might as well be to a valley as to a city. Otherwise, in all the vast corpus of ancient literature, there is not a single reference to Mecca—not one’

        • This is interesting, and adds another reason the Moslems are against all study of the past.
