Obama Order Sped Up Wave of Cyberattacks Against Iran

I wonder who leaked this? And so close to an election…

New York Times:

WASHINGTON — From his first months in office, President Obama secretly ordered increasingly sophisticated attacks on the computer systems that run Iran’s main nuclear enrichment facilities, significantly expanding America’s first sustained use of cyberweapons, according to participants in the program.

Mr. Obama decided to accelerate the attacks — begun in the Bush administration and code-named Olympic Games — even after an element of the program accidentally became public in the summer of 2010 because of a programming error that allowed it to escape Iran’s Natanz plant and sent it around the world on the Internet. Computer security experts who began studying the worm, which had been developed by the United States and Israel, gave it a name: Stuxnet.

  1. Here’s a thought: in 1980 the Iranians took steps which they thought influenced the US election. Wonder what they will do this time.?

  2. The most powerful viruses are viruses of the mind. Religion is a mindvirus. Religion will bring down Islam. Islam destroys itself in Syria. The Muslim will burn in hell, unless he converts.

  3. Obama is telling our most secret actions to the world so he can win some support, the Iranians don’t need to do anything, and the only thing they did was make it easier for Reagan to get elected.

  4. In a way, America is more likely to get Islamized than Europe. Compare Obama with Geert Wilders. Europe is under protection of Israeli nukes. These nukes can wipe out the Muslim-infested cities of Europe.
