1, CAIR to Stand Trial for Massive Fraud

(The wrong charge I suppose is better than no charge. Someday they may face the right charge and then perhaps they can do something useful. Like show us how a pendulum bob works in a windstorm)

The Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) will stand trial on charges of fraud and cover up for alleged crimes perpetrated against hundreds of victims, according to a new ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia.

The case against CAIR National was originally dismissed by a federal judge but unanimously overturned by the appellate court. Two cases are involved in the suit, which the appellate court consolidated into one, since both cases involve racketeering, a federal RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations) crime.

The lawsuits claim that CAIR National was aware that Morris Days, the “Resident Attorney” and “Manager for Civil Rights” at the now defunct CAIR-Maryland/Virginia chapter in Herndon, Virginia, was in fact not an attorney and that he failed to provide legal services for clients who came to CAIR for legal representation.

2. An update on the refugee rape of a little girl in Idaho:

(Remember, there IS video evidence of what took place. So at the end of the day, we can know. But a family friend who presumably has seen the tape has been the spokesman for the family)

“They stripped her naked, and urinated in her mouth,” Odell told FoxNews.com, citing his conversations with the girl’s family.

Neither the Twin Falls Police Department nor Loebs confirmed the details given by Odell. Loebs did confirm that the incident was reported on June 2, and that two juvenile suspects were finally charged Thursday and arrested a day later. The prosecutor did not say why just two arrests had been made, and said the case is sealed due to its sensitive nature and the minors involved.

Twin Falls Police Chief Craig Kingsbury told reporters the suspects are Iraqi and Sudanese. Loebs said he does not know how long they have been living in the United States.

3. American postmodernist Attorney General, Loretta Lynch, says that the Orlando jihadi’s motives may never be known.

(How curious because they seem to be inventing motives for him daily)

But of course, this is Loretta Lynch, who initially released a transcript of Mateen’s statement that had him saying: “I pledge allegiance to [omitted] may God protect him [in Arabic], on behalf of [omitted].” So it’s no surprise that she would profess not to know what motivated him — and indeed, profess that his motivation cannot be known.

This insanity in the corridors of power is going to kill many, many more people.

“AG Loretta Lynch: Orlando gunman’s motive may never be known,” CBS News, June 21, 2016:

After meeting with prosecutors, first responders and victims of the Orlando terror attack, Attorney General Loretta Lynch said that the investigation is still ongoing, and a motive has yet to be established….

5. Jewish man beaten in Berlin for wearing kippah

A young man reported being attacked in the east of the capital in Tuesday evening by a group of three men who spotted his religious skullcap.

The attack happened at around 9.30pm in the Alt-Treptow neighbourhood, police report.

According to the 21-year-old victim, three men of Arabic appearance reacted to his kippah – a religious cap worn by Jewish men – and then started to insult him.

The men then went on to kick and punch him before running away from the scene.

The young man was lightly injured but did not need to go to hospital.

Instances of anti-Semitic crime are on the rise in Berlin, as are hate crimes of various forms, according to a report published in March.

Hate crime monitoring groups ReachOut and Berliner Register reported at the time that there were 320 incidents of attacks motivated by anti-Semitism, racism, or homophobia in 2015, up from 179 in 2014.

6. Ezra updates us on the anti-Christian bias in Canada against a law school.

(I can funny understand though, why various Canadian law societies would be intimidated by graduating classes of lawyers who are not drunken sluts. It might raise the ‘bar’ for the rest of them)

7. Pakistani musician slain in what police call ‘act of terror’

One of Pakistan’s best known Sufi musicians was shot dead by unknown assailants on a motorcycle in Karachi on Wednesday, triggering an outpouring of grief over what police described as an “act of terror.”

Amjad Sabri, aged around 45, was travelling by car with a companion in the city’s Liaqatabad area, when a motorcycle pulled up alongside the vehicle and the attackers opened fire, Farooq Sanjarani, a police officer told AFP.

Sabri was hit by five bullets and was declared dead at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital while his companion, named as a relative, Saleem Sabri, was in critical condition, a hospital source added.

“It was a targeted killing and an act of terrorism,” Muqaddas Haider, another senior police officer said, without naming possible suspects.

Sabri was a “Qawwal,” or singer of “Qawwali,” which is a traditional form of Islamic devotional music that is popular across South Asia with roots tracing back to the 13th century.

The music is closely associated with Sufism, a mystical sect of Islam that is viewed as heretical by hardline groups such as the Taliban.

(To summarize: This guy was doing music, which is haram in Islam, and was promoting a sect that claimed to be Islamic but clearly is not, and that is a capital offense in Islam called “mushrikeen” (Link is to an Islamic site)

8. ‘Fanatic’ Muslim mob torches 80 Christian homes in Egypt over church rumour

The Muslim mob, which were described as “fanatic” by a terrified witness, began wreaking havoc at a Christian-owned building which was under construction.

The crowd believed it was set to be turned into a Christian church and took umbrage, setting fire to the building and other nearby Christian properties.

They also destroyed the construction materials and injured Christians who attempted to reason with them.

9. Two more “Americans” have been arrested for support of the Islamic State.

(Names are Muslim of course)

10. Myanmar officials banned from using term “Rohingya“

(Very surprised that Burma is buying in to any newspeak. Unless that is not what this is)

Myanmar Information Ministry issued a ban on government officials forbidding them to call Muslim minority “Rohingya” (as they call themselves) but to use the term “people who believe in Islam” instead.

