Islam, sharia, supremacy. The triangle of evil: Links post 2 for Nov. 15 – 2015

1. Turkey claims Muslims discovered America, not Columbus.

Here are two links, One from Sunday Zaman, a Turkish paper, and BBC

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an has said Muslims, not Christopher Columbus, were the first foreigners to  set foot in America, suggesting the construction of a mosque on a Cuba hill where he said there used to be a mosque built by those Muslims.

“Latin America’s contact with Islam dates back to 12th century. Muslims discovered America in 1178, not Christopher Columbus. Muslim sailors arrived in America 1178. Christopher Columbus mentions the existence of a mosque on hill along the Cuba coast. I would talk to my brothers in Cuba and a mosque would suit well on the top of that hill today as well.  It is enough they [Cuban rulers] say okay. Islam had expanded in the American continent even before Columbus arrived,” Erdo?an said on Saturday while speaking in ?stanbul at the 1st Latin American Countries Muslim Religious Leaders Summit hosted by Turkey’s Directorate of Religious Affairs.

(Neither truth, nor history play any part of Islamic thought. Only what advances islamic supremacy. The entirety of Islamic actions and sharia can be devised from that axiom)

3. Exclusive–Jerry Boykin: Generals Should Resign to Protest Obama’s Misuse of Military

A new survey finds only 26 percent of those in the military community approve of the performance of Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel.  But the blame for this low approval rating extends higher up the chain of command.

Retired Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta, the latest former Obama loyalist to write a tell-all exposé, knows this all too well. In his memoir, Panetta describes how he warned the President (to no avail) that allowing Iraq to slide into violence would create “a new haven for terrorists to plot attacks against the U.S.”

4. Book distributed for free in downtown Toronto condones stoning, crucifixion and chopping off limbs by the Islamic State

Walk in Islamic Info Center (WIIC) is a Toronto-based organization dedicated to Dawah (propagating to Islam) activity in order to extend the influence of Islam in society as part of a global Islamization.

On its official website WIIC states that its mission “is to create awareness & understanding about the religion of Islam and correct misinformation about Islam amongst Muslims & non-Muslims” by giving “street Dawah,” distributing free Quran and books on introduction to Islam, supplying Quran and Islamic books to detention centers (jails), operating dawah office and musallah (Prayer House) in downtown Toronto (at Yonge & Dundas Street across from Eaton Center) and offering Free Dawah Franchise worldwide.

5. An intelligence analyst  interviews a first hand experience person from the Benghazi attack.

(I haven’t heard it all yet and to be honest I don’t really know who these people are. But its interesting radio so far as I have listened, which is about 30 minutes and counting)

6. Interesting Op Ed from Times of Israel on China’s potential position on Obama’s determination to remove Assad.

(My issue on this is that is seems to me that Obama’s anti Islamic State actions are more cosmetic and in fact a surreptitious attempt to get forces and equipment in a better position to get rid of Assad and help set up a Muslim Brotherhood state in Syria)

Thank you Kinneddar, M., GoV., Wrath Of Khan,  Richard, UK Pete, Yucki and more who sent in materials.

Tis to weep that the traditional nations which championed freedom and individual human rights now use the resources created by capitalism and freedom to enforce a postmodern and culturally Marxist world. It just goes to show that it does matter if you vote and who you vote for. At least it used to.

  1. This is called loony left, yea?

Oxford University dons in immigration removal centre plea (BBC, Nov 15, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-oxfordshire-30056279

“Oxford University academics are calling on David Cameron to release detainees at a local immigration removal centre.

Nine college heads are among 70 signatories of an open letter to the Prime Minister against Campsfield House in Kidlington, Oxfordshire.

Prof Danny Dorling said he opposed “the need to lock people up” when “they have broken no laws”.

The Home Office said the centres “play an important role” in removing people with “no right to remain in the UK”.

Barrister and principal of Mansfield College, Baroness Helena Kennedy QC and Prof Dorling, Halford Mackinder Professor of Geography at St Peter’s College, helped to formally launch the letter outside the city’s Radcliffe Camera before its journey to 10 Downing Street.

The letter details concerns among senior academics about government policy on the detention of immigrants.

It stated: “We certainly do not find it acceptable that they should be detained without trial, without time limit, without proper judicial oversight and with little chance of bail, and thus treated worse than criminals.”

The letter also calls for the withdrawal of Home Office plans to expand Campsfield, which houses illegal immigrants and failed asylum seekers, from 260 beds to 610.

Oxford University Amnesty International President Jo Hynes, who organised the event, said: “The UK detains more migrants, for longer and with less judicial oversight than any other country in Europe, yet the facts are clear: immigration detention doesn’t act as a supposed deterrent to immigration and contravenes basic human rights.”

The Home Office said detention was “a last resort” for people who did not leave voluntarily and that the “majority of detainees are held for less than two months”.

A spokesman added that delays to release were caused if a detainee did not provide accurate identity information, raised last-minute legal challenges or was considered “disruptive”.”

  2. Convicted drug users and thieves will be allowed to join police: Rules relaxed in bid to lure minorities – and London is already recruiting criminals (dailymail, Nov 15, 2014)
    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2836204/Convicted-drug-users-thieves-allowed-join-police.html

“Convicted criminals will be allowed to join the police under plans to relax strict entry rules that critics fear will undermine standards.

For the first time, candidates will be considered if they have convictions, cautions or fines for offences likely to include possession of cannabis or shoplifting.

The Mail on Sunday has established that Britain’s biggest force is already recruiting those who have been on the wrong side of the law in a controversial attempt to increase race diversity.

It can also be revealed that all forces across England and Wales will be encouraged to adopt softer rules on who should be ruled out from becoming a police officer….”

  3. Ebola: Democratic Republic of Congo says its outbreak is over (BBC, Nov 15, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-30068324

“A three-month Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of Congo has ended after claiming at least 49 lives, the country’s health minister says.

Felix Kabange said no new cases had been registered since 4 October, though he warned against complacency.

The country’s outbreak is unrelated to the one in West Africa which has claimed more than 5,000 lives….”

  4. #6 I want to reread the editorial and think on what this means but my first impression is that Obama is not going after China deliberately but by pursuing a police of helping the people trying to take out Assad is placing the US in a position where they are training, arming and helping people that will use their training and weapons in China against the Chinese government. This could cause either a proxy war between China and the US or possibly China will move on some of the Japanese islands they are claiming.

    • 6/ China has vital interests in the region, though that’s barely covered in the media.

Now the world’s biggest trader, China requires on secure routes. The Persian Gulf and Suez are no longer dependable, so alternate routes are under construction. They involve Damascus and Israel, all the nodes along the ancient Silk Road.

There’s also the domestic terror threat from Uighur’s. Too many are fighting with IS. China sees US intervention as inimical to regional stability. Which it is.

China’s fully prepared to climb all over our allies to show her muscle and call us out. When we’re seen as less than stalwart in defense of Japan, for example, she’ll jump right in.

      • I will have to check out article again, but you are right about China being ready to hit all of our allies starting with Japan, Taiwan and the Philippines, after that they will go after other free nations in that region. Their big problem is Japan and the Philippines, while Japan is dropping in population the Philippines aren’t, and Japan is busy building a lot of military equipment that can go to other nations to help fight China. The last I heard they have a whole lot of navel ships just waiting for crews, and the same goes for land fighting equipment.

  5. #3 General Boykin is a good soldier and an fine patriot, I hope the Generals who are still serving take his suggestion to heart.
