1. Two Reported Dead in Shootings at Kansas Jewish Community Center

Three people are reportedly dead in a pair of shootings at a Jewish community center and retirement community in Overland Park, Kansas.
Police said that two people were killed in the town’s Jewish Community Center and another was killed at a second location but did not disclose where. According to ABC News affiliate KMBC-TV in Kansas City the third person was killed at Village Shalom, which is nearby.
Police have a person of interest in custody but would not confirm motive or if the attack was a hate crime.
Codenamed Operation Trojan Horse, the document advises spreading false allegations and packing governing bodies with supporters.
3. Video on the Kansas shooting. Oddly, many reporters claim to have seen the shooter but none have given even the most cursory descriptions of him.
This appears to be the shooter.

Monday April 14 2014 Nigerian bus station bombing kills 71 on edge of capital
A morning rush hour bomb killed at least 71 people at a Nigerian bus station on the outskirts of the capital on Monday, raising concerns about the spread of an Islamist insurgency after the deadliest ever attack on Abuja.
President Goodluck Jonathan pointed the finger of suspicion at Boko Haram, although there was no immediate claim of responsibility from the Islamist militants who are active mainly in the northeast. As well as the dead, police said 124 were wounded in the first attack on the federal capital in two years.
