After dismissal on terror suspicions:
Court orders VW to keep Islamist employee

Hannover — It is 11:42 AM when Samir B. (30) strolls into the Hannover State Labor Court in sweat pants and moccasins. The Islamist is suing Volkswagen.

The car manufacturer dismissed him in November 2016 because he threatened coworkers, and because he appeared to be leaving for ISIS territory. The German-Algerian had acted provocatively in the court’s hallway, filming the journalists present. A court clerk makes him delete the video, as he doesn’t have a permit to film.

The allegations against the assembly line worker (monthly net wage €3,500) are serious: Volkswagen were concerned that their employee might carry out an attack on the manufacturing plant in Wolfsburg. For example, at one of their workers’ caucus, where up to 10,000 workers attend.

BILD is documenting the case

It was late August 2014, when Samir B. was in a restaurant in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Next to him sat the Wolfsburgers Bilel H. and Houssem H. Both of them went to Syria shortly thereafter, and joined the Islamic State. Both of them are dead now!

They were part of the Wolfsburg terror cell. And it seems that Samir B. was involved in their activities more deeply than he wants to admit.

On December 28, 2014, Federal Police stopped him at Hannover airport — he had €9,350 in cash and a drone with him, Wolfsburger Nachrichten report.

The investigators are certain: B. wanted to travel to the Syrian war zone. His passport was confiscated.

According to VW’s lawyers and the Braunschweig District Court, it is an established fact that Samir B. “was involved in recruiting and supporting fighters from Wolfsburg”.

According to one investigator, Samir even drove the ISIS-recruiter Yassine O. and the two sentenced returnees Ayoub B. and Ebrahim H.B. to the airport.

The Islamist played it cool, just smiled arrogantly, when the judge read out the case. He had the stamps of Saudi Arabia, Egypt ad Turkey in his passport. From Turkey, he travelled three times over land and back by plane.

In the Wolfsburg shopping street, he and other future ISIS fighters handed out Korans and literature by the hate preacher Pierre Vogel. And that is not all: according to investigators, Samir threatened his colleagues in the tyre factory: “You are all going to die.”

According to VW, the workers feared their radical colleague more and more. Therefore the car manufacturer had no alternative but to dismiss him. On January 11, Samir B. got his passport back.

In Hannover, he puts it on the table in front of him defiantly. VW want to get rid of the man by any means; upon the judge’s advice, they even offer him a €65,000 settlement and a clean employment reference letter — the Islamist seems interested, asks repeatedly what net sum that would get for him. But his attorneys refuse the deal!

Then at 6:39pm the court hands down the verdict: They deem the dismissal invalid! VW had not been able to show that the company’s peace was manifestly disturbed.

This means: in four weeks, when the Islamist receives the written verdict, VW will have to let him work again. The car manufacturer still consider the dismissal valid, and will probably take it to the Federal Labor Court.

Sympathies for ISIS, Sharia Police, and Missing Teenage Girl Converts – What’s Trending in Al’ Lemania Today

1. 1 in 3 Muslim students in Germany willing to fight and die for Islam

A survey of schools in the German region of Lower Saxony has shown that close to 10 per cent of Muslim students have direct sympathies for radical Islamic groups like Islamic State and some even support acts of terrorism.
One in three of the Muslim students who responded to the survey said that they would be willing to fight and die for Islam.

Twenty-seven per cent said they agreed with the statement: “The Islamic laws of Sharia, according to which, for example, adultery or homosexuality are severely punished, are much better than the German laws.

2. German Court Overturns Sharia Police Acquittal

Germany’s Federal Court of Justice ruled Thursday that a regional court had erred when deciding in November 2016 to acquit the Muslim vigilantes, because the chamber had not examined the impact of the vigilantes’ actions on the public.

The case revision had been sought by public prosecutors.

The seven men, put initially on trial in Wuppertal for falsely wearing uniforms, had patrolled the western German city of Wuppertal at night in September 2014, wearing orange warning vests bearing the words “Sharia Police.”

The Wuppertal regional court subsequently ruled that the vigilantes had not broken German law simply by approaching people while wearing the emblazoned vests.

