More un-torched mosques and Islamic incitements Links 4 for Boxing Day 2014

1. Remember the mosque that wasn’t torched in Sweden yesterday? well here is another one that wasn’t torched in Israel.

(Here is the link from when it was torched)

2. Couple killed in hit and run outside Asda were parents of 15 children including The Voice finalist Mike Ward

Mobein Ali, 20, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving

(Quite a coincidence that all these vehicular homicides by Muslims all happened within a few days of the Islamic State video)

3. Bad Santa: Palestinian dressed in Father Christmas costume throws tear gas at Israeli security forces in Jerusalem

(Pretty sure this was a tard stunt to force the Israelis to arrest ‘Santa Clause’ for Palestinian photographers.)

Dressed from head to toe in a Father Christmas outfit, a Palestinian man is shown throwing a tear gas capsule at Israeli security forces today.

The violence was part of a protest against the separation barrier and Jewish settlement construction at Bil’in Village, in Ramallah, in the West Bank of Jerusalem.

Elsewhere, a knife-wielding Palestinian man wounded two Israeli border police officers at the entrance to Jerusalem’s Old City.

The attacker stabbed an officer in the neck and wounded the other at the Lion’s Gate in east Jerusalem, before fleeing.

The stabbing is the latest in a string of Palestinian attacks in recent months against Israelis that have included deadly assaults with guns, knives and vehicles.

  1. 2/ I’ve been wondering about that. How is anyone going to know anymore if Muslim-caused death by motor vehicle is dangerous driving or vehicular jihad? Or course in cases where the driver is screaming ‘Allahu Akbar’ at the top of his lungs there shouldn’t have to be any doubt.

  2. 4/ One dead terrorist to be nagged by the virgins for eternity, but he won his jihad against the German state in every other way. Including the all-important numbers game, having multiplied himself by six little jihadis before his exit. Invasive species really need to be taken out before they spawn.

  3. Syria barrel bombs ‘kill dozens in Islamic State areas’ (BBC, Dec 26, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-middle-east-30603679

“Syrian planes and helicopters have dropped barrel bombs on Islamic State-held areas in the north-east, killing some 40 people, activists say.

The barrel-bombs, crudely made drums of explosives, were dropped during Thursday and overnight, targeting al-Bab and Qabaseen near Aleppo.

Activists say the government has stepped up air raids in recent days.

Some 200,000 people have been killed since the uprising against President Bashar al-Assad erupted in 2011.

Another 3.2 million people have fled Syria and 7.6 million have been displaced inside the country.

Al-Bab, a city of about 100,000 people, has witnessed heavy government air strikes since September, when a US-led coalition started targeting IS in Iraq and Syria.

One Qabaseen resident, Yousef al-Saadi, told Reuters via Skype: “People were going about scraping a living and there were no armed groups in the market, only poor people. Why is Assad killing us? May God bring vengeance on him.”

The UN and rights groups have repeatedly accused Syria of targeting civilian areas….”

  4. Suspected U.S. drone strikes hit militants in Pakistan (CNN, Dec 26, 2014)
    http://edition.cnn.com/2014/12/26/world/asia/pakistan-militant-deaths/index.html

“A pair of suspected U.S. drone strikes on militant targets in Pakistan killed at least seven people, Pakistani intelligence sources said Friday.

The strikes were carried out in North Waziristan, a mountainous region near the border with Afghanistan that’s rife with militant activity.

One strike targeted a militant hideout in the Kund area of Shawal, killing four, the intelligence sources say. The second struck at Uzbek hideouts in the Mangroti area, killing three, according to the sources.

A similar strike Saturday in North Waziristan’s Datakhel region killed five militants, intelligence sources told CNN at the time.

The strikes come amid an offensive by Pakistan’s army in North Waziristan aimed at clearing out Taliban and other militants in the region. Tens of thousands of people have been displaced…”

  5. Pakistan judge issues arrest warrant for Abdul Aziz (BBC, Dec 26, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-30607078

“A judge in Pakistan has issued an arrest warrant for a cleric at a radical mosque in Islamabad who has refused to condemn the massacre of children at an army-run school.

Imam Abdul Aziz has been accused of threatening protesters outside the Red Mosque.

The cleric said the charge against him was insignificant.

Last week, Taliban fighters attacked the school in Peshawar, killing 152 people, including 133 children.

Mr Aziz said that the authorities should focus on arresting people accused of more serious crimes.

“My case is very small and even a sub-inspector can grant me bail,” he said.

The BBC’s Anbarasan Ethirajan says that Mr Aziz is well known for his pro-Taliban views.

Earlier this year, a school run by the cleric renamed its library in honour of the former al-Qaeda leader, Osama Bin Laden.

