Police investigate the scrne in Parliament Hill after an individual was arrested after the Prime Minister’s Office was evacuated when a suspicious package was discovered on Wednesday Oct. 16, 2013 in Ottawa.

The bomb scare occurred just hours before the government’s speech from the throne, which was delivered as scheduled.

Mohamoud Jimale, 45, has been charged with one count uttering threats and one count mischief.
