1. Venezuela running out of toilet paper. Government claims that anti-government forces, including the private sector, are causing the shortages in an effort to destabilise the country. Not that artificial price controls cannot work as a law of nature.

2. Quebec to remove parking exemption for very religious Jews. I actually agree with the PQ on this. The problem is that I am certain that when it comes to the muslim parking-jihad we see whenever and wherever muslims build a mosque they will turn a blind eye, allowing the islamification of the area to proceed apace.

3. Baloch muslims seek alliance with Israel, want to take on Iran and Pakistan

4. How will he die? A Palestinian kids show.

5. “Recent press reports have indicated that President Obama may make the cuts — fully one-third of the nation’s arsenal — by executive action and without Congressional authorization.”

(Once again in a weird way I agree. Any nation that can elect Obama as commander in chief is simply not responsible enough to have a significant nuclear arsenal. Obama is a self fulfilling argument.)

6. Muhammed Khalil, 38, attacked his wife Bilikis Parveen, 33 last year

The father slapped her then rammed her head into a cabinet
Then asked his mistress to lie for him saying that he was the victim of abuse
He has been jailed for 15 months after pleading guilty to attempting to pervert the course of justice

AN alarming number of under-age girls – some as young as nine – are being forced into marriage in Islington, according to a leading campaign group.

The Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO) claim that at least 30 girls in the borough  were forced into marriage in 2010.

8. More and more English people being jailed and criminally prosecuted for saying ‘offensive’ things about muslim centers being built where they live. So far however, no muslims have been jailed for the offensive things they say as a matter of dogma within those muslim centers.

9. Obama, not willing to allow the Marines to save the lives of diplomats in the US foreign service, is OK with them holding an umbrella over his head. Of course as time goes by and we realize that his head is in fact made of sugar it makes sense that he would fear the rain.

10. Do muslim non-profits have it easier than conservative groups with the IRS?

  1. Russia sends warships, missiles to Syria

Russia has sent more than a dozen war ships to patrol the waters near Syria, U.S. military spokesmen said on Friday.

The country also gave Syria supersonic anti-ship cruise missiles, model P-800 Onika, United Press International reported. The message: Moscow is fully supportive of Syrian President Bashar Assad, U.S. officials believe.

  2. Russia sends advanced missiles to aid Assad in Syria

Russia has sent advanced antiship cruise missiles to Syria, a move that illustrates the depth of its support for the Syrian government led by President Bashar al-Assad, American officials said Thursday.

Russia has previously provided a version of the missiles, called Yakhonts, to Syria. But those delivered recently are outfitted with an advanced radar that makes them more effective, according to American officials who are familiar with classified intelligence reports and would only discuss the shipment on the basis of anonymity.

Unlike Scud and other longer-range surface-to-surface missiles that the Assad government has used against opposition forces, the Yakhont antiship missile system provides the Syrian military a formidable weapon to counter any effort by international forces to reinforce Syrian opposition fighters by imposing a naval embargo, establishing a no-fly zone or carrying out limited airstrikes.

“It enables the regime to deter foreign forces looking to supply the opposition from the sea, or from undertaking a more active role if a no-fly zone or shipping embargo were to be declared at some point,” said Nick Brown, editor in chief of IHS Jane’s International Defense Review. “It’s a real ship killer.”

  3. NYT- Weiner’s Wife, Huma Abedin, Didn’t Disclose Consulting Work She Did While Serving in State Dept.

[…]the lines were blurred between Ms. Abedin’s work in the high echelons of one of the government’s most sensitive executive departments and her role as a Clinton family insider.

While continuing her work at the State Department, in the latter half of 2012, she also worked for Teneo, a strategic consulting firm, which was founded by Doug Band, a former adviser to President Bill Clinton. Teneo has advised corporate clients like Coca-Cola and MF Global, the collapsed brokerage firm run by Jon S. Corzine, a former governor of New Jersey.

At the same time, Ms. Abedin served as a consultant to the William Jefferson Clinton Foundation and worked in a personal capacity for Mrs. Clinton as she prepared to transition out of her job as secretary of state.

  4. I am not sure if Obama has the authority to reduce the size of the arsenal without approval, I think that would fall under Article 1 section 8, the clause about raise and support Armies.

There weren’t pictures of the incidents but the Clintons used the military aides as waiters, continually asking them to go get drinks for them during the parties.

  5. Chinese man held in Kashmir over ‘koran desecration’

A Chinese man in Pakistani-administered Kashmir has been taken into protective custody after he was accused of desecrating the koran, officials say.

The man, named only as Mr Lee, works for a Chinese consortium that is building a dam in Kashmir.

A police official told the BBC that Mr Lee was held to prevent him from being lynched by an angry mob.
