There is misconception that the Reformation was about making Christianity peaceful. Not so, the Reformation was about stopping capitalism that had crept into the Catholic church, ie the Catholic church was making a profit for granting absolutions.
Christianity was never a violent religion. It was the secular rulers of feudal Christian kingdoms, that were incessantly waging war on each other for financial and territorial gain.
This is worth watching.

I wonder where Ezra Levant got his knowledge of Christianity. He lives in Canada, and probably was born in Canada, which is predominantly Christian.
