Rotherham child sex abuse: Police ‘ripped up files’

BBC:

Carol talking to BBC reporter Toby FosterAbuse victim Carol told BBC reporter Toby Foster her paperwork detailing her ordeal was ripped up by a police officer

Police in Rotherham tore up paperwork relating to one child sex abuse victim and stopped another from being medically examined, the BBC has been told.

One woman claimed a policeman called her a liar after she reported being abused aged 15, and the other alleges police prevented her being examined after she was abused aged 13.

Both were speaking to BBC Inside Out.

South Yorkshire Police said both cases were now with the police watchdog.

A report in September by Prof Alexis Jay found 1,400 children had been abused in Rotherham between 1997 and 2013 by men of mainly Pakistani heritage.

(Perhaps the public should go to the police stations and place the officers who knew under citizens arrest?)

  1. Hopefully both the police, the council bureaucrats and the Pakis will receive punishment for this outrageous
    uncivilised nauseous behaviour.
I want to read the names and positions of all the official morons involved and heavy jail sentences for the Paki perverts!

  2. The media are going about Rotherham, as if this happened in just one town. The reality is that over 20,000 or even 30,000 or more gang rapes have taken place all over – mainly by Pakistani Muslims ( also known now as people with a Pakistani heritage) . Almost all police jurisdictions, as well as social services, deliberately ignored the problem.

Now is this likely? Or is it more likely that they was political direction from high – cabinet level at the least.

“Australian special forces are finally moving into Iraq more than a month after arriving in the Middle East.

Prime Minister Tony Abbott said the 200 troops would be helping Iraqi forces in the fight against Islamic State (IS).

A prolonged legal and administrative process in Iraq meant the troops had been waiting for clearance in the United Arab Emirates since September.

Fighter jets from the Royal Australian Air Force joined the US-led coalition bombing IS targets in Iraq in October.

IS militants currently control large swathes of both Iraq and Syria, having launched a major offensive in the region in June.

Mr Abbott made the announcement about the special forces after talks with US President Barack Obama during the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation (Apec) summit in Beijing….”

“Australia has defended its immigration policies in the face of tough questioning by a United Nations panel.

The UN Committee against Torture is scrutinising the treatment of asylum seekers at offshore processing centres on Manus Island in Papua New Guinea (PNG) and on the tiny Pacific republic of Nauru, as well as the detention of children and efforts to combat people smugglers.

At a public hearing in Geneva, the committee’s chairman Claudio Grossman, a Chilean-born lawyer, told the Australian delegation that detainees endured lives of great uncertainty….”

EU court ruling backs curbs on ‘benefit tourism’ (BBC, Nov 11, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-30002138

“The European Court of Justice has said member states are within their rights to refuse to give financial help to unemployed EU citizens who move to that country just to claim benefits.

The ruling on so-called “benefit tourism”, relating to a case in Germany, could set an important legal precedent for the rest of the EU.

It could allow the UK to exclude some migrants from specific benefits.

Downing Street welcomed the ruling, saying it supported the PM’s position.

The government has already tightened the rules so EU migrants have to wait three months after arriving in the UK before they can claim child benefit and child tax credits.

Migrants are also barred from claiming jobseeker’s allowance after three months if they are not looking for work.

The prime minister has said he wants to go further and will set out his plans in a speech before the end of the year, amid pressure from Conservative backbenchers to act.

The BBC’s assistant political editor Norman Smith said the government – which has often been at odds with the European Court of Justice in the past – was hailing the ruling as evidence the UK and Germany were on the “same page” when it came to benefit abuses and could pave the way for further restrictions in the coming months….”

      • So simple even a leftist should be able to follow the logic, unfortunately the left wants the freeloaders to be there to keep voting them in power.

  7. US Drone in Northwest Pakistan Kills 6 Militants (abcnews, nov 11, 2014)
    http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/bombings-militant-attack-kill-pakistan-26826244

“A suspected U.S. drone strike on a sprawling Taliban hideout in a northwestern tribal region bordering Afghanistan killed six militants on Tuesday, two intelligence officials said.

The officials said some suspects were also wounded when four missiles struck the compound in the town of Datta Khel in the North Waziristan tribal region. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity as they were not authorized to speak to the media.

The officials provided no further details and only said some foreigners were included among the dead.

North Waziristan was considered to be a strong base for local and foreign militants until June 15 when Pakistan’s army launched a major operation there to eliminate those accused of orchestrating acts of terrorism in Pakistan and neighboring Afghanistan.

The Pakistani army says it has cleared the militants from more than 80 percent of the region.

U.S. drone strikes are widely unpopular in Pakistan and are seen as a violation of national sovereignty. The U.S. authorities have long used them to target militants in areas inaccessible to Pakistan’s army. The latest drone strike came hours after two bombings and a militant attack on a checkpoint in Pakistan killed six people.

In the first attack, militants struck a security checkpoint in the northwestern Orakzai tribal region, killing three paramilitary soldiers, government official Naeem Khan said. He said other soldiers at the checkpoint chased and killed several militants.

Also Tuesday, a roadside bomb In the town of Salarzai in the northwestern Bajur tribal area killed two police officers who were preparing to supervise a polio vaccine campaign that begins Wednesday, government administrator Sohail Khan said. Militants oppose the campaign, alleging that western governments would use it to spy on insurgents after the killing of al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden.

Another bomb planted along a road in southwestern Quetta city exploded when a local court judge passed by, killing a boy and wounding 25, police officer Abdur Razzaq Cheema said.”

“Russia signed a contract Friday to build two more nuclear reactors in Iran to be possibly followed by another six, a move intended to cement closer ties between the two nations.

The deal comes less than two weeks ahead of the Nov. 24 deadline for Tehran to sign an agreement on its nuclear program with six world powers. Tuesday’s contract has no immediate relation to the talks that involve Russia and the United States, but it reflects Moscow’s intention to deepen its cooperation with Tehran ahead of possible softening of Western sanctions against Iran.

Nuclear officials from the two countries signed a contract Tuesday for building two reactors at Iran’s first Russia-built nuclear plant in Bushehr….”

  9. The leading American “experts” on the subject of Islam are Georgetown professors John Esposito and Karen Armstrong, both tirelessly forgiving of Islam and both very well looked after by their good Saudi friend al-Walid bin Talal, the riches of all the oil sheiks. When George W Bush asked for input on the subject of Islam, it would be reasonable to think that it might have been this pair that told him Islam was a religion of peace, them being the country’s foremost experts and all.

How many “successful” people among us, from the US, Great Britain, Canada, Germany, have had their career-paths made clear for them by that same Saudi money? How many professors have achieved tenure as a result of Saudi influence? How many of those “successful” people have put themselves into a blackmailable position by accepting help with their careers or their mortgages or their gambling debts or their unwise sexual liaisons? How many chiefs-of-police have been promoted through support from organizations such as CAIR and the Muslim Brotherhood?

There simply has to be a reason why the very people who are tasked with protecting us, are clearly only interested in protecting the Muslims. Police don’t normally rip up files on child rape. There has to be a reason why so many people in positions of power seem so hell-bent on giving the whole show away to the other side. Bribery, along with intimidation, fear, and lies, are not unlikely culprits…
