Anyone remember if kids are being brought to Catholic mass? Synagogues? Buddhist temples as part of the school curricula?

This is becoming so serious I begin to think we should end public funding for education altogether, as clearly school boards and governments cannot be entrusted with our children, to not indoctrinate them into the Marxist narrative or try and massage them into accepting savagery and hatred as a part of democratic society.

  1. It is to bad Ahmediah Islam doesn’t dominate all of Islam.

I wouldn’t mind these people at all in any culture. But they are killed off just as much as the rest of us if not more by ‘true Islam’

  2. I don’t know what all the fuss is about. Non- Muslim children should be allowed to visit mosques as long as they are told the truth and the following five simple guidelines are followed:
1/ The children should be informed beforehand that Muslims practice taqiyya and therefore should not expect to believe everything that they are told inside the mosque. They should be told to treat it like when they watch a children’s fairy tale on TV or something.
2/ The children should be taught respect and remember to remove their shoes when inside the mosque. They should also be taught not to eat inside the mosque until it is officially break time, during which they can sit down inside the mosque and eat their packed lunches including bacon sandwiches and so on…
3/ The children should be taught that the friendly bearded Imam is a little bit like Santa Claus, but on no account should they ever try to sit on his knee, as not only is this disrespectful, but they might unwillingly become involved in a game of ‘parking the car inside the garage’.
4/ The children should be told to listen to what the mosque leaders have to say to them about Islam, but then share their own stories about the little baby Jesus and suggest to the Imam that the mosque could be used as the venue for their nativity play next Christmas. After all Muslims love little baby Jesus too and being a tolerant religion, Islam should welcome the chance to be involved in community events.
5/ The children should remember to tell the Imam that Allah is a funny name for God as it sounds a little bit like someone making a funny noise. They should tell the Imam that Mohammed is a good name though, and that from now on, they are all going to call their favorite teddy bears, Mohammed.

As long as the above rules are followed everything should be fine. Remember that the children should always be accompanied by a responsible adult, preferably their teacher and three large rottweilers, as Muslims love dogs just as much as we do. If the Imam becomes a little frisky then the rottweilers will be there to give his testicles a little nip, so as to stop the naughty man from becoming too aggressive.
Everything should be fine, and I believe that my guidelines should be the blueprint for all schoolchild mosque visits from now on!

  3. The kids are being pushed towards converting to Islam, unfortunatly some will convert.

  4. According to Islam, all it takes to convert is to say the Allah Achbar 3 times. So during a visit to a mosque, school kids are asked to repeat the phrase 3 times. The imam automatically registers these children as Moslems … Teachers give the kids private info to the mosque prior to the visit … Against privacy law, but to prove they’re not prejudiced … When the children return home, their parents are unaware that they have “converted” but the imam & Moslem brotherhood & CAIR consider these children as future fodder for diabolical purposes. And if the parents take these children to their Christian, Jewish, etc Church or Synagogue or other place if worship, the children are Islamic apostates and automatically have a fatwah placed on them. ALL of this will be vehemently denied by the imam using the Islamic practice of Kitman. But those children have a “dull knife” hanging over their heads for the rest of their lives and at any time, the fatwah can be acted on.

This is the Evil of Islam. They lie to promote their lifestyle of death and ignorant and innocent alike fall prey to their deceit.

Combat Islam by Prayer … Pray the Psalms & The Lord’s Prayer (The Our Father). Islam vehemently denies that God is Our Father and praying Psalms which refer to God’s fatherly attributes & The Our Father acts as a talisman around Moslems and restores the mind after reading about Islam in the news.

  5. Free Our Schools
Almost all children now believe they go to school to pass exams. The idea that they may be there for an education is irrelevant. State schools have become exam factories, interested only in A to C Grades. They do not educate children. Exam results do not reflect a candidate’s innate ability. Employers have moaned for years that too many employees cannot read or write properly. According to a survey, school-leavers and even graduates lack basic literacy and numeracy skills. More and more companies are having to provide remedial training to new staff, who can’t write clear instructions, do simple maths, or solve problems. Both graduates and school-leavers were also criticised for their sloppy time-keeping, ignorance of basic customer service and lack of self-discipline.

Bilingual Muslims children have a right, as much as any other faith group, to be taught their culture, languages and faith alongside a mainstream curriculum. More faith schools will be opened under sweeping reforms of the education system in England. There is a dire need for the growth of state funded Muslim schools to meet the growing needs and demands of the Muslim parents and children. Now the time has come that parents and community should take over the running of their local schools. Parent-run schools will give the diversity, the choice and the competition that the wealthy have in the private sector. Parents can perform a better job than the Local Authority because parents have a genuine vested interest. The Local Authority simply cannot be trusted.

