Michael Coren and Alain Wagner on the beating of police in France for enforcing French law

from Gates of Vienna:

Alain Wagner is the Chairman of the International Civil Liberties Alliance, and was one of the moderators and speakers at the recent Brussels Conference.

He appeared tonight on Michael Coren’s SUN TV program to talk about the incident in Marseille last Friday (see this Telegraph article) in which a group of Muslims brawled with police over the latter’s attempt to enforce the no-burka law. The dénouement of the whole sordid affair came when political pressure forced the Marseille police to release the brawlers in order to appease Muslim sentiment during Ramadan.

  1. According to the histories I have read there were more people in France helping the Germans then there were members of the Resistance, of course they weren’t counting the Free French Army.
