I think that I just caught a big mistake I made in the translation: the ‘gifts’ to Africa should be translated as hundreds of millions of Euros, not hundreds of thousands…. My sincere apology!
I suppose somewhere in my own subconsciousness, I just could not wrap my own brain around the destructiveness of it all…