A spokesman for the Red Mosque said they would resist the arrest of Mr Aziz.

Civil society activists had lodged the complaint against Mr Aziz, saying that they had been threatened by mosque employees during a protest about his refusal to condemn the school massacre.

The demonstrators are also being investigated for holding an unlawful protest….”

The airstrikes were carried out Friday evening in the Datta Khel area of the North Waziristan tribal region, an army statement said Saturday, adding that an underground tunnel system and a large underground cache of weapons and ammunition were also destroyed.

The military claimed several important militant commanders were among the dead, but didn’t provide further details on the identities of the slain militants.

Also late Friday night, Pakistani troops ambushed a large assembly of militants on the border between the Orakzai and Khyber tribal regions, the statement said.

“Egypt’s state news agency says two unknown gunmen on a motorcycle have shot and killed a policeman and injured another.

The two police corporals were guarding a bank in Sphinx Square in Giza, across the Nile from downtown Cairo, when they were shot early Saturday morning, according to the Middle East News Agency. The two assailants managed to escape.

No one has claimed responsibility, but the Sinai-based Ansar Beit al-Maqdis militant group has claimed responsibility for a string of similar attacks against police and army forces.

On Thursday, police in Cairo killed two suspected Ansar Beit al-Maqdis militants in a shootout that left three policemen and two passers-by injured. On the same day, an army captain and a soldier were killed in the volatile northern Sinai peninsula…”

  8. Egypt to put critic of Muslim ritual of slaughtering sheep on trial

Fatima Naoot described the Eid Al-Adha tradition of slaughtering sheep as the ‘greatest massacre committed by human beings,’ saying humans Muslims use religion to justify their lust for killing

Egyptian prosecutors referred Friday journalist and writer Fatima Naoot to a misdemeanors court on charges of disdaining religion, after she was critical of the Muslim Eid Al-Adha tradition of slaughtering sheep.

The trial will start 28 January.

In October, Naoot described in a post on her Facebook account Eid Al-Adha’s tradition of slaughtering sheep as the “greatest massacre committed by human beings.”

“[It’s] a yearly massacre because a good man once had a nightmare about his good son, and although the nightmare has passed for the good man and his son, the [sheep] pay their lives as a price for that holy nightmare,” Naoot’s also wrote in an article in the daily El-Masry El-Youm.

During questioning, Naoot, an outspoken secular figure, admitted writing the Facebook post but denied that her aim was to insult Islam. Naoot argued that humans justified their lust for culling and enjoying the smell of cooking game by attempting to bestow a divine meaning to their actions.

Eid Al-Adha is the second of two religious holidays celebrated by Muslims worldwide each year.

It honours the willingness of the prophet Abraham to sacrifice his young first-born son Ismail as an act of submission to God’s command, before God intervened to provide Abraham with a lamb to sacrifice instead.

Legislation which criminalise disdaining religion dates back to the regime of ousted president Hosni Mubarak.

The law was added in 1982 to the penal code stipulates prison sentences of 6 months to five years and fines of LE500 to LE1000 to anyone who uses religion to promote, through speech, writing or any other medium, extremist ideas with the aim of spreading discord or to belittle or disdain one of the monotheistic religions or their different sects, or to harm national unity.

Application of the law significantly rose under the rule of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF) 2011 – 2012 and ousted Islamist president Mohamed Morsi 2012 – 2013.

A report issued by the Egyptian Initiative on Personal Rights (EIPR) in September 2013 revealed that since the 25 January 2011 revolution until the end of 2012, a total of 63 citizens, both Muslims and Christians, were charged with disdaining religion.

  9. SWEDEN – Police cannot confirm mosque was attacked

Police now say to Swedish Radio News. they have no proof the Eskilstuna mosque fire on the 25th of December was started deliberately.

On Christmas Day they said they were looking for a man who had thrown an object through the window just before the fire. But now they say they cannot confirm this information, which they got on the scene from a witness. And local SVT channel had reported a witness saying someone had been seen near the entrance with a bottle of petrol.

The head of the investigation, Lars Franzell, says to Swedish Radio News the oral testimony, taken by a commanding officer on the scene, was in the midst of “chaos” and they have not been able to confirm the claim.

Police have not ruled out the possibility of an attack, but are also looking into other causes. They will need to use dogs to search the wreckage for traces of petrol or other inflammable liquids.

      – bookmarked for watching tonight. I only heard the first few minutes and already I am “emotional”: angry at the nasty wing clippers, admiring of Tommy Robinson – none of the “Sneerers” would come up to his ankles, if they had a ladder as high as Jacob’s, for nothing else but for resisting evil – and yes, those who knock him down and continue to do so, are evil, in my not so humble opinion.

