    I have a question to someone more informed than myself: When did the U.N. become corrupt? I realise that it’s been a gradual process, but when was the real turning point? I don’t believe it was all that bad back in the 1950s, but when did the rot set in?

    Off the top of my head I would say it started in the 1970s but didn’t become obvious until the oil for food scam in the 1990s.
