  4. Court in Egypt bans Palestinian group Hamas (BBC, March 4, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-26432122
“A court in Egypt has banned all activities by the Palestinian Islamist movement Hamas and ordered the seizure of its offices and assets.

A lawsuit filed by an Egyptian lawyer had demanded the move because of its links to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Egypt’s interim government designated the Brotherhood a terrorist group in December, five months after President Mohammed Morsi was ousted by the army.

A Hamas spokesman, Sami Abu Zuhri, condemned the court ruling.

“The decision harms the image of Egypt and its role towards the Palestinian cause,” he told Reuters news agency. “It reflects a form of standing against Palestinian resistance.”

Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil Fahmy told a news conference he was not aware of the ruling, but added: “Whoever threatens Egypt’s security should understand that there will be consequences.”

Senior Hamas officials, including deputy political leader Moussa Abu Marzouk, live in Cairo and may now be at risk of arrest…”

  9. VIDEO – Ihsaan Gardee on CBC: “We [NCCM / CAIR-CAN and Washington-based CAIR] are two separate and distinct organizations… It’s like Pepsi and Coke.”

On January 28, 2014, NCCM Executive Director Ihsaan Gardee was interviewed by Evan Solomon on CBC Power and Politics about the notice of libel sent earlier that day by his organization to the Prime Minister Harper’s Office. The notice of libel was NCCM’s answer to a statement made by the PMO’s Director of communications earlier in January to the effect that the NCCM has “documented ties” with the terrorist organization Hamas.

The portion of the interview transcribed by Point de Bascule relates to the relationship of NCCM / CAIR-CAN with Washington-based CAIR. Given that a Canadian court may have to decide on the nature of the links between CAIR-CAN / NCCM and Hamas, the relationship between CAIR-CAN / NCCM and its “parent organization” Washington-based CAIR becomes all the more important and relevant. In the past, American tribunals have confirmed the links between Washington-based CAIR and Hamas. In 2009 for example, in the case United States of America v. Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development, Judge Jorge Solis stated that: (Section IV) “The government has produced ample evidence to establish the associations of CAIR, ISNA, NAIT, with NAIT, the Islamic Association for Palestine, and with Hamas.”

This decision was archived and commented by the Investigative Project on Terrorism.

  10. Hello there…..its me again…….Don Laird…

    A coup d’etat far away?

    Perhaps a civil war?

    Armed insurrection from within?

A tyrant starts paving his road to absolute power?

A night of “long knives” not too far away?

You tell me after you listen to Gov. Rick Perry of Texas.

    http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=54b_1393979633

The truth is that the defense to a tyrant, to this Obama tyrant, to this treasonous and seditious president, are well equipped, large state national guards. It’s no secret that Texas, home to the 3rd in Fort Hood as well as elements of the Air Force, is well equipped to facilitate the removal of this treasonous president from Washington, DC.

My only question is “Why have you waited so long”?

    Food for thought………..

  11. Re: US and Australia refuse to call a muslim terrorist attack in China, terrorism.

Why should the US be concerned about Muslim terrorism?

The US has invited the Muslim Brotherhood into the government of the US. The US supports al Qaeda in in Syria, and has handed Iraq over to al Qaeda or worse. It still supports the MB in Egypt. It is also in negotiation with the Taleban in Afghanistan. And in Ukraine, it supports the neo-Nazi illegitimate authority.