  11. INDIA – Another Muslim family of 12 becomes Hindu in Agra

The national furor raised by the Ved Nagar ‘reconversion’ issue of over 300 Muslims in Agra is yet to settle down, when another Muslim family of 12 has voluntarily converted to Hinduism in Achhnera tehsil of Agra, changing their names to reflect their new religious identity on Christmas.

At a time when the Government of India is under pressure to explain the ‘reconversion’ movement operated by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and other Hindu organizations, this new reconversion in Agra could drag it down deeper into muddy waters.

[…]this family of laborers has expressed their full faith in Hinduism and are openly expressing their joy in becoming Hindu.

  12. TURKEY – Hamas chief lauds Turkey as ‘source of power’ for Muslims

Hamas chief Khaled Meshaal on Saturday praised Turkey as a “source of power” for all Muslims in gratitude to Turkey’s leaders for supporting the Palestinian cause.

“A democratic, stable and developed Turkey is a source of power for all Muslims,” Meshaal said in an address to the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) annual congress in the conservative central Anatolian city of Konya.

Meshaal said a “strong Turkey means a strong Jerusalem, a strong Palestine,” voicing hopes to “liberate Palestine and Jerusalem,” according to the state-run Anatolia news agency.

  13. Muslims Are Calling To Revive An Ancient Horrifying Execution Method Against U.S. Led Coalition Pilots

If you think ISIS’s killing methods are bad wait till you see what one video in Arabic done by a Muslim lady dressed in a niqab circulated to Muslims worldwide. The video was a complaint to Caliph al-Baghdadi of ISIS as “the call of Muslim mothers” arguing that such methods as “beheading” and “shooting” are just too humane and will not work to stop the U.S. led coalition air raids which she complained that this is persecution against her living in Syria. To eliminate the attacks she suggested that an Ottoman method of execution be used to detract pilots from joining the coalition against ISIS.

She suggested to use the captured Jordanian pilot Moaz Kasasbeh and begged not to execute him mercifully by using a bullet or a knife, but begged them to reinstitute the Khazouk.

[…] the Khazouk which is a spike driven through the victim’s rectum, which the Ottomans used to terrify locals and deter potential insurgents. And this is exactly what this lady wanted to reinstitute:

“Are you going to execute him with a merciful bullet? Or are you going to execute him with a merciful knife?” she asks.

Khawiskou “impale him” she cries out “then send him to his mother” she added.

“Why are the Arab world fighting us. We are Muslim doing the will of Allah”.

  14. PAKISTAN – Pakistani officials furious over ‘Homeland’

Pakistani officials are furious with Showtime after watching the fourth season of its hit show “Homeland,” which they say portrays their country as an ugly, ignorant, terror-plagued “hellhole.”

The diplomats took copious notes of every slight while binge-watching all 12 episodes — including the lack of greenery in the depiction of the nation’s capital, Islamabad.

“Maligning a country that has been a close partner and ally of the US .?.?. is a disservice not only to the security interests of the US but also to the people of the US,” Pakistan Embassy spokesman Nadeem Hotiana told The Post.

One of their beefs is that the show — which stars Danes as CIA Agent Carrie Mathison on assignment in Pakistan — trashed a diplomat’s image of the capital as a bucolic oasis.

“Islamabad is a quiet, picturesque city with beautiful mountains and lush greenery,” one source said. “In ‘Homeland,’ it’s portrayed as a grimy hellhole and war zone where shootouts and bombs go off with dead bodies scattered around. Nothing is further from the truth.”

Pakistani diplomats also called out the show’s producers for misrepresenting their language.

“The Pakistani characters portrayed in the show speak English like Americans would,” a source said. “Also, when the characters in the show speak Urdu, the accent is far from the local accent.

“And the connotations of some of the Urdu words that are used are out of place.”

The biggest gripe is that the show depicts Pakistan as undemocratic and allied with terrorists.

“Repeated insinuations that an intelligence agency of Pakistan is complicit in protecting the terrorists at the expense of innocent Pakistani civilians is not only absurd but also an insult to the ultimate sacrifices of the thousands of Pakistani security personnel in the war against terrorism,” a source said.

  15. SWEDEN – Mosque set ablaze in Swedish town

A few hours ago a mosque was set on fire in the Swedish town of Eskilstuna. Who committed the arson is unclear at this time. What we do know is that the congregation supposedly belongs to the Dawa-movement, which is actively recruiting for ISIS.

There have been confrontation between the muslims and Kurds demonstrating against ISIS at this mosque before, and anyone familiar with the middle east knows the bad blood between opposing factions of islam.

