A driver who was jailed for beating up an elderly woman who told him to watch his language has been freed on bail after serving just five days.

Usman Yasin, 30, received a 16-week sentence after being found guilty of hitting 81-year-old Patricia Pearson after she covered his mouth to stop him swearing at her for driving too slowly.

The disabled pensioner suffered horrific injuries during the attack in June this year and told the police the the ordeal had left her feeling ‘vulnerable’.

But now she is outraged after her attacker, who has lodged an appeal against his conviction, was granted unconditional bail while he awaits the verdict.

Mrs Pearson said: ‘I’m really fuming about the whole thing – it beggars belief. It is a farce and the law in this country is nothing but an ass.’

Mrs Pearson, a former school cleaner from Birkenhead, said her attacker’s release on unconditional bail – which means there are no restrictions on his freedom – was ‘an absolute disgrace’.

Yasin was jailed on October 10 after Burton Magistrates’ Court heard he hit Mrs Pearson due to her alleged slow driving.

  1. Britain’s two tier legal system strikes again. Lenient treatment for immigrants and ethnic minority offenders, This scum who beat up an old woman and others who groom and abuse children get bailed, but British born EDL members get remanded in prison.

The killer rage driver in Cardiff originated from Slovakia, so expect to see him treated with tender concern and understanding.

  2. There he goes, laughing his ass off about two-tiered “justice”, courtesy of the dumb, dhimmi, leftard “judges” and Britain’s traitorous elite.

  3. Part of me is sad to see the British sink into the sea of islam but another part of me says that this is necessary in order for the masses to wake up, assuming they will ever wake up!

I have listened to one too many talking British skulls on CNN, RT, Al Jizm, BBC, etc.. bash Israel with half truths and have read too many on line British ezines bashing Israel from only a one sided narrow perspective.

Counterpunch, electronic intifada, are maybe not the majors but the majors are as bad too.

Michelle Phillips or Daniel Pipes dubbed London as Londonistan almost a decade ago.

The country is bonkers! Sorry Tommy but you are fighting for those who will never let you or Douglas Murray in their front door. I wish I had options other than leaving with your family.

  4. I wonder whether Mr. Yasin originated in Slovakia, as that is not a Slovak name, so he is likely the progeny of some muzzies shopping around Europe for the best welfare state to infest with their damaged DNA.

And I am not even sure yet that Douglass Murray is ready to be a public ally of Tommy. I think even the intellectuals who understand the problem and are willing to talk about it do not appreciate the severity of it to the extent that they are ready to be seen with the great unwashed.

That said, Mr. Murray may have other reasons. But they better be good ones. The crisis grows by the week.

  6. When I read stories like this, I can’t help wondering who Mrs Pearson has been voting for, for the past 30 years.

  7. Regardless of who she voted for the likes of this scum should learn to keep his hands to itself he has no right to strike another person regardless of how they drive. Since when did he become judge and jury?