This ban by the ministry issued on June 16 and labeled “secret” came during a still ongoing visit by the United Nations Special Rapporteur to Myanmar – Yanghee Lee.

Words “Rohingya” or “Bengali” are banned from use by the government officials during Lee’s visit, who is expected to visit the Myanmar’s State of Rakhine by the end of this week. Rakhine State is a home to a Muslim minority of over one million people.

Buddhist nationalists strongly oppose the term “Rohingya” and call the ethnic group “Bengali” – a term used to describe people from neighboring Bangladesh. Buddhist nationalists denounced claims by the Rohingya people of their residence in the country which goes back for centuries.

11. The Taliban control more territory than at any time since they were ousted in 2001

(I really hope Obama puts that on his resume)

KABUL, June 22 (Reuters) – Afghanistan faces the risk of a new spiral in violence following a series of attacks on civilians in the last few months but on the battlefield, security forces have been holding their ground, the top U.N. official in the country said.

The assessment by Nicholas Haysom, the U.N. Secretary General’s Special Representative for Afghanistan, painted a mixed picture of the security situation some 18 months after international forces ended their main combat operations.

While the bomb attacks that killed at least 22 people in Kabul and the northern province of Badakhshan on Monday underlined how dangerous Afghanistan remains, fears that the Taliban would overwhelm security forces have not been realised.

However Haysom said he was deeply concerned about violence against civilians, with attacks continuing during Ramadan, Islam’s holy month.

Suddenly for Loretta Lynch, Orlando was terrorism.

The motives were “unknowable’ just a few hours ago according to Lynch.

Here is a link to a short clip of Trump recounting a couple of Clinton’s whoppers. He didn’t include my personal favorite Hillary fib however. The one where she says she was named after Sir Edmund Hillary but when she was born he had not climbed everest yet.

I hope there is a bean counter out there somewhere with enough humour DNA in him to write a book of Clinton lies. Full transcript of Trump speech here

  2. 2 – Here is the Machelle Malkin column on the Idaho assault, two boys assault the girl while the third took pictures.

Horror and Hush-Up in Twin Falls, Idaho

Something wicked happened in Idaho’s rural Magic Valley. The evil has been compounded by politicians, media and special interest groups doing their damnedest to suppress the story and quell a righteous citizen rebellion.

On June 7, a brief news item appeared on local Twin Falls, Idaho-based KMVT about a “reported sexual assault that possibly occurred near the Fawnbrook Apartments” five days earlier. Unconfirmed accounts of the alleged crime on conservative-leaning websites, plus reports from area members of anti-jihad activist Brigitte Gabriel’s Act for America group and longtime watchdog Ann Corcoran’s Refugee Resettlement Watch blog, culminated in coverage on the powerhouse Drudge Report.

The social media groundswell, untethered from the constraints of political correctness, forced government authorities to respond.

Police and the local prosecutor’s office grudgingly confirmed that an investigation had begun into the incident. The victim: A mentally disabled 5-year-old girl. The alleged perpetrators: Three boys, ages 7, 10 and 14, from Sudanese and Iraqi immigrant families (predominantly Muslim) who have been in the country for less than two years — all but confirming that they are refugees.

What happened? The case is under seal because it involves minors, but prosecutor Grant Loebs said there is videotape of the alleged sexual assault (a fact which local activists first divulged). Two of the boys are in custody. It’s not clear what happened to the third.

Here’s the sickening thing: The people who should have been asking tough questions — like, you know, mainstream journalists — have spent more time attacking local whistleblowers and bloggers than they have spent demanding answers and holding public officials accountable.

Why? Consider the backdrop. Residents in Twin Falls have been worried about the impact of an increasing influx of refugees, many from jihad-coddling countries, over the past several years. Their concerns about crime, welfare, health care, and schools echo those of communities across the country who are bearing the coercive brunt of Beltway bleeding hearts’ refugee resettlement policies enacted in a shroud of secrecy.

Members of the Twin Falls City Council smugly likened refugee resettlement critics to “white supremacists.” Regional newspapers including the Idaho Statesman and the Spokane Spokesman-Review rushed to discredit the on-scene reporting of internet writers such as Leo Hohmann, who had interviewed a witness to the crime for World Net Daily.

“Jolene Payne, an 89-year-old retired nurse who lives at the complex” told Hohmann that she spotted one of the boys “taking pictures with a camera” outside the apartment complex’s laundry room. She went inside and found the 5-year-old naked with two of the younger boys naked standing over her. “The worst thing was the way they peed all over her clothes,” she recounted.

    • Working from fallible memory the 7 year old is too young to charge since he really doesn’t know right from wrong at that age.

      • 6 – LOL: your comment.

A book on HIllarys lies, just how many volumes would that take? I don’t think you could do justice the one ones she told while Bill was President in just one volume. Then there is her time in the Senate, at least 2 maybe more. Her time as Sec of State, this would take at least 3 with one for the lies about Benghazi. Then her campaign for President 2 or more for each campaign.

That would be a lot of research time and writing time to achieve the goal. In the future when the world is once more acting normal one or more grad students of American political history can write their thesis on this subject.