But as previously stated, at this point nobody knows who threw the molotov cocktail. It is possible that a lone white supremacist made it into the immigrant-dominated neighborhood and out again unseen, unlikely as it may seem. We just don’t know.

This doesn’t stop the Swedish mainstream media from jumping to conclusions.

Expressen headline: “There is islamophobia in our society“

Aftonbladet interview with the justice minister: “I find it hard to believe anything but that this severe violence was directed against Muslims as a group and Islam as a religion.”

Svenska Dagbladet manages to dig up some loon on Facebook who cheered at the news, then quotes Omar Mustafa, the head of the Islamic Union in Sweden: “There has been an intensification in the hatred against muslims.”

In Dagens Nyheter the indignant culture minister starts talking about hate crimes until even the Swedish journalist has to interrupt to point out that we don’t know that it IS a hate crime yet. But she assumes it will turn out to be, she defends herself.

And on Twitter? Whoo boy. Ugly.

Now that the media and the other seven parties have already decided this is nationalist party SDs fault for “encouraging” and “organizing” islamophobia, it will be interesting to see what happens in the next few days.

If it does turn out to be some contemptible white person who threw the molotov cocktail, watch for the greatest media orgasm in decades. The party will last for weeks and weeks, preferably all the way to the snap election in March. But if the story suddenly vanishes without a trace, odds are it’s another muslim faction or anti-ISIS activist immigrant. Stay tuned.

UPDATE: Facts surrounding this case is starting to seep out. For starters, the police has now very cautiously begun dialing back on the assumption that this was arson to begin with. In local newspaper Eskilstunakuriren, chief investigator Lars Franzell says the investigation is far from completed but points out that he can’t confirm that anything at all has been tossed into the mosque.

Meanwhile, through some grassroots detective work on web community site Flashback shows an odd timeline. The writer points out:

“The afternoon prayer started at 12:52 on the dot. The imam, located in the prayer room, then posts a Facebook update at 12:57 stating that he can ‘smell smoke’. But according to the media, the 112 call [911 in Europe] was not placed until 13:18.”

That’s quite a time gap if someone chucks a molotov cocktail in any scenario. He then posts several pictures showing the mosque interior with wall-to-wall carpeting, which would have made the spread of the fire quite quick. However, a kitchen fire, that starts small but gradually increases until someone panics and smashes a window to get out (creating a sudden inflow of oxygen that’d set off the fire in a semi-explosive manner) would fit this timeline like a glove.

Swedish news site Nyheter Idag also interviewed lead investigator Franzell. When pressed about the molotov cocktail he states they have not yet found anything. “We’ll have to see if the technicians can find anything,” he said.

But there was a witness, saying a man holding the molotov cocktail was on the scene just before the fire?

“We have no documentation that an offender has been seen by any witness,” Franzell said.

Franzell confirms that initially there was information that someone claimed to have seen a person outside the premises who may have started the fire. But the source of this claim remains unknown to the investigation, nor do they know any other details about the claim which is why Frantzell remains secretive.

“We do not know where these allegations of an arsonist comes from. We continue to investigate this.”

UPDATE 2: lead investigator Franzell has now gone on the record with state-owned radio SR to fully retract his statement yesterday that the fire was the work of an arsonist.

So… What it increasingly looks like is this: Someone in the muslim congregation starts a kitchen fire, as it gets worse someone panics and smashes a window, which makes the fire accelerate. When the fire department arrives someone makes up a story about a phantom arsonist and then refuses to fess up when it gets real.

Meanwhile, the lead investigator, now blaming “chaos on the scene,” took this totally unsubstantiated story before having secured one shred of hard evidence and announced to the world that some arsonist was throwing molotov cocktails.

Then the Swedish mainstream media and opportunistic politicians took this one step further and immediately started howling about “islamophobia”, interviewing muslim community leaders who of course pounces on the opportunity to wail about persecution, and even a government minister shrieking hysterically about “hate crimes”.

After that the story is picked up by BBC, AFP and Reuters, who displayed some curiously biased reporting by purposefully weaving together the leaf-thin facts of the case with references to the immigration debate and previous right-wing hate crimes in a painfully obvious attempt to smear nationalist party SD whose involvement in all this regardless of everything is, um, nil.

Finally, the Reuters, AFP and BBC stories get bounced around the globe across some 100+ news outlets, all echoing what turned out to be an epic fail on all levels.

We still have to await the final verdict by the technicians tomorrow, but based on the fact that Franzell now has gone on the record with a full retraction on the arsonist-angle is telling.

Well folks, it has been a fascinating story to follow political correctness and incompetence join hands to go off the rails in a slow motion, play-by-play fashion like this. It’s been a fun ride ladies and gentlemen, I hope you found it as bizarrely entertaining as I did.
