I don’t understand how an exchange of fire between ‘Somali Pirates’ and a western naval vessel can last longer than a handful of seconds.
#3 Integration hiccup there, it seems, Americans not integrating with Somalis quickly enough. Things will go more smoothly once there are more Somalis.
