  1. It goes without saying that only the western observers there are afforded the privilege of downing a few beers and flipping the bird. Any N. Korean resident who pulls something like that will be promptly “re-educated”. And the boarder is nice and lax on the N. Korean side because the roaches never check out once they check in.
