i was wondering what they would get her on. The statement that Mohammad was a “Pedophilia” was inciting hatred. Because Aischa was still married to him at age 18.
In other words the judge is saying if you marry someone at age 6 then have sex with her sometime between age 6 and 9 and are still married to him at 18 that isn’t considered a pedophile in western civilization.
Is there some kind of case bases for this?

($ 50.000) for calling profit Moe a pedophile. For Elisabeth to get away with 480 Euros is an ‘improvement’, but I’m not sure how the muzzling will affect her.
I think the lowering of the fine is because the political tide is turning and the Judge is trying to straddle the fence on the issue.

If a pedo used that defence do you think that judge would find him innocent? NO!

The judge is saying the crime was that Ms. Wolfe convoluted the wording for a specific act with the universally used, though legally incorrect term to describe the perpetrator’s possible mental disorder. So if miss wolfe had said he was a child molester or serial child rapist but not said he was a pedophile then she would not have been found guilty of denegration of religeon. That is what the ruling means.
So according to this ruling it is legal to scream from the rooftops that Muhammad was a child rapist in Austria as long as you don’t make pronouncements upon his mental health. Fair enough.
Serial Child Rapist sounds worse then pedo anyway. And since someone as competent, unbiased and pretty as that judge said it’s legal, Muhammad the Serial Child Rapist it shall be.
While others may comment directly on what the judges ruled, I am fascinated by the fact that it was Russian TV that interviewed her.
The Russians, long under the heels of censorship from the time of the czars, know a thing or two about freedom of expression, now that (most) of the Communist regime has fallen. Its supremely ironic that they would profile one of the most vocal exposers of Islam in the west.
I think that this is due to the fact that Chechin terrorists have been waging war on Russia for a few decades now and the people are probably getting pretty sick of it. Remember Beslan? The Russians sure do. They are also stinging from the attacks in Moscow.
