An 18-year-old man has been arrested after Ottawa Police say two young women were sexually assaulted in the west end.

Officers responded to cries for help in the Windways Crescent area early yesterday where they found an 18-year-old woman.

They were led to a home in the area where the suspect surrendered.

Police say a 17-year-old girl was also a victim earlier that night.

Abdiaziz Yusuf Ali has been charged with sexual assault, sexual assault causing bodily harm, two counts of forcible confinement and uttering a death threat.