3. Convert Teen Who Had Gone Missing Surfaced in Algeria

A Hamburg teenage girl named Juliane Hippel, who had fallen in love with an Algerian “refugee”, and disappeared after his deportation, seems to have surfaced in Algeria. According to her father, she has called him. Police Germany have been searching for the girl since December 2.

In her father’s words:

„Suddenly she walked around with headscarf and long rags. She used to be a normal teenager, went to dance class,  and swimming, and wanted to become a veterinarian.“

According to Bild, her best friend says:

“Jule blundered into this. She thought the Koran and all that was cool. She just didn’t like that Morchid beat her in public.”

Let’s hope that the Germans get her out there, in case her feelings for Morchid should wane (or maybe just her senses come back), and she might decide to leave him. We have documented too many cases of Sharia “break-ups”.

Algerian lectures media, politicians on their failings concerning Islam and its ambitions

This man is very intelligent speaks with some subtlety. It requires a bit of focus to get the nuance of his speech. For example, he appears to be making the distinction between Islam and ” Islamism” when in fact he is mocking that very distinction.

Thank you Ava Lon for doing this one. Anyone watching it can tell it must have been a lot of work.

Once again, the legacy media buggers the concept of ‘Canadian’.

As it is highly likely that these people are not from Canada, have no Canadian values, hold Islamic concepts and values above Canadian ones to the point where he would risk his own life to fight for Islam in Algeria

Canadian security – “about 50 Canadians are involved with terrorism abroad”. No I think not.

(Wait for the Muslim reaction to Minister Kenney’s tweet. I bet it will be revealing.)

Jason Kenney, Canada’s minister of immigration tweets something which shows that unlike most Western politicians, he actually understands what the ideology that is driving so much horror in the world today actually is. A “death cult”

Who was the white jihadi? Algerian forces find ‘two Canadians and at least one Frenchman’ among bodies of gas plant gunmenBy PETER ALLEN and NABILA RAMDANI

PUBLISHED: 19:35 GMT, 20 January 2013 | UPDATED: 23:47 GMT, 21 January 2013

The storming of the BP gas plant in Algeria and murder of dozens of hostages was orchestrated by a Canadian, it emerged yesterday.

Documents found on the bodies of two terrorists – one a ringleader – identified them as Canadians and Western intelligence agencies were checking last night whether either was ‘known’ to them.

Survivors have told how at least one of the kidnappers spoke perfect English in giving them orders.

Both Canadians entered Algeria from Libya with members of the ‘Blood Battalion’ led by Mokhtar Belmokhtar.

Algerian army accused of ‘bombing hostage jeeps’

Algeria. This is the country where Muslims on motorcycles would ride up and shoot groups of schoolgirls at bus stops for not being dressed Islamically. This was before 911 and the rare news story that would leak into our media caused such cognitive dissonance that people wouldn’t let themselves believe, or even remember it.

A hostage who escaped unharmed from Islamist militants in Algeria said the Algerian army bombed four jeeps carrying fellow captives strapped with explosives and probably killed many of them, his brother told Reuters.

Irishman Stephen McFaul, who was among dozens of Western and local captives seized by militants at an Algerian natural gas plant on Wednesday, told his family that he survived because he was on the only one of five jeeps not hit by Algerian bombs, according to his brother Brian.

Algerian Muslim Brotherhood warns of revolution

Al Akhbar:

Published Monday, August 6, 2012

The Algerian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood warned on Monday that a popular revolution was imminent if the ruling elites did not introduce real reform in the country.

Referring to the ‘Arab Spring’ protests that have rocked the region since January 2011, Bouguerra Soltani, president of Movement of Society for Peace (MSP) – the Brotherhood’s branch in the north African country – said there was still a threat of an uprising.

“The sooner change comes the better in order to save people from danger. The government can still benefit and learn from what happened in the region and find positives in it,” he said.

French-Algerian woman author, Djemila Benhabib, on Quebec TV show discusses book, ‘My Life Against Koran’

This is exceptional in so many ways. The fact that a Quebec TV show was so sympathetic with her for openers, and how well spoken she is, but more importantly, how well treated she was with her message of truth but a politically incorrect one.
