Grads rockets injure 3 children in Israel

From reports I am reading, Iron Dome is taking out the occasional rocket. Of course, one has to wonder, if Israel develops a defense system that is even 100% effective, will that not make them less likely to strike back and teach those who attack her that there is a cost to that kind of aggression? I just have my doubts as to the wisdom of this kind of defense except were it relates to strategic certainty such as an incoming nuke etc.

  1. The problem with the missile defense system is that they convience people that they are they are the only thing needed. Always remember defensive actions never win wars, offensive actions do, which is why the left has spent so much time working to ensure that the West never goes on the offense with the intent to win the war.
