This should be extremely significant let’s see how the administration weasels out of it.

  1. Good news. It will be interesting to see how the PC leftist enablers get out of this one…

  2. The way I see it, a similar situation has happened already when two servicemen were shot and one killed on US soil by a jihadi. Both men qualified for the purple heart by any reading of the qualifications but as far as I know neither has received it yet. To have given it means that the US is a battlefield and it is with islamic jihadis. So these men where denied what another US serviceman actually did get for cutting himself on a coke machine some years earlier.

The Obama admin has become virtual contortionists to try and twist Hassan’s actions into anything other than what it was, which of course is jihad. Officially, its ‘work place violence’. Which makes it obvious why Nidal would give his statement to FOX only. Clearly FOX is the only mass media willing to call an enemy an enemy while the rest of the media, despite having had their phone lines tapped by the white house, are still loyal to the administration like trained seals.

Here we have a chance to pierce the narrative. But I can see a few ways they might duck it. Ironically, they may use political correctness as a defense as well and manage to duck responsibility in the same way that the defenders of the Shafia family did in Ontario. When Mohamed Shafia killed one of his wives and a few daughters, the CBC and other leftist defenders of islam and the Shafia family who actually eat and breath political correctness as the only allowable way to think even to the point of criminalizing truth if it runs afoul of what Ezra calls, “minority poker” by saying that political correctness on behalf of the social workers and various teachers and so on that had seen the warning signs of something like this coming up the pipe were to blame for the Shafia murders, and consequently not Islam or the remaining Shafia family members who actually planned and executed the murders.

Get it? The CBC used political correctness itself as a politically correct way of avoiding the truth, which is politically incorrect. By saying that the various white Canadian government employees where too afraid to take the necessary steps because the family where religious muslims from Afghanistan, they were in effect, discriminating against these poor Muslim girls and are the real culprit even though had they acted, they likely would have lost their jobs, never been hired again in their fields and almost certainly because of the stories that would have been reported on that same CBC. After all, a murder that didn’t happen is one that probably never would have, right? So whatever steps you take to prevent it has to make you a racist.

  3. I would agree that this may ultimately be Political Correctness being put on trial. In a sane society this would be a good opportunity to finally blow it out of the water. I’m not holding my breath, though. Even if they do get the most favorable outcome it will have little effect on today’s low information voters that don’t care one way or the other.

  4. I was delighted to hear this development in hopes it will expose the lie of ‘workplace violence’ peddled by the Obama admin which is morally corrupt, like most Western governments and the problems goes beyond being politically correct or trying to maintain a pretense of cohesion or shared values.

One day, these feeble leaders will be forced to confront the truth that Islam is not compatible with Western values and freedoms. Muslims living here should be given the choice of repudiating the supremacist discriminatory elements of their faith, or leaving our shores. I doubt they’ll opt for either choice so we’re all being set up for future conflict in our various western countries
    .
I’m not anti-Muslim and feel pity for the millions who have little choice but to pretend to believe the backward hateful ideology. I wish them well in their struggle to free themselves from religious tyranny in their own lands, but why do we tolerate thousands of hardliners and hate preachers coming to Western countries or muslims born here becomming fanatical trying to install Sharia and crush us under Islamic rule?

Why do we allow them to get away with this treason instead of having the courage to strip them of citizenship and boot them out of our countries? I see no moral dilemma as they don’t want to live here under western laws and values, and we certainly don’t want their backward ideology taking root here so the solution is simple. Yet few of our leaders has the courage or integrity to do what’s necessary to protect their people and preserve their culture and values.

  5. As far as the Obama administration is concerned, by the time judgement is delivered on this case, they will be out of government. They cannot then be prosecuted for anything, while the incumbents and the tax payers will be left holding the damages.

The law needs to be changed so that stupidity and willful maladministration should not have a time limit for being held responsible.

  6. I’ve been wondering for several years now why victims of muslims violence and criminality didn’t bring class actions law suits against their governments who set these animals loose upon them.

  7. DP they can be prosecuted for any and all crimes they committed while Obama was in office, the fact that no one does that is because they are afraid of setting a precedent.

  8. The reason Bill Clinton was never prosecuted was he cut a sweetheart deal with his Attorney General and a Judge he appointed, he plead guilty to all charges and was sentenced to giving up his law license for several years.