The British Government is planning to make it easier to schools to “opt out” from the Local Authorities. Muslim children in state schools feel isolated and confused about who they are. This can cause dissatisfaction and lead them into criminality, and the lack of a true understanding of Islam can ultimately make them more susceptible to the teachings of fundamentalists like Christians during the middle ages and Jews in recent times in Palestine. Fundamentalism is nothing to do with Islam and Muslim; you are either a Muslim or a non-Muslim.

There are hundreds of state primary and secondary schools where Muslim pupils are in majority. In my opinion all such schools may be opted out to become Muslim Academies. This mean the Muslim children will get a decent education. Muslim schools turned out balanced citizens, more tolerant of others and less likely to succumb to criminality or extremism. Muslim schools give young people confidence in who they are and an understanding of Islam’s teaching of tolerance and respect which prepares them for a positive and fulfilling role in society. Muslim schools are attractive to Muslim parents because they have better discipline and teaching Islamic values. Children like discipline, structure and boundaries. Bilingual Muslim children need Bilingual Muslim teachers as role models during their developmental periods, who understand their needs and demands.

None of the British Muslims convicted following the riots in Bradford and Oldham in 2001 or any of those linked to the London bombings had been to Islamic schools. An American Think Tank studied the educational back ground of 300 Jihadists; none of them were educated in Pakistani Madrasas. They were all Western educated by non-Muslim teachers. Bilingual Muslim children need bilingual Muslim teachers as role models. A Cambridge University study found that single-sex classes could make a big difference for boys. They perform better in single-sex classes. The research is promising because male students in the study saw noticeable gains in the grades. The study confirms the Islamic notion that academic achievement is better in single-sex classes.

  6. Iftikhar Ahmad summarized:

Osama bin Laden was taught english by an Englishman, that is why he was a terrorist. Native born Britons should pay for schools which will be run by Muslim parents. ‘I wish the government would extort money from Britons and give it to me to use as I like.’

Anyone perceive any issues with the argument that being an ethnically distinct sub-group entitles its self appointed representatives to wealth extorted from the larger society in order to promote continued linguistic, social, cultural and religious alienation from that society, which alienation forms the basis for the original complaint? Rhetorical question.

Fundamentalism is nothing to do with Islam and Muslim; you are either a Muslim or a non-Muslim.

Thank you! Finally. Confirmation from a Muslim of the argument Pamela Geller and so many others have been making for over a decade. Islam is Islam. No moderate, no extremist, either you are Muslim or you are naught.

  7. Twelve years ago I visited the Temple mount and went inside the two mosques build there: the al-aqsa and the Dome of the Rock – without no head covering at all. Decent dressed of course but with hair blowing in the wind – it is windy up there!

That was not considered unproper then. In Israel most muslim women did not wear hijab at that time. It’s an insult of todays muslims to demand girls and women to wear head covering when visiting a mosque. The hijab is a symbol of Islamism and so we all should refuse wearing it. The teachers of visiting school should refuse such hideous demands.

  8. Im in Scotland and I refused to allow my daughter to cover up and visit a mosque with her class mates.I showed her parts of the koran concerning woman and also the UK Islamic mission website where you can find literature by MAWDUDI on the overthrow of Secular democratic govt. You do have a choice and the school informs you of such visits.Let your kids sit it out………
As for Ahmed , are the children taught in pakistan in the hundreds of madrassas there the same children who grow up and fight in afghanistan?Your lies and subterfuge make me sick. Take ye islamic education and stick it where the sun dont shine.Any form of religious ed should be in private in people homes,at there expense.School in any form is not for indoctrination.
I cant believe we are having such discussions with such people. I cant believe that the ordinary person in the street cant see the damaging effect that Islamic presence in this country and europe is having.
This was not not discussed thirty years ago for the simple reason that there wasnt many muslims here. You dont have to be Einstein to work it out.

  9. The western values suggest equality and freedom for all, that means society must allow religious freedom. The Jews and Christians have Kosher meat and Church schools, yet when Muslims simply ask for the very same teatment. the Islamphobic secular right wing jump up and down, screaming that somehow western values have been attacked.

Sharia courts are for Muslim community not for any body else. The Jews through out Europe have their own religious courts. Similarly state funded Muslim schools are for Muslim children. There is no place for a non-Muslim child or a teacher in a Muslim school.

There are hundreds of state as well as Church schools where Muslim children are in majority. In my opinion, all such schools may be designated as Muslim community schools.

Bilingual Muslim children need bilingual Muslim teachers as role models during their developmental periods. A bilingual teacher has the ability to teach bilingually and explain complex concepts to children who have limited understanding of English. Learning in their first language ‘raises their self-esteem, self-respect and strengthens their identities in western culture.

