2. Slaughtered for their entertainment: Crowds gather to watch the barbaric murder of Jordanian pilot on specially erected giant screens on the streets of Raqqa… and CHEER when the airman goes up in flames

(Showing once again that islam treats human suffering as a form of pornography)

A sickening video has emerged showing crowds of Islamic State supporters watching the barbaric murder of Jordanian pilot Moaz al-Kasasbeh on specially erected giant screens in the terror group’s de facto capital Raqqa.

The four minute video, titled ‘Muslims’ Joy at Burning of Jordanian Pilot’, shows men and children gathering in the busy streets of the city to watch footage of Kasasbeh being burnt alive by terrorists.

The crowd can be heard cheering and shouting religious slogans as the airman goes up in flames, before members of the crowd are interviewed and asked for their views on the atrocity, which has been widely condemned as one of the most sickening acts ever committed to film

Among those questions is a child who appears no more than six-years-old. He is seen smiling and talking vividly about the murder, while eulogising about ISIS and their barbaric acts.

3. Rotherham Council Closed Down Following Sexual Abuse Failure

(Wait, an entire city council shut down, because of what is alluded to be be complicity in one of the largest mass rape of children in modern history within the non-islamic world? Or is it the non-islamic world?)

Rotherham Council is to be effectively closed down until an election can be held in 2016, all powers currently held by the Cabinet will be transferred to Commissioners responsible the Secretary of State for Local Government.

Eric Pickles made the announcement at the House of Commons today, after Rotherham was shown to have failed to protect children from being sexually abused.

The Council has fourteen days to write to Pickles should they wish to object to the plan to bring in the five commissioners. He said he was taking the steps because the council was “seriously failing the people of Rotherham, and particularly the most vulnerable”.

Pickles said that he was minded to appoint the commissioners to replace the “wholly dysfunctional cabinet”. This means that all executive power currently held by democratically elected councillors would pass to the appointed officials if he presses ahead, which is all but guaranteed.

(More at BBC as well. Daily mail here) Interestingly, the BBC managed to find a way to shift the focus of blame of the massive child rape in Rotherham on the EDL. Check this bit out:

But the investigators said that by failing to take action against the abusers of Pakistani heritage, the council had “inadvertently fuelled the far right and allowed racial tensions to grow”

6. ISIS vows attacks on France, calls Muslims to join new ‘caliphate’

The Islamic State has reportedly threatened France with more attacks and called for French Muslims to join the new “caliphate.” A new video by the group has emerged online, nearly a month after the deadly attacks in Paris.

The video, reportedly seen by AFP, shows a masked individual surrounded by armed fighters calling on French Muslims to take up the cause for the creation of an “Islamic caliphate,” which has taken root in parts of Iraq and Syria.
The group is also demanding that the French government release suspected jihadists that were detained for participating in the fighting in the Middle East.

Thank you M., Draculea and many many more. Playing catch up again today. Will be on top of it all by tonight.

  1. New Ebola cases show first ‘rise in 2015’ (BBC, Feb 4, 2015)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/health-31140987

“The number of new Ebola cases has increased for the first time in 2015 in all three affected countries, the WHO’s latest weekly figures show, There were 124 new confirmed cases in the week to 1 February – 39 in Guinea, five in Liberia and 80 in Sierra Leone. The increase will raise questions over whether efforts to contain Ebola have been successful, correspondents say. More than 8,500 people have died in the outbreak, but recently numbers of cases have been decreasing.”

@3, I wonder if this will make an difference or will the voters just elect new people who will do the same thing?

  3. Bell Canada agent calls customer ‘slut’ in e-mail

MONTREAL – A Bell Canada client who gave a mediocre service rating to a call-centre agent was called a “slut” and a “bitch” in a vicious e-mail.

On Jan. 23, Chartier was using Bell’s chat service to ask why her television and Internet bill had increased from $72 to $105.

The employee, who Chartier identified as Mohamed Boutallaka, said a promotion had expired and suggested she contact a different department
Chartier was about to end the conversation when the agent begged her not to give him a bad grade on an upcoming survey.

“I hadn’t received poor service, but he couldn’t help me either,” Chartier said.

“So I said I received ‘pretty good’ service, but I took the trouble to specify in the comments that it wasn’t the agent’s fault.”

A few minutes later, the student found a message in her inbox.

“You’re a bitch leticia and a real slut,” read the e-mail, which Chartier provided to QMI Agency.

Chartier immediately complained to Bell Canada but said the company isn’t taking her seriously.

“The supervisor who I spoke to on the phone apologized, but she never called me back to follow up.”

Chartier did some research on Facebook and found out Boutallaka works out of Bell’s office in Morocco.

“It reassured me a bit,” Chartier said. “At least I know he won’t come to my place.”

A Bell Canada spokesman told QMI Agency the company has opened an internal investigation and that the agent in question could be fired.

  4. ISIS video may show woman linked to kosher grocery attack

French authorities say a woman in the latest video released by French-speaking ISIS fighters may be Hayat Boumeddiene, who is believed to have knowledge about the deadly January 9 attack on a Paris kosher grocery, a source close to the investigation told CNN.

The video, titled “Blow Up France 2,” was released Tuesday and shows an ISIS fighter praising previous attackers in France and calling for new attacks. The video shows a woman standing next to the speaker, wearing camouflage clothing and holding a weapon.

“French authorities are investigating the possibility this woman could be Hayat Boumeddiene,” the source said.

Authorities believe Boumeddiene is now in Syria.

Four people were killed January 9 when Amedy Coulibaly took them and other civilians hostage inside a kosher grocery in Paris. Boumeddiene was a known associate of Coulibaly.

The attacker was killed by police in a rescue, and the remaining hostages fled to safety.

The grocery store attack followed the January 8 attack by Islamic gunmen on Charlie Hebdo, a satire magazine. The next day, a French police officer was killed.
