If this doesn’t qualify as a hate crime nothing qualifies.
Like I said before, “It’s a hate crime & don’t let ANYBODY try to tell you different”. My question is, why are the police trying to cover it up. This is the US NOT Nazi Germany. DO NOT allow them to get away with this.
How the hell can it NOT be a hate crime if they asked if he was Jewish before assaulting him! I suppose the rest of the nazi lynch mob were allowed to give witness statements? Michigan is next to Illinois, poison spreading outwards!

In China, we’ve seen all kinds of crimes including love-crimes, but never heard of any hate-crimes. When and how did it happen? And how do you define this term “hate crime”?
