A blue plaque marking the birth home of former Israeli president Chaim Herzog in Belfast, Northern Ireland, was removed following a series of anti-Semitic attacks.

Herzog, whose father served as Chief Rabbi of Ireland, was born in Belfast in 1918 and later moved to the Mandate of Palestine in 1935. Herzog went on to have a distinguished military, legal and political career in Israel before serving as president from 1983 to 1993.

ISIS Trained by US Government

(June 30 – 2014)

In a surprising development, it appears that the group known as ISIS (The Islamic State of Syria and Iraq) may have actually been trained by the United States government. According to a report published in Reuters, the Syrian rebel group was trained in Jordan over the last two years by US government officials and military experts. If this is true, it would shed a very interesting light on what is the actual agenda of the United States government in a country where they profess to be seeking stability.

  1. #1 I am glad that someone of the stature of Alan West west is speaking out about Obama’s true loyalty and goals, if freedom is to survive we need leaders like him.

#2 For every incident like this that gets reported at least 10 more occurred.

#5 Another sign of what Obama’s true agenda and goals are, when are enough people to make a difference going to wake up to what is happening.

  2. It just isn’t enough.
What’s that old saying? Something like, “You can’t wake a man who doesn’t know he’s sleeping.”

    • It is a start, I will agree that we need a lot more saying things like he is but he is a start.

U.S. Investment Outflow Hits Record as China Cuts Holdings (bloomberg, Aug 15, 2014)
    http://bloom.bg/1t3OHnf

“The U.S. posted a record cross-border investment outflow in June as China and Japan reduced their holdings of Treasuries and private investors abroad sold bonds and notes.

The total net outflow of long-term U.S. securities and short-term funds such as bank transfers was $153.5 billion, after an inflow of $33.1 billion the previous month, the Treasury Department said in a report today. The June figure, and $40.8 billion in net selling of Treasury bonds and notes by private investors in June, were the largest on record, the Treasury said.

“Right at the beginning of June, you had a very strong sell-off of Treasuries and that’s what frightened a lot of private investors,” Gennadiy Goldberg, U.S. strategist at TD Securities USA LLC in New York, said by phone. “As yields stayed lower in subsequent months, some of the investors probably resumed their buying.”

China’s holdings of U.S. Treasuries declined by $2.5 billion to $1.27 trillion, while Japanese holdings dropped $600 million to $1.22 trillion, according to a Treasury report today.

China and Japan’s combined share of total foreign holdings of Treasuries has declined since 2004. It dropped to 41.4 percent in June from 50.9 percent in August 2004, according to data compiled by Bloomberg….”

  4. Ebola crisis to last ‘at least six months’ – MSF (BBC, Aug 15, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-28807281

“The outbreak of Ebola in West Africa will take at least six months to bring under control, the medical charity Medecins Sans Frontieres (MSF) says.

Speaking in Geneva, MSF President Joanne Liu said the situation was “deteriorating faster, and moving faster, than we can respond to”.

Earlier, the World Health Organization (WHO) said the scale of the outbreak appeared to be “vastly underestimated”.

It said that “extraordinary measures” were needed.

The epidemic began in Guinea in February and has since spread to Liberia, Sierra Leone and Nigeria.

On Friday, the death toll rose to 1,145 after WHO said 76 new deaths had been reported in the two days to 13 August. There have been 2,127 cases reported.

Ms Liu said that although Guinea was the initial epicentre, the pace there had slowed, and other countries – particularly Liberia – were now the focus….”

Ebola May Leave 1 Million in Need of Food Help (abcnews, Aug 15, 2014)
    http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/ebola-leave-million-food-24997419

“The deadly Ebola virus that has killed more than 1,000 in West Africa is disrupting the flow of goods, forcing the United Nations to plan food convoys for up to a million people as hunger threatens the largely impoverished area.

Amid roadblocks manned by troops and pervasive fear among the population of the dreaded disease, the worst-ever outbreak of Ebola is increasingly impacting the food supply in three countries.

The impacts are evident in Guinea’s capital of Conakry, where fruit and vegetables no longer arrive from the country’s breadbasket. In Sierra Leone and Liberia, several markets have been shut down. The price of rice and other staples is soaring in areas under Ebola quarantine.

Hunters of bushmeat, which can carry the Ebola virus, have lost their livelihoods, and farmers in some areas have been cut off from their fields. Price-gouging hurts people who struggle to feed themselves in the best of times, observers say.

While none of the regulations restricts the movement of basic necessities, fear and inconvenience are disrupting supplies. Some 1 million people in isolated areas might need food assistance in the coming months, according to the U.N. World Food Program, which is preparing a regional emergency operation to bring food by convoy to the needy. The three-month operation can be extended….”

    • Bushmeat hunters are mostly dead. A few are recovering and well enough to pass semen to another individual. Semen remains infectious for up to 7 weeks, so the Ebola virus can go on & on until people start acquiring resistence to it.

We want their blood for our vaccine.

  6. Boko Haram suspected of abducting more than 50 Nigerian villagers (BBC, Aug 15, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-28809355

“Residents of a Nigerian village on the shore of Lake Chad say at least 50 residents are missing after a raid by suspected Boko Haram militants.

A witness told the BBC that 26 people were also killed during the raid on the village of Doron Baga on Sunday.

The remote region has poor communication links, meaning news of the raid took days to emerge.

Nigeria has been plagued by attacks by the Boko Haram Islamist group in recent years, particularly in the north-east…”

  7. #1 Obama thinks that by enabling a jihadist/MB takeover of the entire ME and NA, that once they’re in ‘government’, they will, by necessity, ‘moderate’. And they won’t be able to complain about the west anymore, because they, the pious muslims, will be in charge. But it ain’t gonna work like that. We all know it as surely as night follows day.

    • Joeb, that the nicest explanation.

I distrust him and his gang. I believe he’s a tool for the MB. That he belongs in Leavenworth along with Elbiary and others high up the food-chain.

Roll it up into one fat conspiracy like JFK + Lee Harvey Oswald.

      • Yucky, Machiavelli could not have written a better script of the devious plots and schemes being perpetrated by this despicable regime of the ‘Dear Leader’. He is not inept, a fool, or naive but following the orders of his handlers to the letter.
