Yet another one. Let’s hope one of them owned a really terrific restaurant.

Mizan Ahmed was under a court order not to communicate with his wife, Tahmina Yeasmin, 23, after he was charged with domestic assault.
But he persisted in contacting her, and visited her at the Vanauley Walk apartment — in the Spadina Ave.-Dundas St. W. area — where she and their 10-day-old son still lived with his parents.
Yeasmin was found dead in the apartment bathtub with a scarf, knotted in the middle, around her neck on Aug. 28, 2008. The scarf was left to make it look like she had committed suicide, court heard.
Ahmed’s family reported she had tried to take her own life in the past — by hanging herself in the bathroom — and police at first believed her death was self-inflicted.
But after a pathologist determined her cause of death — ligature neck compression — could have been administered by another person, the homicide squad investigated.
Ahmed, 26, was charged with second-degree murder. In January, he pleaded guilty to manslaughter.
So he went around to her apartment and murdered his wife, and then dressed up the scene to make it look like suicide, and this, in our pathetic justice system is called manslaughter?
It makes me greive for the dead, it really does.
Does manslaughter get counted in the murder statistics I wonder, or when they say the murder rate is low, is that because they don’t count the manslaughter stats as murder?
What do you have to do to get sentenced for cold blooded murder? Nip around to the police station first and give them a written plan?
Jeez, these pathetic people.
Murder should be treated as murder and not manslaughter.
