Links and news for July 9 2013 – 3

1. The story is kinda interesting from a ‘how to snatch a pistol from a lady’ POV but the comments are freaking hysterical! More here

2. Obama supporters sign petition to repeal the Bill of Rights

3. Hundreds expected to line the streets at Lee Rigby’s funeral. (And I very sincerely hope that those hundreds of people chant demands to know what happened to the other 2 soldiers murdered on the streets of GB since Lee Rigby and if there have been any others.)

4. Middle eastern journalists and activists fed up with Al Jazeera’s pro Muslim Brotherhood Bias. Throws them out of press conferences etc.

According to Lebanon’s Daily Star, the public has taken to calling the news network derogatorily “Al Jazeera Ikhwan,” which means “Al Jazeera Brotherhood.”

5. Interesting poster juxtaposing two cultures.

  1. Face palm! I live in Oklahoma and must apologize for the behavior of my fellow citizens. Hext to the story on the “Loaded ‘Lady'” I see a link to an article about the perv hiding in the women’s privy at a Tulsa park. Maybe the two should meet or maybe they have met…

  2. Repeal the Bill of Rights….Mmm!

It pains me to say this but I am convinced that any glib talking man could spray the average American with gasoline and ask them for a match and they would oblige! Is it any wonder that corporate lawyers in the USA have such a lucrative career?

  3. The link to the story on Rigby’s funeral plans is posted in the Manchester Evening News. I make a habit of looking at the main page of linked news sources as it’s inevitable there is more there, than meets the eye. This paper is no exception:
