1. Blair calls for global lessons in religious respect

Tony Blair wants a global drive to tackle the roots of extremism by making education systems in all countries teach respect for other religions.

He says it is “foolish” to spend billions on a military fight against Islamic extremism, while leaving religious intolerance “undisturbed”.

As a matter of “urgent global importance”, he wants schools to teach “the virtue of religious respect”.

(Tony Blair shows us an excellent example of how moral, cultural and religious relativism is a dress rehearsal for group suicide)

2. Turkish jets bomb Kurdish PKK rebels near Iraq

Turkish F-16 and F-4 warplanes have bombed Kurdish PKK rebel targets near the Iraqi border, as their ceasefire comes under increasing strain.

The air strikes on Daglica were in response to PKK shelling of a military outpost, the armed forces said.

Both sides have been observing a truce and it is the first major air raid on the PKK since March 2013.

(I cannot see how this NATO partner bombing the one group who is actually fighting the Islamic State can possibly be a good thing)

4. Child abuse policy at school run by Muslim hardliner was based on sharia:  Islamic scholars were to be consulted in welfare cases

A school run by a Muslim hardliner was citing sharia in its child protection policies, it emerged yesterday.

Ofsted inspectors found that Al-Aqsa school in Leicester operated on the basis that ‘Ulama’ – Islamic scholars – should be consulted in child abuse and welfare cases, as well as ‘relevant outside agencies’.

The school – founded by Ibrahim Hewitt, an Islamist fundamentalist who says homosexuals should be lashed – declared ‘sharia and the law of the land will be the prime arbiters in child protection concerns’.

This raised the prospect of a different level of protection for Muslim children, said critics.

5. German deputy speaker: NATO must stop Turkey support for ISIS

(This answers a few questions)

Claudia Roth: ‘Germany must help the peace process to continue in Turkey.’
Claudia Roth: ‘Germany must help the peace process to continue in Turkey.’

BERLIN, Germany – NATO must force Turkey to stop its undeclared support of the Islamic State (ISIS) and shift its policy toward the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK), the deputy speaker of the German parliament said.

Claudia Roth said in an interview with Rudaw that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s government is pursuing a “murky” policy in Syria because it wants the Kurds weakened and their fighters “annihilated.”

6. Here is the link to the interview with the retired Air Force General again. I know I posted it yesterday but frankly, the gravitas of this man coupled with the stunning message  he has deserves at least a second posting.

8. A New York Times link showing Chemical Weapons use in Iraq dating back a ways.

The specialist swabbed the shell with chemical detection paper. It turned red — indicating sulfur mustard, the chemical warfare agent designed to burn a victim’s airway, skin and eyes.

All three men recall an awkward pause. Then Sergeant Duling gave an order: “Get the hell out.”

Five years after President George W. Bush sent troops into Iraq, these soldiers had entered an expansive but largely secret chapter of America’s long and bitter involvement in Iraq.

Thank you Don Laird, M., UK Pete, Yucki, Richard, Wrath of Khan, and a long list of people who sent in material. It has been a hell of a day.

ISIL’s Dehumanization of Women and Girls

    Press Statement
    John Kerry
    Secretary of State
    Washington, DC
    October 14, 2014

[…]ISIL now proudly takes credit for the abduction, enslavement, rape, forced marriage, and sale of several thousand Yezidi and other minority women and girls—some as young as 12 years old. Just as despicably, ISIL rationalizes its abhorrent treatment of these women and girls by claiming it is somehow sanctioned by religion. Wrong. Dead wrong.

ISIL does not represent Islam and Islam does not condone or honor such depravity. In fact, these actions are a reminder that ISIL is an enemy of Islam. […]

  2. Tony BLiar wants schools to teach “the virtue of religious respect”.

This demented swine is the architect of “religious respect” for Mohammedanism; which doesn’t reciprocate. His ‘respect’ schools are entirely favouring Islam, that’s why the Arabs have paid him 30 million pounds since he’s out of office. Hang Tony BLiar!

  3. #1 Tony Blair

What a creature. What a culmination of external forces. Socrates, Jesus and Guru Nanak and all those who criticized Religious Beliefs would have been programmed at school to never be able to think objectively – which is the whole point – in creating a subserviant class of head-towel wrapped musselmas.

    The femen.

Thw WHOLE point of children’s lives, is that they have a father present to raise them as an example to be. He is the moderating influence. When he is lost, due to absence or of resentment, there is only one way back. That prayer that start’s “Father….” https://bible.org/seriespage/teach-us-pray-luke-111-13

Whenever the bleating starts “Allah, Jehovaha, Shiva….” Then you are screwed. For you have objectified God. When god should have returned back into you and you become one again.

There are many with set agendas who do not want this to happen. Their kingdom is of this world or the next. The kingdom of god is already here.

Those who have ears to hear, protect yourselves from such people as these.

    1. More intelligence offered during these 90 minutes than emanating from the White House over the last semidecade. Thank you for the most MUSTLISTENTOIT radio on the air waves atm – but please please please: advertise it more, I came across it only accidentally, and listened on podcast.

    2. Don Laird. Is this “our” Don Laird?

If so: Mr. Don Laird: YOUR MEDIUM IS R A D I O !!!!! Your voice is made for radio, as is your message: you bring it across as intelligently as accessibly.

    3. Mr. Bill Warner: Thank you for your work !

    4. Baron: You bowled me over with your suggestion that ERDOGAN has ambitions to be the new Kalif! Calling this soul-brother of Obama (see picture below) ADOLF for a while now (ever since he bullied the gutless French government into deny the Armenian holocaust) I am fully on your wave length, although I was not quite as far as you.

    5. Vlad Tapes: you are quite extraordinaire: a soldier might not sign his bullets, but when we see a brave soldier, we know it !

  5. 2 days before ‘deadline,’ Abu Sayyaf steps up pressure on German hostages

MANILA, Philippines – Two days before its deadline to authorities, the Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG) stepped up pressure on its two German hostages held in Sulu, posting photos of one of them on social media and putting him on the radio.

In exchange for the hostages’ release, the terrorist group is demanding a P250-million (about $5.5 million) ransom for the release of Stefan Viktor Okonek and Henrike Dielen, as well as Germany’s withdrawal from the US-led war on the jihadi group ISIS.

The photos posted on Wednesday, October 15, showed 71-year-old Okonek sitting in the middle of a freshly dug grave while 4 masked men point their rifles at him. The kidnappers were carrying the black flag that was first associated with the Al Qaeda and now the ISIS.

“Abu Sayyaf behead this German national on Oct. 17, 2014, at exactly 3:00p.m if they can’t avail our demands,” reads the social media post.

The ASG also put Okonek, a medical doctor, on radio via RMN in Zamboanga City. “Im sitting here in a hole. They digged a hole, 3 meters by 1.5 meters. They told me it is my grave. They pushed me inside the hole and Im sitting with 10 men around me,” Okonek told RMN. “Please do everything to get us out here.”

The other hostage is Henrike Dielen, 55.

The two were on a holiday, on board a yacht, when they were taken by the Abu Sayyaf in April 2014 off Palawan province.

“Please do everything to get us out here,” Okonek told RMN. “I don’t know how she is,” he said. Asked if he thinks he will be released, Okonek managed to laugh. “Very good question. I hope so.”

The fresh threat came days after the Philippine military deployed additional troops to Sulu. There are now 7 battalions – 5 Marines and 2 Army – deployed to the island. A company size of K-9 tracking unit was also deployed to help hunt down the local terrorists.

Last month, the hostages aired their appeal to Philippine and German governments – again through RMN.

But the German government earlier said that while it received “the report” about the Abu Sayyaf’s demand for the country’s withdrawal from the campaign against ISIS, it stressed that “threats are not an appropriate way to influence our policy in Syria and Iraq.”

The Abu Sayyaf has been behind a spate of kidnappings and terrorist activities in Muslim provinces in Mindanao. Its leaders have pledged allegiance to ISIS.

On July 23, a video of senior Abu Sayyaf leader Isnilon Hapilon along with masked men was posted on YouTube. Using a combination of his native dialect, Yakan, and Arabic, Hapilon and his men swear allegiance or “bay’ah,” an oath, to ISIS and its head, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.

Hapilon carries a reward of up to $5 million from the US Rewards for Justice Program. He was indicted in the District of Columbia for “terrorist acts against United States nationals and other foreign nationals.”

  6. Absolutely nothing to do with Islam

    – Brazil – Guarapuava –

A prison rooftop protest in Brazil is into its third day.

Masked, rioting inmates demanding better conditions have been dishing out some brutal treatment to police guards and other prisoners they are holding hostage.

In full view of the captives’ relatives, the abuse was designed to be provocative.

At least six men were injured when they were thrown from the roof.

The rioters, armed with knives and clubs, were also seen beating their victims.

Six months after 200 girls were kidnapped in Nigeria, Australian hostage negotiator Stephen Davis tells Channel 4 News he is “stunned” that Boko Haram forces have not been targeted by military forces

    • What can be done with these cards? Recycle them for toilet paper and kill 2 birds with one stroke: the other stroke being the destruction of proof that the herd is really easily led, not to say STUPID !

  8. I hate to tell the German deputy Speaker but with Obama cutting our military to the bone NATO doesn’t have the power to force any nation to do anything.

    • I usually have a lot of contempt for this MP – she is a Green Dhimmy and normally very islamophile. As to the Nato, remembering the Balkans I would suspect they’d rather have a love-in with islam…
