Egyptians plan million-man rally against Israel

From YNET News:

Facebook groups call for mass protest outside Israeli embassy in Cairo, as protesters demand ambassador be expelled, embassy be closed

Egyptian daily al-Youm al-Saba’a reported Wednesday that Egyptian citizens have created groups on Facebook and other social networks calling for “a million-man protest” outside the Israeli embassy in Cairo on Friday.

The protesters say the focus of the demonstration will be the demand to have the Israeli ambassador expelled from Egypt and Israel’s embassy in the capital closed.

The incident on the border stirred a diplomatic crisis between Jerusalem and Cairo. Egypt’s cabinet said on Sunday that an Israeli statement expressing regret for the border deaths was not enough, but it stopped short of saying if it would recall its Tel Aviv envoy.

The embassy protesters are demanding that the peace treaty with Israel be altered, especially with regards to military presence in Sinai, or completely abolished.

  1. It could very well be that this has to do with the upcomming elections. The Muslim Brotherhood wants to gin up public support by getting everyone war crazy. This will make people more conservative and thus more likely to vote for them when the election comes.

If they get into office they will keep murdering Israel citizens in order to force Israel to keep responding to that aggression. This will give them the excuse to keep holding rallies in protest of the Israeli responces and thus keep their public support strong.

The Muslim Brotherhood has absolutely NO intention of actually helping the Palestinians, who they view as tools to be used for their own facist agenda. They are delighted to keep the palestinians in the exact situation they are now and will make sure their situation does not change for as long as it is helpfull to them.

This is exactly why Hamas destroyed the prospect of a palestinian state as soon as they got into power by launching an attack against Fatah and ensuring Gaza would be cut off from the West Bank.

Of course once keeping up the lie that the Palestinians are suffering is no longer usefull to the MB they will start a full out war of anniahlation.

  2. The brainwashed Egyptian public is becoming absolutely irrational in their hatred of Israel, like every Lebanese I have met.

The world should assist the surviving Copts and other minorities to get out why they can because a modern-day version of the Red Sea fiasco with Pharaoh is coming down the pike, just watch.

  3. You can take it as a given that the Brotherhood will win big in the election, they have enough influence with the Army to see that Brotherhood members count the ballots in most of the voting districts.

As for how they treat Hamas, no they don’t want a separate nation there, they want the Caliphate to control all Moslem lands.