A report has found that bilingual children are far more likely to get top-grades pass in all subjects. Too many schools miss out on the opportunity to ensure bilingual pupils develop their skills in languages other then English. Children using first language other than English have a some important academic advantages as this bilingualism enables children to develop cognitively. It can also improve ‘intercultural understanding’.

  10. It’s all part of the supremacist double standard. Muslims and islam are “special” don’t you know?….sarc off

A pox on all the dhimmi cowards that support this type of sedition. Your day will come and I can’t wait.

  11. You either dont get it Ahmed or you are spouting an agenda of conquest by other means.
The first language is english, taught in english by english speakers.Speak and teach as many languages as you want ,but exams etc in english. You even have many languages printed out in the voting booths. If you cant read english then you shouldnt be voting.
I personnally dont believe in any faith schools, they are divisive ,segragate the community and procrastinate society in a multicultural limbo.
Religious freedom does not mean the enabling of certain groups in society to indoctrinate anti-democratic and anti-secular beliefs within their community towards the original and broadly based christian native population that has inhabited this land for centuries.
Once again if you want all that you spout go and set your agenda in Pakistan, or is it that you want that agenda in a nice middle-class enviroment that may suit your nice moderate form of Islam .An agenda that woundnt go down to well with all those backward thinking islamists in Karachi.
Hers the rub.Just after partition in 1947 the population of pakistan was arounnd 48,ooo,ooo.Now it stands at around 167,ooo,ooo. Alot of them want to get out of that hell hole to some where decent,FINE! but leave most of your cultural and religious baggage their.Dont bring it here.

  12. Bilingualism is an asset and not a problem. DFE is spending millions so that young generation could learn a foreign language, including Arabic and Urdu. The survival of British Muslim community depends on learning English, Arabic, Urdu and other community languages for their economic, social, emotional and spiritual prosperity. The London Borough of Newham has stopped community papers not for reducing spending but to force Muslims to read only English papers. Tomorrow, the council will stop teaching foreign languages in schools. It will also force Mosques and Imams to read Quran and perform all prayers in English, instead of Arabic. The stupid British politicians have already asked migrant families to use English at home with their children.

In education, there should be a choice and at present it is denied to the Muslim community. In the early 70s, when I floated the idea of Muslim community schools, I was declared a “school hijacker” by an editorial in the Newham Recorder newspaper in east London.

There is a Muslim school in Berkshire where 99percent of its pupils are bilingual ….how terrible….and the DM tries to spin this to appeal to the uneducated racist, when in fact it’s a school that’s doing OK by Ofsted’s standards….I could list many schools where the pupils are all white and English speaking, and yet they are barely literate by the age of 16….but that wouldn’t be a story…as we couldn’t blame ‘bloody foreigners’ for that. These children can speak two languages. How many could yours speak at that age?

Just because it is an islamic school, doesn’t mean it is a bad school. Some people just see islamic and rate it lower, that is racist. Maybe they should show what is going on in secondary schools, some things would be front page news.

Muslim schools Performance Table published in the Muslim News (March 30). I have not seen this published anywhere. We keep on reading in the other media that Muslim children and schools do not do well. But according to the GCSE Table you published, Muslims schools achieve better than the national average, in English and Maths. We should be celebrating such achievements. We don’t hear this from our leaders at all. All credits to the teachers and head teachers in Muslim schools for helping Muslim pupils achieve good results.

Demand for Islamic education in England is growing fast and schools – official and unofficial – are springing up to meet it. Now some local authorities are concerned that there is insufficient regulation. Although the number of Islamic schools is still small – around 168 at the latest count, just 12 of them state-funded – it is growing fast. About 60 of these schools have opened in the last 10 years; several in the last couple of months. And the demand from parents seems to be huge – one school in Birmingham recently attracted 1,500 applications for just 60 places. At least five Islamic schools have recently applied to be free schools, although so far only one has been approved. Islam promotes seeking knowledge as a form of worship, and things like “memorising the Quran” are rewardable. That makes memorising anything else look eas. Muslims live up to a certain strict code which parents enforce on their children, thereby making them adhere to their schoolwork more than their non-religious counterparts. Islam puts a massive emphasis on education and its essentially part of the religion itself since its Sunnah (following in the manners of the Prophet (pbuh)) but also a lot of the pupils will be from ethnic minority families and stereotypes aside its no secret that they encourage their children to excel in their exams and what not.

  13. Iftikhar Ahmad,

Can you explain to us why so many people in Islam are attacking non-Muslims and other Muslims they don’t agree with?
