  1. Claiming “Islam” means “peace” is fraudulent to begin with. Islam is an Arabic word. And the word for peace in Arabic is “solh,” and not Islam. Islam is derived from the root word “taslim,” which means submission or surrender. Hence, Islam’s true name, surrender, is in fact most descriptive of what it is: total, unconditional submission and surrender of the individual and the community to the will and dictates of Allah as revealed by his “rasool,” messenger, Muhammad.

  2. This is wonderful stuff, i am new on the internet and have found many sites that have taught me about a religion i already despised. But then i despise all religion. We have become scared of the truth. are there any other sites like this with people who hold the truth as dear as you? When will the world wake up to islam?

  3. Warren Oh my god yes. 🙂

dozens really, some better than others and some more focused on specific issues. I think through the two I list here you will find tons. Use discriminating wisdom. Apply rules of logic and evidence always of course. The two I posted above however IMO are of the very highest calibre. At some point today, a book review of Sam Solomon’s book on the Mosque will appear on vlad by one of our authors, ‘Grace’. I strongly recommend getting and reading that book as well as many others such as Bruce Bawer’s surrender for example.
    Hope this helps.

  4. I have not watched the latest video rant by mr condell, because, frankly they are becoming rather boring
The same helpless, powerless person, railing helplessly against that which is destroying him, and the civilisation and the culture which he professes to love.
Perhaps, instead of tilting at windmills, he should look inside himself, and ask, where these concepts; individual freedom; freedom of speech; self determination; responsibility for ones own actions; concepts of right and wrong, came from.
If Mr Condell cannot answer these questions, perhaps he can answer these:
(not for my benefit, but for his own, it might save him a lot of mental anguish.)
1)After the destruction of the monarchy, what was the first thing the soviets tried to destroy ?
2)What were they in fear of, and tried to supress throughout their time in power?
3)where they right to fear it (so much so that they tried to assassinate it’s leader)?
4)Was it instrumental in bringing down communism all over europe?
5)Did it prove to be indestructible?
6)Was it the first thing that was retored to it’s rightful place after the fall of communism?
7)what do the b.b.c. ,left wing councils, and just about everyone you rail against, spend most of their time, ridiculing, attacking, sidelineing, legislating against and generally trying to undermine?
Do you think it frightens them?
    Why?
Perhaps you should think about it
Perhaps it stop them from being in control.
perhaps it lays down the rules that you should follow, but allows you,for good or bad, to decide your own destiny.
The rules aint that bad, and are generally beneficial anyway. We built a good, decent, prosperous civilisation on them.
    perhaps you should wise up!

  5. Phillip great comment. Watch this one anyway. There seems to be a sort of creeping maturity in Mr. Condell’s more recent videos I think. His early ones showed a very fashionable snarkyness towards the US for example that seems to be vanishing. I think as the threat to England and the free world grows, Pat joins the ranks of those who get it. In any case, Pat is one of the first people to reach millions on the issue of Islam as a threat to western liberalism. I think we all owe him a debt for that even if we do not agree on every aspect of his thinking.

  6. I think the best websites are Gates of vienna, Jihadwatch, and Religion of peace. These websites deal with things in the real world. They are not by some pie in the sky theorist. They deal with things as they happen and give an analysis of what the rest miss. There are some websites by ex-muslims but they tend to go off on a tangent. In on case the ex-muslim’s national back ground becomes the new religion for this person. Very tiresome!

Also check the History of Jihad website.

  7. Finally, I will say the best analysis of Islam comes from Bill Warner. The deepest analysis I ever read. Check him out!

  8. Muhammadans are becoming more active in Jihad wheather it be Halal KFC, Banning Non-Muslim Worship in Maldives or a Burqa Barbie; Islam is getting out of hand, we need to combat it effectively and WE NEED THE TRUTH, Teachers, Mayors, Presidents need to TELL THE TRUTH when it comes to Islam, that these “Terrorists” are practicing the TRUE ISLAM, and the “Moderates” are HYPOCRITE Muslims that need to AKNOWLEDGE that FACT.

  9. Philip, you are absolutely full of it! Defending another flavor of religion as the “foundation of our civilization” is patently ridiculous and historically contradicted: xtianity has been responsible for the slaughter of millions and the oppression of more; the only real difference between it and islam is that it’s been tamed by the Enlightenment, which is based on *humanistic* ideals originating in Greece, not Rome – and fought against tooth and nail for centuries primarily by Catholicism!

Morals come from our being a gregarious species evolving in social groups, where reciprocal altruism has great survival value and has therefore become ingrained in most of us. Do you really think that before Moses brought down the Ten Commandments (metaphorically speaking) the Hebrews had no morals?!

Islam is only the latest religion running wild around the world in its attempt to dominate all of us, seeming to prefer the sword over other means. This is actually logical from a religious perspective, since the pack of lies and delusions that is religion cannot be defended by reason but ultimately only by force and trickery.

Pat Condell is hardly “helpless” – he is raising alarms that too many others have been ignoring at all our peril. Your “solution” is anything but, amounting to bringing back another cold (or more likely hot) war, this time where the antagonists are religious instead of political, leading to the same dismal harvest of massive suffering – only this time over absurdly pointless metaphysical opinions!
