  1. It’s always a great idea to give weapons to sick, retarded, genocidal, muslim terrorist maniacs. What could possibly go wrong, dear reader?

  2. The enemy of my enemy is my friend, that’s just great, however sooner or later what happens he is no longer your ‘friend’.?

  3. Syrian rebel army chief injured in blast (CNN, March 25, 2013)

“The head of the Free Syrian Army is in stable condition after a blast targeted his car, the rebel group’s spokesman said. Col. Riad al-Asaad, who is not related to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, was injured Sunday during a visit to the eastern province of Deir Ezzor, Free Syrian Army spokesman Louay Almokdad said. The spokesman said al-Asaad is recovering from a foot injury in Turkey, but declined to confirm reports that his foot was amputated … The attack took place four days after a video posted on YouTube showed al-Asaad defending the controversial al-Nusra Front and slamming the main opposition umbrella group. The United States has designated al-Nusra Front as a terrorist organization linked to al Qaeda, but some rebels say they don’t have a problem fighting alongside them against Bashar al-Assad’s forces. “NUSRA FRONT(FIGHTERS) ARE OUR BROTHERS. THEY ARE 90% SYRIANS AND THE REST MAY BE FROM OTHER MUSLIM COUNTRIES,” THE REBEL LEADER SAID IN THE VIDEO….” (Emphasis mine.)

Salafists Vow to Fight Until There Is ‘Islamic State in Syria’ (Al-Monitor, Jan 16, 2013)

“”We are an Islamic group, and we want to establish an Islamic country when the [Syrian President Bashar al-]Assad era ends,” said Rami. Rami claimed to have no knowledge of Mouaz Alkhatib, the former imam of a Damascus mosque and the new, internationally recognized leader of the Syrian opposition. “Most of the fighters just fight because Assad is evil, but they don’t know anything about this guy or the opposition outside. They just believe Assad needs to go.” He then stressed, “WE WILL FIGHT UNTIL WE ESTABLISH AN ISLAMIC STATE IN SYRIA. EVEN THE 75% OF THE FREE SYRIAN ARMY IS FIGHTING WITH THIS IN MIND. We don’t want it as strict as Saudi Arabia, but we will not let go until we achieve our goal.”” (Emphasis mine.)

  4. Eeyore you took the words out of my mouth, the enemy of my enemy can be a temporary ally but if they weren’t friends before they probably won’t friends after. Think the Soviet Union during WWII, they sent the KGB into the west to infiltrate and work against the west during the war.

  5. I am tired of hearing this vermin called “Rebels”. In their case it’s a euphemism and an insult to true rebels. Obama is terminally dangerous (either through stupidity or complicity).

  6. Rita if it were stupidity he would occasionlly do something that helps the west, since I can’t think of one thing he has done that helps us that leaves complicity.
