1. This speech was given at the opening of the Lakemba march against Israel by Uthman Badar, and for victory for Gaza, speaking in Australia. Now we have heard the usual victim narrative which was the norm till recently, trying to win the sentiments and sympathies of Western leftists and focus them against Israel, and more recently we have seen outright antisemitism, which has alienated many of their usual supporters but many still argue that it is logical for them given ‘their circumstances’ etc. But more recently and more interestingly we have started to see marches where the real agenda starts to appear, and interestingly at the same time groups like ISIS and Boko Haram etc. release videos which state a more orthodox Islamic agenda.
In this speech, and I apologize as most of it is tedious, not once but twice Uthman actually speaks about the fight against Kufar. Disbelief.

French authorities have decided to ban the Jewish Defense League as a way of assuring public order and preventing clashes between protesters.
The Interior Ministry is working round the clock on the possibility of outlawing the JDL, the Liberation daily quoted “top police sources” as saying on Thursday.

Nine terror suspects killed, one captured in Xinjiang
URUMQI, Aug.1 (Xinhua) — Nine suspected terrorists were killed and another captured in Hotan Prefecture of northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Friday afternoon, the regional police authority said.
The group was identified by police on July 27 during the investigation of a terrorist group. Local civilians volunteered to help the police in tracking down the suspects.
At 12:15 a.m. on Friday, local people found the suspects in a corn field in Purgakqi Township of Karakax County.
With the help of more than 30,000 volunteers, officers chased the suspects to an abandoned house, where they resisted arrest by throwing explosives into the crowd. Police fired back, killing nine of them and capturing one.
No police or civilian casualties occurred during the apprehension.

#2 The fabled French Resistance was for the most part fable, the people who wanted to resist found a way to get to Britain and join the Free French, the vast majority of the stay at homes either did nothing or quietly cooperated. It was only after the liberation that everyone became a member of the resistance. Something the probably really angered the real resistance fighters.
