1. WSJ has interesting video/article about Israeli and Saudi joint influence on current Egyptian policy at the expense of US.

2. Australia’s government wants to stop travel to the US in the wake of the murder of an Oz baseball player by 3 black bored teens to send a message about tighter gun control missing the point by several parsecs, just as the British did in 2008 with sword control. (Thanks Red)

It comes as Duncan Police Chief Danny Ford said he had secured the confession of the 17-year-old who summoned investigators to his jail cell and claimed he and the younger boys were bored “so they decided to kill somebody”.

(Zimmerman should really point to these guys and the lack of media interest.)

3. Unnamed Cab driver ‘loses control of cab’, runs into women costing her a foot and a leg, right in front of FOX building in New York.

UPDATE – Unnamed cabbie is now named, in the article linked: Mohammad Himon of the Bronx. H/T Dana

4. Breakthrough in Vienna!

Sources close to Geert Wilders inform me that a historic meeting took place today in Vienna between Geert Wilders, the leader of the PVV (Partij voor de Vrijheid, Party for Freedom) and Heinz-Christian Strache, the leader of the FPÖ (Freiheitlichen Partei Österreichs, Austrian Freedom Party) in Vienna.

The meeting was arranged by David Lasar, who is a Jewish contact for the FPÖ, a member of the city council, and Mr. Strache’s confidant.

5. Muslim Brotherhood supporters in Egypt killing police

6. Pakistani jihadi hackers group, ZHC, hacked the EDL website and took it down today.

  1. #2 Banning guns wouldn’t have stopped the murder.

#4 Good, I hope a formal alliance comes from this.

  2. Unnamed cabbie is now named, in the article linked: Mohammad Himon of the Bronx.

  3. #2
    -Gun control
    – Sword control (but I see many news stories of machetes)

-Now some British doctors want knife control. Which means that out kitchens will suffer but crime will not go down.

British Doctors Call for Ban on Long Kitchen Knives to End Stabbings

So what do we have? 2 instance of actual object control, 1 request for object control and since we have seen this before we know acid control cannot be far behind.

It is all about control of objects and not control of people of convincing people to control themselves.

Politicians and activists have made it that people have little fear of hurting another person. many of these same people have come up with pablum like multi-culturalism to replace religion. Then these same people decry the resulting violence.

Everyone could say they are bored. Does that mean everyone can kill everyone else?

I really mean it. Soon physicists say they will have T.O.E. the theory of Everything. that is they will be able to to reconcile quantum mechanics with strong theory and all that. They will be relate the strong force to the weak force to gravity to electro magnetism. Everything will be an engineering or accounting problem.

Don’t give me theology, as so many people on the left are doing their damnedest to destroy that.

So what will people be left to do except sun themselves, eat or screw? If all the restaurants, beaches and movies blur, won’t we be in trouble?

People will take up sports so see what they can do? Reading up on physiology and that is as predictable as an engineering or accounting problem.

  5. #3 Just how fast could you be going on a NYC street? 25 or 35 MPH.

At that speed you should be able to stop in a car length. Two at the most.

    Skid marks?

Or is this guy so out of it he doesn’t know how to use brakes? One has to wonder if he wanted to use breaks?

They’ll try to pin it on the cyclist and I consider them a pain, but still not seeing any skid marks.

  6. Why is it that the mental images that jumped into my mind when I heard about this attack turned out to be almost exactly correct? Why did I know that it was going to be black teenagers out doing a little bit of polar bear hunting the minute I heard the details of the crime? No wonder George Zimmerman was so nervous while tailing young Trayvon. If going out and hunting people for fun, based solely on their race, isn’t a hate crime, then nothing is. But the mainstream media won’t call it that – just you watch…

  7. RE #2 We do not need gun control what is needed is these inbred mutants to be controlled. More than likely there was no family structure or anyone to hold these vermin accountable.

  8. cab driver Faysal Kabir Mohammad Himon . ‘I’m very upset,’

    Really? You poor thing.

Has it entered into your head at all that the woman whose leg you severed might be feeling a little upset as well?

  9. 4. The best part was it was posted on the “gates of Vienna!”

The polish saving the west once again

  10. #2, gun control….. I can think of “other” things to control, but they certainly don’t include weapons or objects.

Obama will obviously use the killing of Australian Chris Lane as an opportunity to once again reignite the gun control debate. Australia disagrees with US gun laws (but Australia has bigger problems on its horizon that it’s ignoring, as we all know).

“Australia’s gun laws changed in 1996 when a lone gunman killed 35 people…the new laws included a ban on semi-automatic rifles, and semi-automatic and pump-action shotguns. But Australia is in no position to lecture other countries on gun control laws: Between 2005-2012, gun murders across Australia ALMOST DOUBLED, while the incidence of guns used in kidnappings TRIPLES.”
