REDUX: The video of the attack on the British girl by the Somalis with comentary

There is so much wrong here one can’t put it all in a video. But we can start with imagining what a society would be like where a large fraction of the population lost all faith in its judiciary to dispense rational justice, and if not rational justice, then at least irrational justice evenly meted out.

I would hope the crown prosecutor will appeal this case. The consequences to the established norms, the faith that the British have in their own bureaucrats, judiciary, authority overall will be shattered, if it is not already, as these kinds of cases of selective enforcement pile up.

We all know that had white people done this to black people or Muslims, it would be a hate crime. There would be no release from jail while awaiting trial as we saw from a young mother who merely expressed her opinion (as unfashionable as it may have been) on a subway car and there would not only be time spent in jail but added time because it was a hate crime.

This is a very, very bad thing.

  1. Meanwhile, a 34 year old woman today was denied bail from prison where she has been confined accuse of making racist comments on a tram.

KB, do you think the bad job her boyfriend did of protecting her is because he has been subject to a lifetime of two types of conditioning (1) that he cannot hit women, (2) that if he assaulted a person of colour no matter how much he was outnumbered, the likelihood is that HE will be immediately charged with a racially aggravated assault? (Automatic doubling of sentence) Watch carefully how the police go straight for him when they arrive.

  2. at least the CCTV, so necessary to fight crime we are told, did such a first class job of defending her.
pity the remainder of the whole rotten, corrupt law enforcement empire, (senile judges included), is so decrepit it might as well not exist.

  3. Hell, I’ve never done cocaine in my life… Would that sorry excuse for a human being, sack-of-s*** judge say that I could be forgiven if I had some cocaine and did something really insane afterwards? Hell, no!

Will Britons ever throw the Lib/Lab/Tory bums responsible for such crap out of power? I begin to have serious doubts. I mean, I heard a couple of years ago that they couldn’t take anymore of this, but this sharia-compliant decision by this dhimmi judge is something that makes me wonder how much further this can go. I have really never thought it would ever get to this before things started to change and the islamization rolled back.

  4. All these muzzrats were young, when I was of age to go into a pub and get pissed up, I never did anything like this. Fucking muzzie scum, read the daily mail article and see their pics, all fucking drunk, no hijab or nicquab or burka. These were racist blacks doing what they do best. WTF did we let scum (and I want to use stronger language here) into OUR Country? Lets drive them into the sea!

  5. Martin Bright,

    What would you do?
Stand there and let some other women beat up your wife or girlfriend?
    I wouldn’t.

  6. Eeyore I agree, the man could have gone in and flattened the attackers, and then gone to prison for defending his girlfriend, or he could do what he did and pray she wouldn’t be hurt too bad. It is a sad thing when political correctness makes it impossible for someone to defend the innocents.

  7. I’m not even british but still through popular culture, I’ve grew up with lots of british stuff I truly love, from tv and music in particular. The british humor is kinda special. What would the world have been without Monty Python? Or all the music from The Beatles and onwards? Pislam would ban both music and humor. I hate these freaks. They don’t have anything to do in Europe at all.

  8. Correction: I’m not even british but still love british culture through popular culture. Sorry, I’m tired.

  9. Boyfriend did really poor job protecting his girlfriend. Thankfully she wasn’t hurt beyond bruises. As some previous commenter said:

he has been subject to a lifetime of two types of conditioning (1) that he cannot hit women, (2) that if he assaulted a person of colour no matter how much he was outnumbered, the likelihood is that HE will be immediately charged with a racially aggravated assault?

If this was a normal country, where a person can stand up for themselves and defend opressed, he should be fine defending her and smashing attackers’ heads against the pavement/wall. But regretfully, it isn’t anymore.

I am not British, but I wish Britain was Great again.

  10. There is something wrong, very wrong and rotten!

“Boyfriend did really poor job protecting his girlfriend. Thankfully she wasn’t hurt beyond bruises”. The boyfriend obviously was not brought up a woman beater, that would go against his civilized values and maybe his religion too! One can expect that he would have shown retraint. He was also outnumbered. Obviously, his primary concern was to protect his girl friend not to inflict harm on these vicious, feral thugs. It was the girl friend they were after- that “White” “Slag” -not him!

  11. The boyfriend was obviously “pissed” – that is to say he was well on the way to being drunk. Check the body language – lunging, stumbling etc. He’s there, but he’s not all there. Mind you even with a drink in I’m pretty sure I would have put up a better show altogether.
Although yes, hitting women is a big old taboo, and that would really go against the grain of most blokes. Still if it was “your” woman being attacked that taboo would go out the window, methinks.

  12. It’s an astonishing piece of reasoning though: they weren’t used to drink (how on earth could that be known btw – they could have been out on the razzle every weekend for the last year for all anyone knows) so their behaviour is excusable.

Let’s carry out a thought experiment:

I haven’t had a drink for more than a decade. So if I go out and get drunk this weekend, get behind the wheel of my Xtrail and spot a bunch of Muslims rubbing their foreheads along the pavement as they attempt to block a public throughway – and think to myself in my drunken state that it would be a real hoot to run them all over in my 4WD – then proceed to do just that, limbs and blood flying everywhere as I sink the foot and mow them down – that would be A-OK because I wasn’t used to being drunk behind the wheel?

If this case stands then as a precedent, it could be used by a sharp lawyer to get all sorts of people off all sorts of charges.

Say no more, wink wink nudge nudge …

  13. Yes to be clear why can’t the solicitors employed by Tommy robinson and Guramit Singh and other EDL worthies note decisions like this and cite them as precedents for when (not if) their clients are charged. If yelling out racial epithets while you’re kicking your victim doesn’t lead to a charge of “racially aggravated” assault – then how can talking about an IDEOLOGY with no “victims” even present lead to any “racially aggravated” charges?
    For example.
Couldn’t Tommy Robinson say that he went for a bunch of poppy-burners because he wasn’t used to seeing people burning poppies?
    For another example.

My point being that if the state launches ridiculous charges against the lads at the top of the EDL, then one could use their own bullsh1t against them – perhaps the EDL needs to have a legal research division …

  14. The bigging of this fight I am missing. How did the fight start?

Was it a random attack or did she say something what?

  15. OxAO:

I have not seen, in any of the reports on this, any indication that this attack was provoked in any way. In fact, it would appear that the Somali girls decided it would be fun to beat a white girl so they did.

  16. The video I saw seems to show the perpetrators approach their victim as she and her boyfriend were walking down the street. Then they set upon her.

  17. The religious war that we are involved in is turning into a race war as well, and sadly things are going to get worse before they get better.
