  1. Very good! I dont think Assad is a saint, neither do I think his regime is the future for Syria, BUT the sunni-jihadist killers should never be allowed to win and take over the country. The western support for them is a crime against humanity!

  2. Take another look at the young Christian girls in the first video. They are relaxed, as well as charming – young girls we can recognize. That is what a culture does. The little boy is relaxed and happy.

I wonder if they would be so relaxed and happy, if the Jihadis we are still supporting, had taken over Maaloula. For a start, they would be lying on the street with their throats slit. Of course , it goes without saying, that this would be nothing to do with Islam.

  3. Re: 2. Hoisting Flag in Mosque Angers Uighur Muslims

    1. Activists – on closer examination are simply Muslims pretending to be secular human rights activists.

    2. Uighurs demand that they are given more protection, and Beijing improve their economic position.

From which I gather, Muslims everywhere demand special rights for Muslims. They are poor, as they are indolent.

The problem remains Beijing and for everyone else, that as Muslims are given special rights, and government gives them more money and economic privileges, all it does is to make them even more fanatic and obstinate.

  4. #2 China is preparing for pogroms.

They are counting numbers. So they gave signals they are changing their birth control policy.

They are provoking the Uighurs. Unlike the ethnic majority, China has not limited family size of then Uighurs. China has made sure that ethnic Uighurs and Hui had beef and not pork for along long time. There was a small Muslim Khanate within the borders of China (NE part of Xinjiang). It was dissolved during the Warlord period. It was a point of pride. Trouble started afterwards. Well more trouble. Looking at Xinjiang in the 1920s and 1930s one needs a very, very, large scorecard.

P.S. The Soviet Union did use poison gas bombs during the Invasion of Xinjiang. but the left still lives the good ole USSR.

As Obama dithers more & weakens the U.S. i expect the ruling clique to take more action in Xinjiang.

  5. #5 Yes, it looks like a fort. But actually it is a barrel and those inside are fish. The high walls and gate are to keep out small riots or thieves until police can come. They are not meant to use the place as a fort. There is no parapet. A wall without a parapet is more akin to a barrel. In warfare you need to dance. You cannot dance in a barrel.

So these jihadis made their stand in a barrel and Darwin ruled.

  6. Yemen experiencing applied jihad. Again? More like an applied jihad continuum.

  10. Egypt returns $2 billion to Qatar in sign of growing tensions

Relations between both Arab states Egypt and Qatar are souring in the wake of crackdown on Muslim Brotherhood

Qatar condemned last month’s attack by Egyptian security forces on Muslim Brotherhood supporters camps in Cairo in which hundreds were killed and has asked for the release of jailed Muslim Brotherhood leaders. At least 2,000 Islamist activists, mostly from the Brotherhood, have been arrested in the past two months.

Egypt called Qatar’s pro-Morsi comments clear interference in its affairs. Local media accused Qatar of seeking to take over Egypt’s historic regional leadership role.

Egyptian authorities have closed the Cairo offices of Qatar’s Al Jazeera news channel, accusing it of siding with Morsi, and two Al Jazeera journalists have been detained for over a month.
